幫襯過2次,冇食過啲蒸飯係咁難食,外賣連豉油都唔俾。最重要係啲服務態度真係好差,有次我媽媽拖住隻狗唔方面入黎還叉電器,想叫2位男服務員幫手歸還,2個態度好差咁話唔會幫手插返充電寶入去,要還就去第度還 (其他歸還點已經滿哂),我地緊係知有寵物唔可以入店內,都好好禮貌希望佢地幫個忙。呢啲餐廳真係就算好食都唔好去,心地唔好,唔係老馮要你地幫手,但唔想幫都唔需要咁差態度。 continue reading

在香港要找到好味點心難度不大,只不過能談上長期光顧便不容易了,不外乎性價比低、水準不穩定、款式無甚誠意等等。一盅點心有幸在上述各項因素中做得不錯,是我欣賞的。食店開設在長沙灣,由地鐵站慢走需五至十分鐘,不過誠意十足,再多的路程也是值得!下午茶時段提供折扣優惠,食客可以留意一下。今次點吃的以懷舊為主,旦散炸得鬆化,表面有明顯酥香味。就像炸得剛剛熟的炸雲吞表面般,厚厚很富咬口,搭配花蜜味較明顯的內地蜂蜜能額外添上親和感,吃到停不下手。印象中記得當天點了兩碟,自己吃了一碟半!咖哩土尤的咖哩味以香味為主,食味則一般,只是土魷本身較乾,質素未算理想,。不過考慮到價錢便宜且辛香味真的不錯,也是我必推薦的。春風得意腸和虎皮椒都是現製,腸粉裡頭的油條還很香脆。其跟腸粉比例剛好,食用時不論大小和口感都照顧好。虎皮椒跟街頭小食相似,不過炸製時間短,食材的本味被突顯出來,也是我欣賞的。爆汁墨魚燒賣其實是裡頭有海鮮汁的墨魚膠,頂頂用蟹籽提鮮。口感沒有墨魚丸般死硬硬,而是很有彈性像火鍋配料那種,內裡海鮮汁令味道更濃,印象深刻。燉湯即隔水蒸法,所含食療成份都是原汁原味,有見及此我選擇香港較小遇上的食材:鷓鴣,喝下去有清晰回甘,剩下的瘦肉輕按下去都自然散開了,燉製時間相當有誠意。 continue reading

本來睇中一間泰國菜,可惜滿座要轉場,咁啱轉角燈位見到呢間點心有位,而兩老都鍾意飲茶,所以就唔理咁多衝左入去價位同我諗嘅有出入,以為長沙灣老區定價低!?佢都廿幾三十幾蚊一籠點心。。。同酒樓有得揮😅 不過茶錢比較平,同時免收加一蒸飯套餐跟點心$58,跟燉湯$68,比茶記收得更貴潮州粉果 $ 23調味剛剛好,外皮厚左啲,餡料夠,但食到果內有啲粉粉地,唔知係咪未熟透?爆餡叉燒包 $ 23正常發揮,味道正常古法陳皮牛肉球 $ 23有驚喜,陳皮味雖淡,但牛肉新鮮彈滑,非常高質,而且大大粒鵪鶉蛋燒賣 $ 跟餐一籠得三粒,大大粒,有咬口,鵪鶉蛋過火有啲硬,但係點心紙上燒賣嘅種類、口味最多款式,相信係主打花膠鮮竹卷 $ 35花膠以為係做餡,點知只係一細塊浸喺湯度,不過上湯清甜,鮮竹卷餡多軟彈鳳爪排骨飯餐 $ 58份量大,唔係一般酒樓嘅盅頭飯一人份,二至三人份都有,以佢嘅碗係可以分到至少 5 碗。飯粒算分明,仲加兩條菜心,排骨粒都新鮮滑,加少少豉油已經好好味服務一流,環境則麻麻,食物中上,價錢中上,不過少左加一已經當打9折,另茶錢$ 5位係可接受,間唔中一餐係唔錯 continue reading
