煙雨季節,一直下著綿密的雨,不禁使人納悶,一於食咖哩去衝衝刺。小店日間是家餐廳,晚上就改營酒吧,故此食物都較為濃味。金色的餐具充滿王氣,予人高貴的感受。頭盤乃印度脆筒,配有兩款蘸醬:一個是薄荷醬,一個是甜辣醬。未蘸醬前先咬一口,脆筒本身也帶著微微的鹹味,蘸了不同的醬之後,果然各有風格;兩者之間,甜辣醬略勝一線。印度咖哩角通常以酥皮作為外層,用蔬菜做餡,而大部份以薯仔為主。這道小食咖哩角,沒有浮遊於口腔的油膩,反而夠乾爽。薯仔粒處於半蓉不蓉之間,一款實際簡單的咖哩角也可以令美味程度直達極致!接著的印度烤肉拼盤,有雞有魚有羊:Chicken Tikka、Fish tikka、Lamb Seekh Kebab,更有廚師臨場加插的Chicken Masala。無論是那一種肉俱非常細嫩,散發出獨特的香料味,香而不膩,佐酒一流!咖哩的肉選擇了羊,咖哩跟羊肉充分融合,香氣四溢;咖哩竟沒有絕對掩蓋掉羊的原味,當中蘊含著羊肉獨有的臊味,小人身為羊肉的究極愛好者,當然享受得暢快淋漓!有咖哩又焉能無薄餅?炸薄餅乃此餐廳之獨家出品,可選的夾心有薯仔、印度芝士或馬沙拉。我們要了芝士餡,一出場是熱得燙手的,炸過的薄餅仍保持本身的厚糯,中間的芝士不特別鹹,用來沾咖哩汁,豐腴可口。廚師能靈活發掘食材的潛質,技高一籌! continue reading

巴藉朋友帶我来試,怕辣的我,原恐怕無啖好食,但老闆話可以有不辣,我揀了午餐羊配naan,仍有些可接受B B辣,佢哋話印巴菜有香料去了些雪味,總有少微辣,老闆知道我怕辣,送了一客印度米饭我,he is very nice还試了特飲(kala khata Soda) with Blackberry fruit ;好有特色,非常indian style另外,还叫了兩个前菜,炸甜薯,辣酱鷹咀豆小餅(好辣)總体美味 continue reading

