今天lunch去了灣仔這間新開的點心店,佢話之前在元朗有店,現在灣仔是分店,近近地屋企,就試試la~~大約未到中午一點,店內已坐滿人,地方唔算好大,要等兩三張枱,lunch time人多,店員服務都ok,叫佢refill茶都好快手。入座就用點心紙選點心,種類都ok, 有唔少有別於一般茶樓特色的點心,價錢中等,食物都是即叫即製,唔似是一般茶樓的中央處理質素!因為今次我們只有兩個人,所以只是選了4款食物,下次會再来encore!鳳爪排骨飯,飯份量比一般嘅多,佢個豉油汁又調製過,幾好味,兩個人叫一份再叫其他嘢食啱啱好!上面是龍蝦湯鮮竹卷, 十分好食,鮮竹卷外皮是脆身的!仲要係熱辣辣!一般酒樓的都係淋身,但佢哋係脆身香囗好特別,而且內裡用料也不少,個汁都不錯,係少左d龍蝦味而下面嗰款係千島醬脆皮蘿蔔糕,蘿蔔糕炸得外皮脆卜卜,而且應該係即叫即炸,熱辣辣好好味,就算唔加千島醬都已經好食另外唔可以唔試嘅係佢哋黑金流沙包,流心程度非常勁!流沙包黃金餡料食落起沙,甜度適中,好味!下次要叫多幾款點心試下先!

另外唔可以唔試嘅係佢哋黑金流沙包,流心程度非常勁!流沙包黃金餡料食落起沙,甜度適中,好味!

新開只有一個禮拜嘅「一哥點故」可被稱為街坊點心店。地方光猛衛生,服務生友善好客,價格都算合理,只係食物方面有少少參差,XO仔會推介大家一試炸煮嘅點心,而盡量避開蒸煮嘅項目。

離開咗香港一年,本來已經冇咗寫食評嘅習慣,但係我記得上一次寫食評係元朗嘅一哥點心。響公司附近最近開咗呢間叫一個點故嘅點心店,我呢個星期食咗三次,今次先正式坐低慢慢食。呢個蟲草花上湯牛肉球,係我臨離開香港前響元朗食過一次,跟住點樣搵都搵唔番。可能因為我鍾意飲湯嘅關係,一款點心兩種享受,真係啱晒我跟住到呢個蔥花蝦米腸,其實我老爸本來係想叫鮮蝦腸粉,但佢幾十歲人又唔肯戴老花眼鏡所以佢點錯咗呢一個又係我鍾意食嘅蔥花蝦米腸。我夠膽講呢個蔥花蝦米腸係我20幾年來最好食嘅一個。至於呢個灌湯餃,睇到都知道皮薄爆汁,但係我最鍾意都係個蟲草花上湯牛肉球。其實寫下寫下我依家又想落樓下再食過
