以前IFC2返工,國金軒係我食堂,一個月至少食10次,不過轉咗工,好耐無食,差不多有三年,今次重臨舊地,環境無乜點變,樓底高而且闊落,唔會聽到隔離枱傾乜,同朋友想relax吓食個decent lunch嘅好地方,不過冷氣真係唔夠,我朋友熱到大汗滴細汗,不斷飲啤酒同凍水降温。食物方面:叉燒依舊好好食,話係黑毛豬做,超juicy,肉質夠淋又夠味。點心方面,子母餃其實就係蝦餃,不過整色整水搞粒芥末係上面,不過入面粒蝦好新鮮,全隻大蝦,用料十足,不過個皮有d厚,而且用大蝦做嘅蝦餃,只要肯比多少少錢,好多地方食得到,分分鐘做得更出色。其他點心都普普通通,無乜特別,不過以呢個價錢,應該做得fancy些少。特別係杯青島啤酒,每杯70,仲未加一,真係仲貴過蘭桂坊嘅酒吧。好彩識個經理,送咗甜品,同服務超到位,見到我朋友不斷流汗,即刻攞兩杯凍水嚟,今時今日呢種服務態度唔係周圍有。所以雖然入門口個welcome service唔太好,個recep 無乜禮貌,嘢食無乜特別,不過食環境同個叉燒都可以 continue reading

國金軒為於國際金融中心三樓,一邊品嚐美食一邊觀看犘天輪同維港醉人景色,係飲茶消閑既好地方。XO醬菌皇涼拌帶子 $160帶子鮮甜美味,頂層點綴左辣椒絲食落口感微辣,XO醬食到有瑤柱同蝦米,有一片黑松露夾喺中間,最底層仲有幾條青豆角。小巧精緻,層次豐富。芥末子母蝦餃 $35(粒)裝住蝦餃既不銹鋼銀色籠一個個上桌,造型滿分。大小蝦餃呢個設計別出心裁,好可愛既迷你蝦餃入面係日本芥末,啖啖蝦肉爽口彈牙,正小欖粉果 $60粉果較為普通,有啲香菜,花生等。清香菜肉包 $60即係生煎包,份量較為細個,豬肉及菜肉餡料亦少。西班牙黑豚肉叉燒腸粉 $128叉燒碎濕濕,食唔到一片片既叉燒,腸粉夠滑,味道正常。八寶燉奶 $60令人有點失望,奶味濃但質地較散,入面有蓮蓉同蓮子,餐牌上寫有紅棗但我果碗入面見唔到。 continue reading

國金軒有幾唔值,有圖有真相。帶子燒賣$96首先一間咁高級既餐廳,點心永遠都唔會係籠既正中,痴晒去側邊。味道質地一般到其實食利苑好過😪金腿蘿蔔$60原來係一個鹹水角,我啃左兩啖都未到涵,說好的金華火腿就得個幾點咁大把。味道還好,當甜品差不多。叉燒包$60皮真心厚,叉燒又少又瘦,味道同點點心差不多。生煎包$60都係有圖有真相,厚到一個極點,肉又係低質肉,其實鍋貼大王好過佢好多。響鈴腸粉$92我諗呢一味係較有可取之處既一味,腸粉入面包住脆脆同魚肉,有麻醬甜醬點,已經算幾唔錯,不過成90就貴左少少。鵝肝龍鬚卷$60呢個都係另一味較有可取之處既,唔太油,炸得幾好,皮同涵既比例都比較合理,咁既質數先座底叫正常。呢個地方,景係OK, 但服務態度又係另一個經典。我地叫茶叫菊花,佢地又似好驚訝咁,叫菊花好正常je, 點解會好似好難沖出黎,又要畀客人聽到?仲要入錯單,咩都賣晒,分開四五次同我地講。同場加映有個 waitress 呀姐係咁一路抹枱一路大聲鬧隔離個 junior, 呢樣野又係高級餐廳應有既?唯一正常就係有個著西裝既女經理,話唔好意思入錯單,逐項解釋返我地叫左咩。所以,黎左一次,以後唔會再黎, bye bye 👋 continue reading

中秋節緊係要食月餅應節啦!見信用咭有優惠,今年特別買了國金軒既金箔三黃白蓮蓉月餅試下。包裝好靚,大方得體,已經加分。盒內除了四個月餅,還附送埋1份金屬刀叉,好細心。切開月餅,見到3個蛋黃就好開心!可能係白蓮蓉既關係,唔太甜,而且蓮蓉好滑,好味道!阿爸阿媽都好like呢盒月餅!果然一分錢一分貨!連一向唔好月餅既我都覺得幾好,唔太甜,唔太濟! continue reading

今天約了好友午餐,為了遷就他的工作地點,就在IFC隨便選擇了國金軒。可能是由於訂座訂得太遲,電話中已得知會被安排坐到門口的那一枱。準時一點到達,亦如所料坐上了最近接待處走廊旁的這一枱。雖然是在走廊旁邊,但也沒有不自然的感覺,反而覺得很有寧靜的私人空間,因為只有隔鄰一枱二人在用饍。唯一缺點是冷氣不太夠,沒有太涼快的感覺。室內環境是一流的,絕對是IFC應有的水準。員工的服務態度亦是酒店級,由經理到侍應甚至傳菜員也是笑容可恭,充滿工作熱誠,辦事效率亦高。包括其中一位不小心在上菜時打翻了鼓油碟的那位同事。小小意外,不足以扣分,反而是他處理這小意外時的細心和態度,令我們完全沒有不快的感覺。應予加分。簡單的午飯,至在聊天,所以兩人只隨便點了四款點心和後加了一個甜點。本人喜歡舊式點心,所以選擇了最普通的蝦餃,叉燒包,牛肉腸和XO醬炒蘿皂糕。甜點則是一個什麼咖啡味的東西,名字記不起了。茶錢$25一位,很合理外皮比較厚硬,有點失望,整體還算可以,算出來每粒蝦餃值$30,價錢不是問題,但我總是習慣了一籠四粒的設定,三粒好像很小氣似的。叉燒包外皮鬆軟,饀料足,味道調較得很對我的口味,再多也吃得下。姫松茸牛肉腸,即是牛肉腸。吃不出有太大的不同。就是這個意外了。原來倒瀉鼓油不是我的專利,太高興了。XO醬炒蘿蔔糕,一般酒樓的水準,只屬微辣級數,應該不會有人吃不到。本來是想吃一個什麼楊枝金露芒果布甸的,但朋友好像不太有興趣,所以改選了這個咖啡凍糕。咖啡凍糕本身不太甜,清清的作為午後甜品很稱職。反而是裝飾的蓮藕片下那一團奶皇醬就不得了,出奇地美味, 甜而不漏,誇張點說,簡直令我有幸福的感覺,結果給我全部吃掉了。這餐點心連加一小費一共$500. 在中環來說不算貴。但若不預早訂枱,相信可以找到座位的機會應該很低。總括來說,國金軒是午飯聊天的好地方,寧靜優雅,服務一流。食物質數則還有進步空間。 continue reading
