Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

大喜屋我諗無乜後生食知係乜了, 朋友生日聚會, 幾個大食怪去任隊既好地方,不過大喜屋都有幾個唔同LEVEL既大喜屋, 價錢同食物質素去區分, 今日去食旺角樂天大喜屋一如以往去到就瘋狂剔野食, 魚生, 串燒, 炸物, 鍋物, 講真如果樣樣都剔哂, 每樣食半啖我都包你係會飽到碌出去,因為佢食物種類真係好多好多~ 魚生巡個例都要叫一盤乜Q都有大大盤黎影下相, 食到好既三文魚同甜蝦既地方好多~ 所以我重點無放係佢地身上,今次驚喜係佢既池魚王, 油甘魚, 赤貝... 池魚王肉質好爽口, 好濃魚味, 油份平均, 赤貝既新鮮程度用爽係唔夠形容, 係應該用脆囉~燒物係我第二主打, 燒牛脷, 鹽燒雞翼真係閒閒地食到5-6串, 到壽司啦~ (食放題食壽司係咪傻架, 成舊飯, 飽哂啦) 咁諗就錯啦~ 壽司我淨係食佢既海膽壽司, 我可以講大喜屋D師夫幾大方~ D海膽係滿滿的, 勁甜勁濃味~ 一次剔8件佢都照俾~ 下次可以試下剔16件~ 哈哈食到尾職員每枱派一張雪糕紙, 原來係雪糕界LV既 MOVENPICK, 不過每人只限叫一杯~ 講真以食物質素, 價錢去比~ 真係好扺食~ continue reading

已經很久沒有約中學同學吃晚飯,今日舊同學聚會,就約了旺角樂天大喜屋日式放題。今晚約了幾個中學舊同學到旺角樂天大喜屋,很久之前已經訂台,吃過大喜屋的人都會知道,不訂台有機會等好耐,來到人山人海,等了數分鐘就安排入座。外面有一個非常大的自助區域,甜品、小食、青口、熟蝦、雪糕雪條等應有盡有,款式非常多,個人較推薦甜品,份量雖少但款式夠多,還有泰式辣鳳爪,酸酸甜甜醒胃一流。記得以前大喜屋是以一大疊的點心紙落單,現在轉用掃瞄QR Code,非常方便而且可以看到自己點了什麼食物,確保沒有重覆落單,至於食物都不用多說,刺身,炸物,鍋物等....刺身必須推薦油甘魚,帶子,珍寶大赤蝦,看得出是用上等貨,顏色靚,味道鮮甜 。炸物方面芝麻雞翼、榴槤炸球都是必點。天婦羅必點炸蝦天婦羅,夠特別創新,味道也不錯!燒物鰻魚,鹽燒海蝦,羊架都是非常出色,而且是回本首選😛。還有很多食物推介不能盡錄,餐廳還有清酒,多款果汁汽水任飲,CP值超高。總評:食物保持高水準。 continue reading
