To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日去到沙田想食西餐，就到了Delifrance。我自己點了一份卡邦尼煙肉芝士炒意粉、牛角包、杏仁金磚及餐湯配餐包。意粉非常足料，濃濃的芝士平均覆蓋在意粉上，意粉煮的時間剛剛好，好有口感，而且有蘑菇、煙肉及洋蔥等。牛角包及杏仁金磚這兩份小食的品質出乎意料地好，牛角包帶有淡淡香味，麵包軟軟而香甜。杏仁金磚雖然咬感較硬，但杏仁香氣濃郁，甜味更突出，最適合配上一杯熱茶作為下午茶。

我點了一份經典的全日早餐，裡面包括炒蛋、培根、香腸、薯餅和牛角包。炒蛋炒得剛好，蛋黃流動而濃郁，配上鹹香的培根和香腸，味道相當搭配。薯餅的外皮酥脆，內裡鬆軟，絕對是一個美味的驚喜。唯一的遺憾是炸魚柳稍微有些過乾，但整體而言，這是一頓令人滿足的體驗。

收銀男店員阿叔面黑，可能未訓醒，成日粗聲粗氣，冇咩禮貌，茶餐廳態度還好一點，今時今日，咁嘅態度唔得，要與時並進。早餐好味尤其面包，但貴左少少，份糧較少，要成70 幾元。

平日我頗喜歡到這間分店和朋友共餐，因為在沙田市中心來說，依間比較寧靜易搵位又沒限時🤗這晚來個超值Combo for 2，就傾了一整個晚上🤭主食🍝 ~ 第一次食依個焗飯，熱辣辣十分足料，最鍾意酸酸甜甜的味道:🔸️夏威夷風味菠蘿魚柳焗飯🔸️香蒜海鮮炒意粉小食🍿 ~ 芝士薯條雖邪惡但好好味食唔停，仲有最美味嘅蛋沙律麵包:🔹️Cheese Fries🔹️Mini Egg Mayo Les Canape甜點🥧 ~ 2款均鬆化可口，永遠不會讓人失望:🔹️Mini Blueberry Danish🔹️Croissant
