每個人洗五六百蚊食一餐唔飽嘅茶,跟住佢同你講因為佢位於IFC、因為有維港同高官達人幫襯,因為環境靚,租貴,所以幾舊水一個人頭。。。無錯唔係一餐茶飲幾百蚊,而係一個人飲幾百蚊茶,呢間就係唔make sense 既國金軒。佢所謂嘅維港景色,就係對住摩天輪,而且座位有限,需提前數星期預約。點心嘅造型花心機,用黎影相一流,但係對於講求食嘢要實際啲同飽肚嘅男士來講,咪又係甘。例如呢三隻白雪雪既白兔,裡面係甜薯,三隻六十蚊,二十蚊,一啖就吞左。每碟點心基本上得三舊, 如果你四至五人黎,就必須每樣叫兩碟才夠平均。子母蝦餃,裏面嘅鮮蝦的確係大大隻,上面係黃芥辣。一般酒樓30幾$40有四隻,呢度係$35隻。都係一啖食完。食左唔夠八碟點心,每碟分到一啖,老實講真係唔飽,但係再食落去又要再洗多幾百蚊,最後都係算數去揾拉麵填肚算。 continue reading

今日好多地方都book唔到位,所以最後去咗國金軒。我哋叫咗個XO醬菌王涼拌帶子,有藏紅花同少少XO醬吊味,雖然得四粒但都幾好食!最鍾意食個夏威夷木瓜薄荷牛柳粒,木瓜好甜,牛柳粒都好林個香煎鱈魚扒都外脆內軟,魚肉好鮮嫩,啲蔥都好好食,雖然點菜之前以為就咁煎,但原來係炸嘅,不過炸得都唔算好油,所以都係好食的烤雞就正常,都ok,皮脆肉嫩!整體都算唔錯P.S. 原來用Citibank信用卡或AE信用卡都有九折優惠! continue reading

這天和幾位朋友來到位於香港國際金融中心3樓 飲茶。它以巧手的點心、中菜而成為城中首屈一指的食府。加上地理優勢,所以特別多高官、貴人在這裡開餐。店內非常寛倘,樓底相當高配上超大水晶吊燈,典雅中滲出貴氣。每個服務員也穿上整整齊齊的制服,相信對員工也有一定的要求,每位服務員也醒醒目目,反應也相當好 豉汁日本南瓜蒸肉排 $60肉排相當較腍,以南瓜墊底吸收肉香,但略嫌油份太多。 鮮蝦豆苗餃 $60做到皮薄吹彈得破是我對它的基本要求,豆苗餃皮很有彈性,錎料十足。 芥末子母蝦餃 $35/只最有特色的一款點心,以一位用,子母蝦餃意思就是一大一小,再以微微辛辣的芥末提味,單調的蝦餃頓時多幾分趣。 話梅肘子 $138燻蹄以話梅煮成酸汁,除了酸酸味味可以令胃口大開之外, 更可以令肉質更爽口。 西班牙黑豚叉燒皇 $390半乳瘦叉燒又香又腍而且充分肉汁,甜香蜜汁將叉燒包圍, 好出色! 奶皇白兔仔 $60好可愛,但奶皇非我杯茶。 continue reading

以前IFC2返工,國金軒係我食堂,一個月至少食10次,不過轉咗工,好耐無食,差不多有三年,今次重臨舊地,環境無乜點變,樓底高而且闊落,唔會聽到隔離枱傾乜,同朋友想relax吓食個decent lunch嘅好地方,不過冷氣真係唔夠,我朋友熱到大汗滴細汗,不斷飲啤酒同凍水降温。食物方面:叉燒依舊好好食,話係黑毛豬做,超juicy,肉質夠淋又夠味。點心方面,子母餃其實就係蝦餃,不過整色整水搞粒芥末係上面,不過入面粒蝦好新鮮,全隻大蝦,用料十足,不過個皮有d厚,而且用大蝦做嘅蝦餃,只要肯比多少少錢,好多地方食得到,分分鐘做得更出色。其他點心都普普通通,無乜特別,不過以呢個價錢,應該做得fancy些少。特別係杯青島啤酒,每杯70,仲未加一,真係仲貴過蘭桂坊嘅酒吧。好彩識個經理,送咗甜品,同服務超到位,見到我朋友不斷流汗,即刻攞兩杯凍水嚟,今時今日呢種服務態度唔係周圍有。所以雖然入門口個welcome service唔太好,個recep 無乜禮貌,嘢食無乜特別,不過食環境同個叉燒都可以 continue reading

國金軒為於國際金融中心三樓,一邊品嚐美食一邊觀看犘天輪同維港醉人景色,係飲茶消閑既好地方。XO醬菌皇涼拌帶子 $160帶子鮮甜美味,頂層點綴左辣椒絲食落口感微辣,XO醬食到有瑤柱同蝦米,有一片黑松露夾喺中間,最底層仲有幾條青豆角。小巧精緻,層次豐富。芥末子母蝦餃 $35(粒)裝住蝦餃既不銹鋼銀色籠一個個上桌,造型滿分。大小蝦餃呢個設計別出心裁,好可愛既迷你蝦餃入面係日本芥末,啖啖蝦肉爽口彈牙,正小欖粉果 $60粉果較為普通,有啲香菜,花生等。清香菜肉包 $60即係生煎包,份量較為細個,豬肉及菜肉餡料亦少。西班牙黑豚肉叉燒腸粉 $128叉燒碎濕濕,食唔到一片片既叉燒,腸粉夠滑,味道正常。八寶燉奶 $60令人有點失望,奶味濃但質地較散,入面有蓮蓉同蓮子,餐牌上寫有紅棗但我果碗入面見唔到。 continue reading
