早兩日諗住食 點知去到先知因為疫情而家只係開星期四至日😹 款款sando 同special dishes都想試 心大心細唔知揀邊樣😛 sando麵包烘得鬆脆🍞 👉🏻 玉子煙肉三文治嘅炸玉子都算滑口 反而欣賞佢嘅煙肉醬 👉🏻 手撕豬肉三文治有蘋果粒唔使怕辣 👉🏻 煎羊腩($138)肥美 配埋墨西哥辣椒蓉同灑喺面啲香料果仁食幾香口 p.s. 餐廳主打sound bar concept 見酒櫃有好多唔同款嘅natural wine🍷 下次開返夜市之後嚟試吓🥰

Sando is Japanese style sandwich and here they incorporate some Hong Kong elements to the sando to make themselves one of its kind. If you are looking for something nice but not expensive in the Central area, this is definitely your place😋I tried their lunch set on weekday. It came with a snack, a sando and a drink. The sandos were both top notch and I do think we need more of it in HK. The 𝗘𝗴𝗴 𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝗱 is the signature here. The smooth custard was a little bit sweet with drooling egg aroma😆 The contrasting bacon jam offered some savoury kick to the palate. But my favourite is the 𝗕𝗿𝗮𝗶𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗸𝗲𝘁 one. The beef brisket was super tender and the BBQ sauce was excellent. The crispy cabbage gave some very texture. A must try🔥The sides were nice too. The 𝗘𝗻𝗱𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗱 🥗 deserved a special mention since it’s not easy to have a decent and proper salad as a side in many restaurant. The use of coconut milk was very unique and memorable too. The 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 🍟 were not bad too. Can’t wait to be back for more sando!

😎店鋪將世界各地風味融入sando及小食中，裝修都幾chill㗎，可以約埋三五知己去飲返杯，食下嘢傾心事～📌Egg and bacon sando $98呢個係公司嘅招牌🤩厚切吐司夾上內脆內軟的玉子燒，配上Bacon醬口感真係幾豐富㗎😗玉子燒酥脆到有啲似日式豬扒，食得多就有啲膩～📌Pulled pork sando $108肉質幾嫩口感不錯肥瘦均勻，加上菠菜同apple kimchi 層層疊在一起，加上特製嘅醬汁✌🏻📌Fish and chips $88呢個好推薦🤍完全顛覆咗對fish and chips 嘅概念。佢地嘅fish採用白飯魚去炸😂另外薯條面加上紫菜粉，即叫即炸！配埋酒真係一流🤩

最近發掘了中環一家特色Sando Bar，十分喜歡！❤️Sando即和風三文治，這裡的三文治也糅合了日式料理精緻的特色，每塊大小一致，整齊排列在一起，非常療癒。午市來到這裡像一般快餐Burger店! 看到這裡有個大酒櫃，夜晚與朋友來喝酒應該頗有氣氛🍻..........𝘓𝘶𝘯𝘤𝘩 𝘊𝘰𝘮𝘣𝘰 $108 (𝘣𝘪𝘵𝘦 + 𝘴𝘢𝘯𝘥𝘰 + 𝘥𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘬)𝐉𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐦𝐚 𝐂𝐮𝐜𝐮𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐝 沙葛青瓜沙律🥗有驚喜的前菜✨爽脆的沙葛和青瓜，想不到配搭枝豆杏仁醬很美味，味道清新！𝐁𝐞𝐞𝐟 𝐒𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐨 牛腩三文治午市有四款三文治選擇，最有名的應該是超厚的玉子煙肉，不過這次我決定試牛腩！裡面的牛腩片肥瘦均勻，層層疊在一起，配上濃郁的胡椒醬汁、紫椰菜絲和蔥花。緊夾在烘至微脆的麵包之間，口感豐富！推薦👍𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐝 𝐁𝐫𝐞𝐰 𝐂𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐞 冷泡咖啡 ☕️
