愛吃壽司刺身的家人從外地回來,要好好為他們洗塵,到極尚大喜屋吃放題,讓他們吃到飽吧!這邊的放題真的是比一般放題店高質素。先說自助區,小食、飲品、甜品種類繁多,最愛有冷熱清酒、梅酒自助取,小食有熟蝦、帶子裙邊、中華沙律、無骨鳳爪、雞腎、涼拌魚皮等等,味道都不錯,也定時加添,感覺新鮮。而任吃餐牌的食物選擇,還有些特別菜式如極品金枕頭榴槤燒、一品蟹皇小籠包拌麵、魚子柚子醬池魚王薄刺身。每位$298加一服務費的價錢,吃高質素食物,吃得值得。先來吃刺身吧!全部厚切,大大片的,擺盤漂亮。最愛吃甜蝦,Size大隻,吃下鮮甜滑滑的;虎蝦口感爽滑,但比甜蝦味道淡;赤貝爽爽的鮮甜味,越吃越想吃;三文魚又厚又有油香;希靈魚爽口、脆卜卜;帶子香而滑的口感很不錯。魚子柚子醬池魚王薄切,真的超好吃!有柚子醬微微酸甜味道,但又有池魚的鮮味,吃完再翻點,推介要試。壽司之中,最喜歡吃拖羅蓉軍艦,有入口即溶的感覺,吞拿魚油香滿滿;海膽軍艦的海膽很新鮮,一整塊放上去,鮮甜味道,吃得滿口餘香;白松露油甘魚壽司也不錯,喜歡滑溜有油香的感覺;七味芝士蒜蓉大蝦壽司,也是特別的自創壽先之一,蒜蓉配芝士香味道很夾。小食方面,極品金枕頭燒榴槤非常好味!真的是原粒榴槤肉,以炭火燒香,愛吃榴槤的人保證滿意!鹽燒雞軟骨串,是助酒小吃必備。魚子醬鵝肝多士,是第一次吃放題吃到的,鵝肝厚厚又香又滑,超好吃!海膽魚子拖羅蓉流心蛋,好吃得不得了!海膽鮮甜,拖羅蓉滿是油香,流心蛋的蛋黃香,全都是入口即溶口感,三種香味是絕配的混合,必試的特色食物。還有燒扇貝、燒鮮蠔,海鮮類都肉質新鮮,有很多黃金蒜蓉鋪在上面增添香味,用料很足;燒羊鞍size也不小,肉質比較鬆,我喜歡結實的口感多些,只點一隻試過便算;金湯慢煮鮑魚花膠盛,一份有菜膽、冬菇、鮑魚、花膠,都是大size,材料不錯,冬菇煮得非常入味,很香,花膠大塊得要與家人分一半吃。甜品方面,有椰皇燉燕窩,是甜品店質素,鮮奶燉得嫩滑,可以翻點。自取的甜品也有巴斯克芝士餅,獨立包裝,少少一份不會太飽,可以多吃幾款;還有椰汁糕、tiramisu、芒果mousse cake等等,雪糕、雪條款式也多不勝數。吃擺,家人都大讚這裏的壽司刺身非常好吃,小食又有特色,用料高質,對得起這個價錢,下次再回港,一定再來光顧。 continue reading