Intro & Location:取自印度首都範圍為餐廳名唔多唔少有啲啲特別感覺。餐廳位於商業大廈一樓頗容易比人忽略,就算地下擺咗餐牌,樓上鋪始終樓上鋪,人氣會差啲啲,但就做就咗我呢廷極討厭搭檯&嚮往寧靜食飯既客人。第一次嚟,有少少鼓起勇氣推開門入去嘅感覺,一入去,哇!成間鋪飄逸住印度炭燒烤味。直頭覺得如果上班族會唔會俾自己客人聞到呢哈!/ Once entered, you can smell the tandoori / tikka well before physical dining . My first impression was very good /Restaurant Atmosphere環境闊落舒服又乾淨,有好幾張望街景嘅舒服大卡位。餐具亦好乾淨而且啞金色碟grand得嚟但唔俗。呢間餐廳個concept係Restaurant & Bar,所以店長(one-man band 7 days?) 會做多步,汽水飲品會用杯上,+塊檸檬&冰、杯墊。呢間印度餐廳店長會幫客斟水。廁所門前有屏風,入面仲有道門先係廁所。比較雅觀衛生。/ A clean & comfortable restaurant with bar drinking concept / Set MealSet Lunch/Dinner 會跟是日餐湯&飲品,暫時飲過3種味嘅湯:豆味湯2款&1款蕃茄味,白色係豆味,黃色唔知係Dal/南瓜,紅色就類似牛油雞咁上下。+$可轉Mango Lassi,好杰而夠味而且唔會過甜呢下抵讚!【 Pakora 】呢款唔係Menu小食,係晚餐嘅一個前菜【 炸蔬菜】(辣)【 Papadam 】每次點咖喱都會比個Papadam做Appetizer。有一次特別到係比碟炭燒味嘅芒果醬,醮醬竟然都會taste到tandoori/tikka味,真係特別到無話可說。呢種Papadam唔頸渴,比其他平時食開嗰啲脆餅款口感味道更夾玷咖喱。/ A typical valued package of set meal / ★ New Delhi Chat Corner ★【 Dahi Poori 】呢款比較少見,通常餐廳最多都係賣Pani Puri,第一次食Dahi Poori,係凍食,唔需要再倒液體入去,其唔同之處係入面啲醬料:乳酪.薄荷.酸醬震撼地配搭無比,嗰種衝擊感令人好開心,足以超越食過嘅Pani Puri。𢳂多啲脆餅粒倒入去,成舊啪增加脆口感。【 Gol Gappe 】呢款即係Pani Puri,脆球比較脆,倒薄荷汁,正常口味,誠意之處係每舊都用隻烈酒杯盛住啲汁,誠意度加晒分,又增加收視率。【 Punjabi Samosa Chat 】呢款同【Dahi Poori】大同小異,只係將Samosa搣爛混入去做埋沙律,其他野差唔多,份量好似多少少咁,呢款當係一次過食到Samosa & Dahi Poori。/ A very important experience of eating such snacks . This maybe the key point of this restaurant / Main Courses【 Butter Chicken 】前所未有咁好食嘅牛油雞體驗,牛油雞食過多次但呢間明顯可以跑贏其他店奪取五星,精粹係其雞肉&咖喱完全俾烤味包圍,即係之前提過入店時聞到嘅烤味,依家真係食到入口,濃郁感極高,真係可以話係「好印度」!今次真係體驗到乜嘢先叫真正嘅「正宗」!竟然可以喺set lunch食到呢個層次實在太幸福!/ So far the best Butter Chicken I have ever eaten !  Honesty!  5 stars no doubt / Must encore regularly ! / 【 Lamb Rogan Josh 】註明為傳統印度羊肉咖喱,就算唔多食羊肉嘅我都覺得好味,咁就真係好好味,騷味適中帶出羊嘅特色,夠淋,咖喱都有明顯洋荵&複雜燴味道顯言同牛油雞個汁好唔同。【 Lamb Masala 】呢款放係dinner系列,味道無Rogan Josh咁濃郁而係偏向重蕃茄 &洋荵&椒味,唔知啱唔啱但覺得有少少似Kadai style?【 Saag Panner 】佢呢款菠菜芝士有一種好特別嘅味而其他店未體驗過,唔知係咪加咗芥末?咖喱杰度好高,但完全唔辣。【 Delhi 6 Famout Chole Bhature 】見呢款為Delhi6 Signature叫咗,但呢款唯一特別之處只係有件烤制麵包跟,鷹咀豆咖喱似乎難以做得標青所以其他款啲咖喱明顯更勝一籌。而家已經改為【 Punjabi Channa Masala 】應該冇咗塊麵飽。呢款應該只食一次算。※ 雖然暫未食過Vindaloo,但以上幾款咖喱基本上冇乜辣度,客人可以品嘗原汁原味,下次會試問下可否加辣。【 Chicken Biryani 】做到非常乾身,有啲腰果襯托,覺得偏香料味略多過咖喱味,乾飯又係有一種新體驗。呢款望落以為細碟,食食下非常飽肚差啲食唔落。Service帶有明星相嘅Manager 一定會每餐問食客質數如何,禮貌非常,自動斟水。典型基本重要而又經常被香港餐廳忽略嘅步驟做足,就係一定等你食晒啲小食先會上主菜咖喱。未食晒會問你上得主菜未。Conclusion雖然真正印度小食可能仲有好多好多,但呢間餐廳已經搜羅好多款色,比一般同行多,呢度係香港。講真咖喱間間印度餐廳都有得食,小食來來去去都係嗰幾味,呢間真係可以直頭專登去食啲side dish當正餐唔食咖喱都唔算過份。講就咁講,呢度個Lunch CP 值咁高真係好難抗拒到。大部份一舊水內有湯有飲品、12pm-3pm冇落場時間冇加一去邊度搵?實屬人性化+誠意表現。呢個無敵set lunch 打倒以往覺得set lunch冇好咖喱呢個觀念,喺Delhi6,唔需要懶有型咁去叫餐牌啲另外咖喱,set lunch一定唔會令人失望。當一日試云晒之後,就會跟menu逐去試㗎喇,除非價錢暴漲,否則一定繼續encore支持!/ First time customer can go ahead to order set lunch without any doubt, should be no disappointment/  continue reading

知道媽媽鐘意食薄餅,專登帶佢星期六嚟食lunch,因為喺openrice book,主餐牌散叫八折,set lunch就無,不過就有餐湯飲品,於是叫左一份椰汁咖喱魚飯套餐同一份牛油雞塊薄餅套餐,好快已經送嚟餐湯南瓜忌廉湯(忘記影)同餐飲凍檸樂。湯好綿滑creamy,飲品本來只叫可樂,嚟到有塊檸檬,好有心⭐️飲完湯,食物隨即就送上了,嚟到香噴噴,兩款咖哩好香,私心覺得牛油較香,雞好入味,魚都唔錯,但相對而言牛油雞CP值高好多,飯係印度米,口感似斷左嘅米粉,本身帶香味,幾得意,唔會太硬,可以一試;薄餅都好香,不過記得趁熱食,凍左就麻麻😋之前試過閒日中午嚟滿座,今次星期六附近少人返工,所以只有我地一枱,店主就不少走嚟問我地啲嘢啱唔啱食,好友善,亦樂意解答問題(我地問邊啲咖哩辣,全都都可選唔辣)。店內播住啲印度歌,不過都唔會好大聲嘈住我同媽媽傾計。總體成餐CP都高,周末少人上嚟食就剛好,支持⭐️ continue reading

位於灣仔嘅樓上印度餐廳🙌🏻地理位置唔錯👍🏻幾方便!Lunch set好抵食😆有湯有飲品!個番茄湯好好味😋有啲印度香料嘅味😍好特別叫咗個chicken masala🥘超高水準🙌🏻🙌🏻咖哩唔算好辣但味道好夠啲雞肉都好好味😋另外,佢有得揀要印度烤餅或者白飯難得去印度餐廳當然要試吓佢嘅烤餅!真心好好食仲要好大塊😍😍😍😍食完超級飽🤣🤣值得一試🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷同埋餐廳職員都好友善🫶🏻🫶🏻用餐環境都好好👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 continue reading
