食物完全唔新鮮,叫左一份西冷牛扒5成熟,一咬落去食到成口雪藏味,肉質非常惡劣,完全唔值得$268。另外,同行嘅朋友叫嘅豬扒同埋牛柳都係一樣,完全對唔起所需嘅價錢。所有啲肉質同紙皮冇乜太大分別,唔會推介黎雅士餐廳進食。餐廳仲要收10%服務費,食物同服務根本完全唔值得呢個價錢。連甜品啫喱食落去凍都唔凍,懷疑整都未整,雪都未雪,簡直係求其到不得了。呢間嘢裝修就100分,食物服務就10分。誠心建議各位大小朋友千萬唔好食。

週末跟朋友到粉嶺郊外走走,完了當然要去吃個下午茶,為今天畫個美好的逗號。聽說這家餐廳蠻懷舊,有歷史的,就來一試。點了一份大蝦多士,配一個特色奶茶。大蝦多士香脆好吃,不會炸得太老,切開還有熱騰騰的香氣。蝦彈牙新鮮,配上沙拉醬,下午茶份量剛好。如果配菜多一些,就更滿足了! 奶茶先用茶壺泡開紅茶,茶是經典傳統英式,清香醇厚。奶分量自由斟,不會因為奶份量過多而蓋過茶香,這點非常好。當然這樣泡一泡茶也挺吸晴的。

女經理的待客態度超級差,點餐時像大排檔一樣,極度無耐性,答遲一陣,都顯得極不耐煩,而且毫無禮貌,問她可唔可以轉套餐時,更被她大聲罵一句:「頭先問你要唔要轉套餐,你話唔要吖嘛,要就加多35蚊啦」,令我地好尷尬,但又唔想在全餐廳客人前同距鬧,所以呢次用餐體驗非常差。唔明點解黎卑錢消費,仲要受氣,我地只系自己細聲講左句話距態度差,距仲要唔覺得自己無禮貌,仲全程眼超超,所以呢間野以後都唔洗再去。個女經理扮曬野,當正自己係老細,而我地向一個員工反映,連個員工都認同距態度惡劣,但無辦法,因距係經理,距話事,而餐廳老板就若無其事,扮唔知,但其實老板全程目睹成件事,都無向客人道歉,錦樣待客,唔怪得知要上深圳消費啦,服務業錦ger態度,你話值唔值得幫襯吖

去左雅士餐廳食飯,優雅白色外牆,古堡式圓拱配暗色玻璃,黑色雕花圍欄,令人一見難忘。聽說餐廳屹立聯和墟將近半世紀,見證住整個粉嶺既發展。餐廳供廳既菜式與太平館餐廳有幾分相似,都係以扒餐、鵝肝、焗田螺、燒春雞及沙律為主。是次叫左燒春雞配薯菜,友人叫左牛扒餐,套餐包了餐包、紅/白/周打蜆湯、餐飲與懷舊啫喱甜品。燒春雞配薯菜: 春雞嫩滑,比想像中大隻,女士未必食得晒牛扒餐:肉汁鮮美,生熟適中周打蜆湯:有驚喜,忌廉湯底配有少少黑胡椒粉味,令蜆既鮮味進一步提升不過埋單兩人要接近500, 係同區同類菜式上,實屬偏貴,而且食材同廚師功架與一街之隔的平民美食Itamomo差不多,這間主打情懷既餐廳應該面臨不少競爭。
