表弟牛一約咗三五知己一嚐灣仔新店「Danji」，小肥表哥因要照顧家人只能飯前偷空歡樂短聚。網上訂座流程十分簡易。隱蔽於日街嘅韓國餐廳面積小小都設有三個室外座。樓底高高嘅用餐大堂一眼睇哂，以韓風嘅擺設及燈籠裝飾，簡潔企理。餐桌上擺有金光閃閃嘅自用餐具。埋位先有免費送贈嘅泡菜小食，爽脆醒胃。大大張餐牌英韓對照。另外仲有一張「Special Menu」特別餐牌，估計為節令菜式。飲品牌所示，每天歡樂時光限定為傍晚五點至七點，指定飲品可享折扣優惠。平心而論，$50/杯三得利生啤、$60/樽韓國啤酒、$70/杯招牌雞尾酒唔算特別平，反而$300/樽大小不分嘅開瓶費最抵。Galbi Dumpling（$88）：蒸餃子小食皮層厚薄適中，豬肉餡心尚算軟嫩，個人只係略嫌食落一陣微微嘅羶味，要多點辣油同拌配泡菜先可以勉強蓋過。Fried Chicken（$188/八件）：色澤金黃嘅炸雞件全部已預先去哂骨骨，咬落啖啖都係肉，！層炸皮酥脆鬆化得黎乾巧尤甚，毫不油膩，雞肉嫩滑鮮美，而且肉汁豐沛，絕對係細佬依幾年食過最好味嘅炸雞！帶點洋化嘅韓式小館「Danji」時尚開揚，服務生雖未有黑面對待，但動作就比較緩慢，生啤

餐廳開係日街盡頭，用google map花左小小時間先搵到係邊🙈餐廳設計好似意大利餐館，西式既裝潢令到客人坐得好舒適愜意，樓底非常高減少壓迫感。當日無訂位，職員安排左我地坐門口隔離既吧枱位，好多蚊咬🫠撇除多蚊外，職員服務態度同食物質素都幾好！🦀Danji Crab叫左一隻醬油蟹，醬油蟹唔會醃味到死鹹，仲食得出蟹既原味！蟹唔算好肥美同蟹膏唔算太多🙈但味道搭夠！蟹膏撈紫菜飯食簡直係無得頂🤤要注意唔好食到捩咁棄，如果餐廳可以提供器皿俾客人放蟹殼就更加之好！🐄Galbi Jjim牛肋骨經炆煮後甜甜地又軟腍腍，肉質中上，入口鬆化，有啲甚至骨肉分離☺️。韓式炆野通常都偏甜膩滯口，但Danji醬汁比較特別，放左紅白蘿蔔🥕，翠玉瓜，紅棗，銀杏等等，令到醬汁甜得黎又帶有陣陣蔬果既清甜，好岩我胃口！🥢Cold Noodles最岩夏日炎炎食既麵種！湯頭以牛肉熬製，煮至清澈又有肉味既湯頭，蕎麥麵幼身彈牙，職員主動幫我地剪斷同俾左兩個新碗食麵。配菜除左有常見既青瓜絲🥒同醃蘿蔔，仲有自家製既辣鱈魚乾。將魚乾放落酸甜可口既冷麵一齊食，清爽既湯汁頓時變得多層次，味道好夾😍📍DANJI 灣仔日街6-7號日新樓地下A號舖

原本book咗今晚4位8點，去到先話只有門口一張一半坐街外一半坐入面嘅門口枱（天氣咁熱又落雨，係咪玩嘢？👊🏻👊🏻）。女侍應話較早前致電過我但冇人接聽不能通知我此事🙄（翻查紀錄，中午12點多確實有一個佢嘅電話號碼來電），難道真的不懂留言或再多致電事先通知？🤔打一次搵唔到客人就算？😓佢仲話其他客人在6月時候已經book位，所以佢哋有位😡（我是過去的星期六致電訂枱）其實如果根本未能安排位，咁點解一早仲接受我嘅訂枱？訂枱時並無事先聲明坐嘅座位係咁樣嘅一張枱，等我哋去到先知道座位係咁樣安排，欠公平，強詞奪理，亦冇道歉！🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬佢態度係：就只有咁樣嘅枱，你可以選擇坐低或者走！😓😔就算再好食，都唔會再俾任何機會去試。🙅🏻‍♀️🙅🏻‍♀️🙅🏻‍♀️🙅🏻‍♀️🙅🏻‍♀️🙅🏻‍♀️🙅🏻‍♀️🙅🏻‍♀️🙅🏻‍♀️🙅🏻‍♀️🙅🏻‍♀️🙅🏻‍♀️🙅🏻‍♀️🙅🏻‍♀️完全沒有誠意嘅服務態度，可以害死一間好食嘅店舖！😤😤😤

DANJI 🇰🇷 .🥢 Grilled eel HKD 228 - this was decent but there were quite a few noticeable bones that bothered me a little 🙈.🥩 Galbi Jjim - braised prime short ribs HKD 288 - loved this!!! 韓國釜山人大廚做的地道釜山菜用料非常新鮮、高質！好喜歡這𥚃的醬油蟹、燒牛仔骨、燒豬肉、炸雞、泡菜薄餅、韓國冷麵、辣豆腐海鮮煲。。。味道一流。喜歡他們做的泡菜、啲泡菜、時令小菜、小碟開胃菜，吃到不能停口！老闆娘話可以上網去購買他們新鮮做的泡菜！A nice Korean bistro offering authentic Korean Busan food. Love all the dishes included the fried chicken, grilled or roasted beef or pork ribs, the soy sauce sauce crab etc.

I went with a friend for a weekday dinner and the restaurant was busy. There were only 2 staff but they were very nice and made sure all guests were looked after.The prawn pancake and the fried chicken are delicious but the crab in the crab soup doesn’t taste very fresh. The pork lettuce wrap across the table looks very appealing so will try that next time I am there.The ice-cream balls are very yummy and the sorbet is very refreshing and serves as a great end to a very flavoursome meal.

Danji really is the best Korean food in Hong Kong. From the large variety the menu offers to the warm and welcoming atmosphere, Danji is pure class.please discard anything that the previous reviewer said.I was having dinner at Danji tonight, and she was acting erratic. She wouldn’t accept that the restaurant was full, and started to be verbally abusive to the owner who was kindly trying to calm her down. Don’t let her experience affect you trying the restaurant, it is is the best and versatile K

I love Danji for its authentic Korean flavor and its atmosphere. It is quite different from traditional Korean bbq restaurants as this place gives a more cozy western bistro type of vibe with yummy cocktails and trendy Korean wines. The woman supposed to be the owner was arrogant and rude. I made a reservation and they gave my table away . Reason said I never confirmed and in fact I made a special trip to be there in person the day before to confirm. Just because that’s the only Asian restaurant around the area, they took things for granted. They didn’t care about the customers So many other restaurants in hk and I think if anyone wants to book this restaurant, I urge you to think twice! They do not deserve your busine

我比較喜歡韓國，所以都食咗好多香港嘅韓國餐廳，呢間每個食物都精緻好味，有在韓國🇰🇷的餐廳水準。今次因為人少所以叫不到太多。叫了五個食物兩支酒 都非常滿意，好幸運當日訂到位，但我只能book 到6:00 其他全被reserved . 環境似bar & restaurant , 都好有氣氛，侍應服務非常週到。唯有好像是用餐時間兩小時 ，其實如果只是食飯都足夠，但飲埋酒又好似爭小小咁。好快要去食第二次再試其他食物

Finally got to try this newly opened Korean bistro locate at sun street wanchai, took over the spot of the then Roots.
