放假當然要同朋友食餐好㗎啦,今次就去咗銅鑼灣嘅極上大喜屋,可能過咗一排冇去,入到去竟然冇點餐紙嘅店員話而家已經轉左嘅QR code喇,用微信就可以落單感覺上就環保好多啦,慳返d紙而且又方便唔會漏單。首先食嘅梗係刺身啦,真係好新鮮最正嘅就係劍魚腩喇,好肥美又新鮮,另外油甘魚都好正,忍唔住嗌多左兩次!壽司方面都有好多唔錯嘅選擇,最正嘅就係呢個海膽手卷啦,份量唔會太大,一啖飯一啖海膽好正呢間大喜屋最正嘅就係有個好大嘅counter比大家出去攞嘢食,呢個片皮鴨就係新鮮出爐,而且夠哂大份,加埋啲薄餅青瓜可以包住黎食啦。大喜屋當然唔少得食串燒啦,最鍾意嘅雞軟骨,加埋啲檸檬汁就好正啦跟住仲有大大塊嘅鰻魚,都忍唔住叫咗幾次炸物方面當然唔少得芝麻雞翼,芝士年糕 呢度啲嘢新鮮炸好唔會番炸,所以全部都好新正甜品方面仲有好多選擇添,呢個幾種顏色嘅馬卡龍有好多唔同味道,真係想試哂咁多隻色,仲有木糠布甸等等。雪糕方面就每人都可以揀一杯靚牌子嘅雪糕,我就要左呢個比利時朱古力味啦,如果一杯唔夠仲可以出去拎其他品牌嘅雪糕架下次同朋友食放題都會揀呢到 continue reading

夜晚想食放題,人在銅鑼灣,就搵到呢間久違了的日式放題店:極尚大喜屋。晚餐時段不同時間入座有不同收費,我當日係平日夜晚,價錢約$238/位,咁嘅價錢食物都唔hea...飲品同食物選擇多,而且食物選擇不再只係日式食物,連燉湯、燒雞、片皮鴨都有。姬松茸海星燉烏雞,記得出去攞返碗飲。除左自助區嘅食物,其餘食物就靠自己用微信落單。既方便又環保。熱食類嘅鮑汁燴花膠,花膠大大舊好足料。放題必食刺身及創作壽司,汁燒穴子壽司及柚子胡椒汁燒左口魚邊壽司可以一食再食。花之戀壽司及鵝肝帶子壽司,花之戀壽司簡直充滿我童年回憶。刺身盛,呢個係兩個人份量,見到隔離檯10個後生仔聚會,每次上刺身拼盤果種震撼,同佢地成班人搶食嘅場面,不禁要講句「年少多好」。炸蝦及蟹棒天婦羅,又係放題必備食物,新鮮炸起,一定要叫。蒜片牛柳粒,一份都有好幾件牛柳粒,真材實料。鹽燒雞翼飲品係外面自助區自取的,有清酒:凍熱都有。甜品櫃仲有一人一個雪糕(Haagen-Dazs/ Movenpick) continue reading

友人嚷著話一定要試呢度嘅放題,因為有非常罕有嘅片皮鴨!為左慳錢我地book左食8點9嗰輪,就快餓暈,上到去友人即刻拎咗啲前菜頂頂肚先,前菜選擇多,質素都好ok!飲品有自助清酒,好特別。然後就開始點野食,野食陸續上,拯救我地幾位飢民。刺身有三文魚,大蝦,帶子同油甘魚,厚片又鮮味,無腥味。迷你手卷,cute cute。燒鰻魚,要encore。燒翠肉瓜,最愛。火炙系列壽司,有三文魚腩,左口魚,燒牛肉,每一口都好正。刺身壽司有白松露呑拿魚同黑松露油甘魚,超級正!天婦羅又係好脆好好食,尤其是茄子,無講大話。第一輪粟米有人霸住食哂,再encore多次,好味。食到一半先醒起要食片皮鴨,夾住甜醬同青瓜,超好味。最後食多個牛肉窩同烏冬就完滿啦。甜品都要食,朱古力味超濃。 continue reading

