Came here for a 5-course dinner at $780/person. It’s a small Asian fusion restaurant with mostly bar tables. Every dish is cooked by @chef_luke1028 here and he introduced the dishes to every table by himself so the waiting time between dishes is a little long but we still found surprises in the menu. 🥂Nougat de Foie Gras with homemade hawthorn jelly Never thought that foie gras could be paired with hawthorn jelly before and it surprisingly matched. It’s just the foie gras size was a bit tiny.🥂Roasted Cordyceps Flower SoupLiked this soup a lot and it’s really creamy and thick with hints of aroma from cordyceps flower coming along.🥂Iberico Pork Stomach Fresh Homemade PastaHave heard that the pasta here is really good and it didn’t disappoint! With white peppercorn and pickled cabbage added to the dish, it did taste like the HK style white pepper pork stomach soup.🥂Shredded Organic Australian Lamb Belly Beancurd Skin Rolls🥂Braised Char Siu Wagyu Beef Cheeks with stir-fried cabbageWe picked one each to share and both were tender and flavourful. The lamb was not gamey at all with mint yogurt labneh sauce and lamb jus added whereas the beef was braised to its right texture.🥂Osmanthus Tiramisu Decorated beautifully with a really nice smell, it’s such a nice end of the meal.Food was nice actually. Daap係間兩三人經營嘅fusion小餐館,坐吧枱可以欣賞主廚+副廚互相配合準備嘢食,睇住主廚煮意粉、擺盤、開火槍等等,就好似睇表演咁精彩華麗,真真正正視覺+味覺享受。不過正因為得兩個人,所以要等得耐啲,而且樓面嘅侍應唔多醒目,會有啲甩漏。*Restaurant week (Appetizer + Main + Dessert) $198烤栗子湯配羊肚菌栗子味非常香,順滑濃厚嘅湯頭帶少許奶香,感覺每啖都係精華。羊肚菌脆脆嘅,索湯後半脆半腍,口感好讚!臘腸卡邦尼手工意粉用臘腸代替意式風乾豬肉,有鹹香又多一層臘腸嘅甜味。手工意粉有厚度、煙韌,撈勻半熟溫泉蛋,每一條粉都掛住滿滿嘅卡邦尼汁。醬汁已經有濃濃嘅蛋香、芝士香,上菜前用火燒到焦香,過程除咗表演之外,亦加多一層煙燻香。亞洲風味啤酒燉羊腿配茄子薯蓉羊腿肉非常入味,肉味唔會好膻,用刀切開容易+易離骨。肉質好嫩,但又保持到咬口。薯蓉綿滑,配搭茄子又好味,係意外嘅收穫!自家制酸種菠蘿包配奶茶雪糕菠蘿包帶發酵酸味,菠蘿皮夠脆,但整體偏乾硬。奶茶雪糕茶味好濃,完全冇冰粒感。 continue reading

食完一個鐘內即刻唔舒服同行朋友都係咁 肚痛咗成個下晝 朋友更加柯水菜式油膩 味道又不平衡主打係fusion菜? 但係完全唔知咩嚟😂 不理解既味道一開頭睇個樣就覺得好似唔差咁食落就知中伏原本成日經過見到都算full就諗住試下 點知係不知所謂 人均重要200蚊 食唔食你自己諗下啦服務就更加唔使講唔知收咗加一做乜嘢 個類似菲律賓值嘅服務生 好似第一日返工咁 一行入去已經同咗佢講話book左兩位 英文都講左兩次但就係咁將我地 對比入面個chef 同第二位攞個ipad 既waitress 點知都係冇人理我哋 最後個chef先指示我地坐底 到最後都係叫我地有位就坐得 😂😂 welll...之後仲要聽到佢地唔係撞到就打爛嘢😯 good luck continue reading
