今日約咗妹妹一齊嚟到中環食一間精緻Fusion fine dine😝平時喺IG都見多人嚟食lunch,今日就嚟試吓啦🥳佢嘅菜式都係fusion菜,係由主廚自創的!好特別,基本上出面好似都冇見過😏首先前菜有兩款都係chef自己諗的,一個係臘肉韭菜花豬油凍多士配魚子醬,呢個口感有啲似上海菜,配homemade sourdough toast都唔錯🤓另一款係北海道帶子烏冬,配髮菜柚子醋啫喱,呢個酸酸地好開胃🤤口感爽爽地🥰第二樣前菜is非常之有特色嘅花膠配泰式乳酪紅油醬😋花膠配紅油醬食少少辣,但係個汁又幾creamy,好有thai feel 🤩🤩之後係我心中的今日MVP Roasted Chestnut soup 😗個湯飲落足滿栗子香,又甜甜地,作為栗子愛好者一定會大愛個湯!上面有煎過嘅羊肚菌,口感同平時中式煮法不一樣,煎過更加有咬口,同時吸到湯!配埋脆卜卜的sourdough 更jeng 😘Course一款係臘腸卡邦尼手工意粉,主廚整嘅時候着晒火勁IGable~ 意粉好厚身,口感好好,亦都好彈牙!連啲醬汁一齊食,其實都幾飽haha~ 而且臘腸勁多食到最尾仲有😍另一款好特別係西班牙紅蝦燒賣,切開入面會有醬汁流出😝食嘅時候要小心啲呀!佢算幾濃味,配酒應該唔錯😌甜品係可愛的homemade 酸種菠蘿包配earl grey 雪糕,一冷一熱特別有趣,菠蘿包即烤好香好夾雪糕😝呢個地方加呢個價錢食到手工同靚料係好值得,bookmark定下次嚟食😚😚 continue reading

伏到一個點湯咸到一匙都擺唔到落個口度換咗沙律,都係好鹹,好重口味主菜Augus 牛,啲肉韌到阿媽都唔認得唔明點解重有咁多人排隊成$250一個set lunch, 麵包同飲品都唔包1215分到叫野食,一開始就已經冇沙律,迫人飲湯,剛開舖冇耐就冇沙律?定係唔夠人唔想整,當然,無論沙律同湯都係伏到一個點如果只係為左fusion而fusion, 咁lee間餐廳真係令我好失望終於都明白到點解香港嘅食肆做唔返轉頭咁嘅價錢畀咁嘅就想同服務,你地都知點揀啦 continue reading
