眼見呢個舖經常座無虛席,晚市時段仲周時有人企門口等,根據肥仔奇多年獵食嘅經驗所知,一間要排隊嘅舖頭係不出三個可能:1.好食、2.好平、3.新開張。食過之後我會認為呢間舖之所以多人,純粹係因為2.好平。首先試試串燒雞翼,燒到過熟、乾哂、冇肉汁,調味亦不見得有何出色,失敗!再嚟試吓芝士蘑菇串,受惠於食材嘅新鮮原生菇味與多汁,再加啲芝士就好難整得難食。試埋汁燒日本年糕,好唔錯,個汁做得幾惹味,年糕夠煙韌,豪不吝嗇地包塊紫菜增添口感,呢個要讚!自家製蕃茄濃湯配以手打烏冬係毫無瑕疵,糖心蛋熟度剛好,蕃茄濃湯亦的確係蕃茄濃湯,若果一定要彈佢的話,就係個烏冬灼耐咗少少。真正出問題嘅係呢個和風燒鳥(燒雞就燒雞啦燒咩鳥啫),可能佢真係改錯名用咗個鳥字,鬆脆外皮之下係一陣好似雞屁股咁嘅禽鳥味,我唔知佢係冇用薑醃過定係點樣,總之如果唔去皮係根本食唔落。