大胃王表妹生日,佢話想食日式放題。我呢一方面嘅資料比較少,所以就問下朋友有乜好介紹,朋友二話不說馬上就介紹呢間極尚大喜屋,佢話上星期啱啱食完好正。我地係訂咗第二輪食8:30pm (任食兩小時),半自助餐形式,話就話日式方題,但其實出面buffet應有盡有,同平時自助餐真的不相伯仲,就連北京填鴨、咖哩魚蛋、炒粉麵飯乜都有。冷盤小食、甜品種類繁多,就連夾軟糖都有,飲品多到數不清有多少款....除了Buffet section點菜餐單仲多野選擇,壽司、刺身、串燒、天婦羅、燒物、手卷.....講得出同講唔出嘅都有!真係胃口少D都唔得了⋯⋯當我仲係度望住張點餐紙時,表妹已經二話不說已經攞咗燉湯同冷盤小食,特別鐘意食芝麻八爪魚仔,口感濃郁而且營養豐富!味付螺肉,螺肉爽滑味美,無論口感還是味道都是一流!燉雞湯也是真材實料,一打開蓋就聞到濃濃嘅雞湯味,仲有大大隻厚肉冬菇。刺身種類也是非一般平價的刺身,有希靈魚、油甘魚、劍魚腩、馬刀貝.....刺身也夠鮮味!大大隻芝士焗帶子也是必叫之遐,記得襯熱食,D芝士好香濃好惹味天婦羅系列也是必叫之選,即叫即製,上枱時仲新鮮熱辣,特別喜歡吃一口蕃薯仔同溫室南瓜天婦羅,好甜好香!仲有一個必食推介-鮑汁花膠,花膠大大片絕不吝嗇,最後我們每人也吃了兩個終於到甜品環節啦,你話人冇兩個胃點搞?其實真係好飽不過點都要食下啲甜品,木糠蛋糕最好味好Creamy ! 牛奶布丁都好香滑!再來一個Movenpick 雪糕做一個完美嘅總結! continue reading

極尚大喜屋係一間我經常幫襯的日式放題店,但多數去尖沙咀那間,銅鑼灣店是這品牌的新分店,我今次都是頭一次來。一進門就派一紙,正納悶以為等候號原來上有QR code,掃一下就可以電子下單,點餐紙都不用印,環保又方便。店面裝璜光猛、雅緻,設有大大自助餐區,提供沙律、炸物、凍海鮮,仲有北京片皮鴨、燉湯及其他熱盤食物,當然係任食啦。大大個冰櫃放幾十款飲品,自助區仲有茶(不又綠茶、麥茶連洋甘菊都有)、咖啡、果汁任飲,款多眼都花,但小心酒精飲品下午是不包的。甜品種類都多,我個嗜甜品的老友就心花放,不停攞、不停試。食日式放題又怎會少得刺身盤呢! 款式有三文魚、北海道帶子、希靈魚、甜蝦、大赤蝦、赤貝等,刺身用冰碗奉上,選擇款式多、客多單又多,尚幸量及款都執得齊,無甩漏。 炸物中最驚喜是外脆內軟的榴槤炸彈,味道香濃,無怪好多枱都有點,人氣很旺。天婦羅𧎚都不錯,不單是熱辣辣上枱,夠晒香口,仲肉嫩鮮甜。特別的有鮑汁燴花膠,重本之作及吞拿魚脆餅,魚醬同米餅perfect match口感好豐富。火炙類我覺得火炙左口魚邊壽司最好味,燒物中鷄泡魚肝、牛舌同香草羊扒都是不能錯過ㄧ定要試之物。最後每人可點一杯Hagan-Daz雪糕,今期有季節限定的櫻花味,好特別。這店坐得舒服,食物、飲品不錯ㄡ選擇多,是ㄧ個聚會的好選擇。 continue reading
