咸香蟹皇鍋巴蝦球:
蝦球配上咸蛋黃制成的脆衣,外皮鬆脆蝦球鮮嫩。鍋巴則是一片完整敲碎上檯,味道較淡質地較硬少少。

櫻花蝦蟹肉甜粟羹:
此羹香甜粟米味重,亦有櫻花蝦及蟹肉味,粟米煮到綿綿的,較易消化適合老少咸宜,但同時沒有了粟米的咬感,好處與壞處視乎食用者口味🤔。

咖啡菇鮮口磨爆法國封門柳:
醬汁與封門柳很夾,咖啡菇有點像配菜😅。

國金當紅炸子雞:
雞炸得很好,皮脆肉嫰,雞肉本身雞肉味唔重,調味方面亦略淡,雖然隨雞送上了檸檬汁混合鹽的醬汁,但點了醬汁反而更加微妙,最後向職員要了一些淮鹽。

經網上評論拍自費食評,食物質素有目共睹,好與壞透過鏡頭大概都估到八成,今日一試同影片近乎一樣。唯獨不同,影片介紹茶用焗盅上,可能我點的茶不包括這項 🤷地方寬敞闊落,被安排到卡位坐,心想:兩個人坐那麼大枱 😆。用餐中段,發現富貴竹不見了,再望望周圍,在場有的不是任吃餐,可能用作記號吧,哈哈 😆食物質素大致上都出色,剩餘的可能我太飽或是個人不喜歡 😅值得讚許是侍應及傳菜員服務一流,有笑容夠熱情 👍👍👍

再來兩個煲,牛坑腩肉質當然優良,但煲内的添了麻辣及牛味的粉絲最受歡迎,雖然到了近尾聲仍𣊬間就被各人搶去🤣。

另一個齋菜煲也很受歡迎,味道剛好而當中的齋菜材料選擇也很好,吃了之前多道較肥膩的菜式用這調節一下不錯!
