又要到灣仔會展被勞役,收工搵好野食舒緩一下。上網發現蒂蒂香,似乎有點特色。格局舊式大陸快餐店,燈光陰暗,霉氹氹感覺。麻醬撈手打麵,比預期中普通,質地微彈少少黏的中式拉麵,本身沒什麼味道,全靠個醬喇。甜甜厚厚麻香肉醬,肉粒甜美鬆軟,撈埋辣椒醬黏黏漿住我的嘴仔,鹹鹹辣辣後帶甜,惹味開胃。凍豆漿,清淡不帶甜,輕輕豆香。品嚐濃味肉醬後來點清清的,舒服晒。滷水牛筋腩,牛筋腍滑膠濃,滷水完全滲透其中,內外都程現亮麗淺啡色。牛腩鬆化,有咬口沒半點渣,牛味濃郁不羶。兩者滷水清香不咸不濁,普普通通的平凡。生菜驚喜的甜美鮮爽,出乎意料。炸魚腐,即叫即炸,新鮮出爐熱到燙嘴,不過油淋淋,反晒光喎!再怎麼看都唔見得似魚腐,根本就係腐皮卷囉。濃厚腐皮味道,非常香口,餡料少到食唔出有什麼餡,味道似響鈴。何解家鄉野整篤泰式雞醬落去呢?不倫不類,甜淋淋難食,把幾火!香煎墨魚卵,期望越高,失望越大!香煎金黃,質地幼滑綿綿帶少許彈性,只有咸咸味道,唔講唔知係墨魚卵。都唔好食既,不想浪費,照樣食晒去。搞咩又整篤泰式雞醬呀?您唔會全部跟茄汁!配返個中式醬先正確。煎韮菜粿,熱騰騰帶著焦香,微脆濕潤,嚥韌黏黏的粿皮,裡面藏著嫩菜,鮮甜多汁驚喜的味道。魚丸牛丸河走蔥,牛丸特濃,輕爽結實粗糙質感,好味喎。魚丸勁爽富彈性,潮州魚蛋魚咸香。魚湯濃郁鮮甜,湧著湯夾埋實淨河粉也不錯。淋上大量辣椒渣點綴一下,辣椒油非常潮式香辣,平凡。 continue reading

行過旺角, 見到呢間粉麵主打汕頭, 就即管試下手打撈麵 - 上面有肉碎, 汁酸酸濃濃, 好濃花生醬味, 麵爽口, 賣相以為是橋麥麵, 食落更爽口, 有點似上海麵魚蛋米 - 魚蛋有很多少孔, 比一般大粒, 食落魚米濃, 好爽口,比一般的彈牙墨魚羅白煎 - 煎得好靚, 食落似羅白糕, 不過加左墨魚肉後, 令食落好彈牙,味道都可以. 但因煎時落太多油, 食落口感覺好漏.食左半件已經五想再食.最出色竟然是辣椒醬, 又香又夠辣, 落在墨魚羅白糕上, 好夾. continue reading

坐低叫左一碗雜錦河(加6蚊多2條魚腐春卷,係呢款河先有得加),一碗推介既魚蛋河,一碟墨魚羅白糕,本身想叫d涼拌小食但幾款都冇哂魚蛋河先上,呢度d魚丸標榜係全魚肉製冇加粉既,食落真係鮮魚味同彈牙既。 雜錦河有5款餸每款2件超大碗,有魚丸,魚卷,魚餃,墨丸,札肉。我一路都麻麻地鍾意有馬蹄粒既墨丸,响d彈牙嘅丸入面有d一粒粒爽既野颯颯聲感覺好突兀又唔襯,但呢度d墨丸中間既馬蹄係好微粒既,鮮味爽口得黎又唔怪。另外幾款餸都好正。魚腐春卷即叫即炸都唔錯,好多枱都有叫2個人食完依d其實都飽左啦…最後黎既係墨魚羅白糕,即煎既我放左陣先食都好燙口,面頭感覺有點油膩,食落冇乜墨魚味但口感有dd煙煙韌韌似軟身既年糕,有少少羅白絲但冇乜羅白味……頭先有d餓掛住食完全忘了影食物相,食到得番d水尾時先記得……下次一定會記得相機食先架啦下次再黎想試埋d涼拌小食同推介既牛丸同手打麵,魚丸類製品應該都會番㗳 continue reading

門口大大隻字寫住潮式粉麵,入到去又有大大個電視播住制作過程又有蔡瀾介紹好似好正咁啲粉嘅種類都好多,又有魚麵又有沙茶湯底咁。叫左兩個有個嘅粉啦,一個係達濠魚蛋粉,一個係紫菜四寶河。不過上到黎我地撈勻左,交換左啲餸。仲加左啲辣醬。啲丸同片頭都林過平時,感覺同平時食落啲魚蛋粉好唔同。而魚餃個樣睇落都扁啲。食落啲丸阿果啲都係偏林,但係食得出好鮮嘅。煎墨魚卵,我以為食落會好似墨魚餅咁好爽啦。不過佢食落都係林嘅,但係個皮就煎到好脆好香口。但我都係鐘意墨魚餅多啲。 continue reading
