Daje Zi! is an Italian restaurant owned by chef Gianluca. Gianluca worked in F&B for more than 13 yrs, he worked with skilful chefs who gave him chances to learn culinary secrets, but the best training came from his mom. As a child, he was an assistant to her. He shows his curiosity about cooking from his youth. The best day for Gianluca was Sunday, as it is a family tradition to make handmade pasta & cook different sauces. All Daje Zi! recipes are from Gianluca's hometown & his mom's teaching.

前排去觀塘諗食咩真係諗到頭都痛埋,今次呢間意大利🇮🇹食店真係搵左好耐先搵到呢間好東西出嚟!餐廳主要做外賣生意,但亦開咗一兩張枱仔,近距離坐喺Open Kitchen睇住意大利藉廚師煮野食,食物味道係超正宗,幾建議大家買佢地嘅外賣食返屋企/公司食!🌟卡邦尼意粉 Rigatoni Alla Carbonara呢到嘅卡邦尼意粉絕對係👧🏻喺香港未食過嘅風味,除咗平時必用嘅蛋汁、芝士粉、鹽🧂、胡椒味,仲加咗大量唔同類型嘅芝士🧀,味道上係有好濃烈嘅芝士(發酵🤣)味,質過上亦係超Creamy。而意粉就可以揀手工意粉/ 長通粉,老闆娘就建議我地試下手工意粉,比較粗身同有嚼勁👍🏻,如果係Takeaway就唔建議叫手工意粉啦~煙肉方面🥓就可以揀豬臉頰Guanciale 🐷/意式煙似Pancetta,今次就揀咗充滿油香嘅豬臉頰😍。🌟自家製肉醬手工寬扁麵Taglietelle Bolognese自家製肉醬係用咗免治牛肉煮,番茄味🍅唔算太濃烈/酸,絕對唔似平時港式食開會落茄汁🥫果種。至於手工寬扁麵🍝就同平時食嘅扁意粉亦有唔同,質感上係較爽口。🌟茄子卡布里沙律Caprese de Melanzene前菜👧🏻就叫咗個So-called 沙律🥗,就係有原個Mozzarella Cheese、 燒茄子🍆、車厘茄嘅沙律。平時出面西餐食燒蔬果都會怕燒到乾淨淨,今次嘅茄子夠曬Juicy!Mozzarella Cheese富有奶香味,又Creamy,配埋各種蔬果、黑醋汁絕對係個好穩陣又好味嘅選擇!🌟辣肉腸薄餅Salami Piccante薄餅皮🍕嘅質感係煙韌得嚟亦唔會太乾,配埋水牛芝士、辣肉腸,發揮幾好👍🏻,食完1/4個Pizza都唔覺得漏。🌟Tiramisu冇甜品就唔係一個完整嘅午餐,呢到嘅Tiramisu層次分明,手指餅浸咖啡酒Syrup☕️份量剛剛好,唔會話太濕潤太甜,整體上發揮平均👍🏻。 continue reading

平時係唔會寫食評,我都唔係Foodie會影相打卡,今次想讚呢間意大利餐廳,真係幾好食!好短時間已經食左三次,同埋有得揀素食好開心,意粉同pizza都好食,特別有一個菠菜意大利雲吞,勁好食,每次都會叫返佢,令我諗起去意大利旅行既時候!今次上門幫襯,真係意大利人開既,佢地好熱情又好有禮貌。誠心支持下呢類小店,希望食飯都多d選擇,唔想食黎食去都係連鎖集團(。・ω・。)ノ♡Sorry,我真係掛住食係唔會相機食先😂所以冇相可以分享俾大家! continue reading
