返工放lunch想不到吃什麼,於是到處逛逛,看見有新食店,即管一試。看見餐牌已覺得比一般車仔麵要貴,但看到他有提供無味精清湯,總算有些賣點。點了油麵($13)+素汁鮑魚菇($10)+滷水溏心蛋($7)打開一看,份量少,溏心蛋只有2/3隻,剩下的1/3隻去哪兒了?清湯味道不錯,麵跟配料都很好,滷水溏心蛋味道不錯(蛋黃偏熟,可能是外賣時焗熟了),但整體份量真的太小了吧?很不忿$7 只換來2/3隻滷水溏心蛋,請不要告訴我1/3隻是給下一位客人的!人家日本拉麵店的溏心蛋都不便宜,但好歹也會給你一隻,現在感覺有點被騙了…想投訴但發現收據沒有電話,只好在此發洩一下,也作其他顧客參考。 continue reading

Since this place is new opened, I didn’t have much expectation.When I look at the menu outside…many things seem to be very cheapThen I went in and order this one3 food (out of 9 food to choose) + noodle + clear soup base = $22I choose 咖喱魚蛋,牛丸 & 上海雲吞Then I add the pork intestine豬大腸for $9And just notice change the noodle to rice noodle新竹米粉 need to add $2Add the腩汁 need to add $1Total = $34 (much more expensive than I expected)I think these are the most common food of every noodle restaurantCurry Fishball - outside is spicy but inside is lack of flavour, too soft, not bouncy enoughBeef Ball - I cannot tell rather is pork ball or beef ball just by the taste. Not enough BEEF tasteShanghai Wonton - the skin (皮) that wrap the meat is too thick, make it hard when I bit it.Pork Intestine (+$9 ) – flavour ok, abit fatty and not as good as I expected, not worth for adding $9 for only few piecesRice noodle (+$2) – ok, smooth, texture not too hard nor softSoup with beef brisket sauce (+$1) – Ok, no MSG (not thirsty after) but the curry from the fishball overlap the soup flavour, cannot really taste the soup. continue reading

我相信謝斐道的食店.如果要全部試過.實在相當困難.當天行過灣仔.想吃得經濟一點.就選擇車仔麵.呢間車仔麵門面不算明顯.行入店內環境亦不算大,內面有數張圓枱,近廚房的位置有數張高枱,環境衛生不俗,牆身設計是上一代排檔,也頗有心思.買食物的方法,就是填完紙.行出去埋單.之後找位坐.等食..價錢其實合理.最便宜十八元就有交易,若三十至四十元,一定吃到飽.飲品七喜3元:是杯裝.百事系列,最便宜的貸源,不過只係付出三元,也不能要求太多.四餸車仔麵:39元,麻辣湯底,但個湯底只是顏色似麻辣.有很重八角和香料,胡椒等味道.麻辣味道卻消失了,就算有.都係吃完後有3秒.bb級麻的感覺.完全是零辣度.雞翼:其實偏瘦的.感覺似煮得過火.顏色亦淡色,肉也煮到十分林身,肉味也較薄弱.感覺一般.豬腸:較厚身的一種,有彈性,處理得乾淨,內裏完全沒有肥油,當然會欠決油香.但至少無異味.有咬口..也合格.豬紅:欠決滑的感覺,較實心.亦欠決香味.,牛腩:偏瘦,質感較硬.其實又不致於零肉味.牛味又不騒.而且又重香味.味道反而有的驚喜.整碗麵給我感覺,廚師末夠經驗處理食物,但大致上又不算太差,只是有進步空間,這裏是經濟之選.若在附近工作,路過都值得一試,專登去就不必, continue reading

今天收工路過此餐廳,被這裡的宣傳單張吸引,竟敢以無落味精為買點,加上門面簡潔,也吸引我入內一試。店子裝修雖簡單,但亦有點個性,因為客人檯做得較高,要配上酒吧椅子,其實座得不太舒適,不過做食肆的也想客人快快吃吧後便離開翻檯嗎。檯面上有點餐纸,選擇了麵類及食品後便要到收銀處落單及付款,可以用八達通,很放便。我對車仔麵興趣不大,只想試了牛腩肚湯粗麵,等了一會服務員便送上食物,見到麵碗形狀是大匙羹形,還印了店名子Logo,賣相特別,但看清楚碗内食品,卻發現份量較一般麵店的少,牛腩只有三小塊,牛肚亦只有三小條,粗麵只有一小個,白蘿蔔數粒,還有一塊生菜,份量比外出的一般麵店份量屬偏少,以為是特價下午茶餐的份量。味道方面牛腩很瘦,真不似是牛腩,牛肚質地普通,不硬也好,粗麵質地不差,最後也必要嘗嘗幾口這些無味精的湯水,試試自己是否因吃了味精而不適,湯水很清不肥膩。今餐雖然不飽,但下午真的卻沒有因吃了味精而不適,不知道是用了較優質的味精或是真的沒有味精? 今個下午最後要再吃下午茶填肚。 continue reading

頭條日報看見媽打兒子在灣仔開了車仔麵檔就叫一些姊妹一起去看看試試。新店有點現代化街邊風味,看得出是年輕人開的。試食價十八蚊三餸麵很抵食。我選了油麵,豬皮,豬紅,咖喱魚蛋,再加了雞翼,都是23蚊,四餸,試得過。等食等了十分鍾,加五分鐘排隊打電腦單,食完覺得值得,有機會會再來。食得出餸菜用心去做。咖喱魚蛋咖喱味很好,帶點辣,質感好,豬紅好味,有煮過,豬皮算爽,顏色好,不太鹹,雞翼很滑,滷水味濃。欣賞上湯底是很清,真的沒味精,跟一般車仔麵不一樣,喝多兩口。店員動作不太熟手,有進步空間,希望下次麵可以煮得快些。值得排隊試試! continue reading
