I have visited this restaurant since 10 years ago LOL. The food is always good value and consistent.We ordered two signature dishes. Steamed fish with Shanghai style was sweet whereas the pork rib was very soft and moist. Both coating was seasoned very well. Kinda made us felt less guilty when we were having vegetable rice. 這間美味廚歷史悠久,我細細個廿幾年前,就喜歡去哪裏食排骨菜飯。最近尖沙咀分店關門,只剩下銅鑼灣店。這裏一定要食他們的菜飯,真係好好食。其他地方的菜飯,一是太乾,或是太濕。這裏的主菜,可以選排骨、燻魚、牛腩、牛筋、切雞, 但是我推介排骨,分量很充足,炸得鬆脆,肉質鬆軟。下午茶時段,加$3可以配凍豆漿。排骨菜飯$59,不便宜,但物超所值。 continue reading
