晚飯食完西餐, 轉兩個街口到耀華街食糖水~近來由美國高檔路線甜品店吹來一股mille crepe風, 價錢不菲之餘, 仲要排隊等候, 當真是「出錢又出力」。試過外國出品,而家就試試本地出品。法國栗子千層班戟光看名字已令我聯想到Mont blanc, 實物出現時真的很有Mont blanc的影子, 只是形態不同了。栗子蓉又香又濃, 每一層薄皮之間都壓得厚厚實實, 足料! 比起用cream又冇咁漏, 絕對是上得高檔大場面的作品! 而且價錢親民, 一件只需要$30咋! 除了出名的榴槤系列, 原來其他比較冷門的甜品都有水準有驚喜! continue reading

好耐無黎食,原來只餘番銅鑼灣依間,好早食飽飯過黎食,7點幾無咩人,唔洗排隊好多位坐睇睇餐牌好似多左好多野食,但又好似貴左,仲加左好多特別款式,中西冷熱都有,好多選擇;下次多d人可以叫多幾款再試下。但都係叫番我淨係鍾情既榴槤千層班戟😋😋仲叫多左個栗子班戟試下榴槤班戟依然細細啖食都咁香濃,最鐘意忌廉唔多,口感唔會油膩😋😋🌰栗子班戟,都食到有栗子味,但我覺得唔夠濃😛我都幾鐘意栗子味再濃d就好啦😋😋😋 continue reading

最鐘意食黑山貓榴蓮千層糕,勁好食。同埋啲服務都幾好,推薦大家去試嚇。栗子千層糕都唔出,不過希望未來可以有更多口味嘅選擇,如抹茶千層糕,香蕉千層糕同埋牛奶千層糕。 continue reading

朋友從澳門過大海來港shopping, 晚飯後嚷著要吃甜品,由於她們一家都是榴蓮愛好者,就帶了她們去沛公。始終不明白,同一條街,另外一間排長龍,但這間就可以輕易找到位,而其實水準是不差的。也許是有關貓山王的甜品價錢相對較貴的關係吧,但其實除了榴蓮類甜品,也有其他選擇。我去的那一天,他們有一推廣優惠,因為是店的八周年,凡在Facebook 上他們的fan page 內讚好,就有八折,對於我們一行五人來說,20%的折扣真的省回不少。 continue reading

突然好想食甜品減下壓,平時經過耀華街,有間甜品排好長龍,收工決定去食,先放低減肥重任 去到沛公甜品門口,冇乜人,可能已經太夜(23:15),入面仲有好多位。揀左招牌甜品"芒果千層班戟/蛋糕"。芒果千層蛋糕其實好少地方食到,可能工序太多,所以唔係間間甜品店有,所以黎呢間,首選一定係千層班戟。因為未到芒果當造季節,食之前都有D 擔心,但一D 酸味都冇,忌廉都好滑,值得暫時放低減肥重任去食 到芒果當造季節果陣,會再去食多次,期待更好味 continue reading
