To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Food and Health Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department has launched the "League of RSS-friendly Restaurants" ("League"). Restaurants participated in the League will offer less-salt-and-sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the League Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 人哋話國金軒好出名,所以今天就決定去中環國金軒試一試。我叫咗幾籠點心:包括筍尖蝦餃、和牛酥、素菜餃、一個鮑魚撻、半隻炸子雞、石斛鮑魚湯。食物的質素真係一中下,蝦餃、和牛酥、素菜餃等我一般酒樓大同小異,味道平平無奇。炸子雞佢幫我起咗骨,但係肉質冇話特別鮮嫩,只係覺得啲皮比較脆,皮同肉係分離的。另外,服務質素強差人意!啲員工喺酒樓都係行行企企,想餐時淨係擺低在枱面,沒有幫我執好枱面上的食物位置,要我自己放好食物。我下次不會再去光顧! continue reading

去南丫島遊玩前,想先填飽肚子。其他餐廳都要等位,國金軒剩下走廊的兩張枱。對國金軒之前嘅印象,就係好耐之前喺尖沙咀食過嘅晚飯,食物質素唔錯。但係今次,食物同服務都非常令人失望。先講茶,$28/位,淡而無味。食物蝦餃,大失所望。蝦,無乜味道。XO醬炒蘿蔔,好惹味,但份量較少。帶子燒賣,算係比較出色。最令人失望嘅係頭抽乾炒牛河,完全無頭抽味道。炒牛河無應有嘅鑊氣。最重點嘅係,炒牛河分左一次三碗俾我哋之後,剩低嘅牛河就二話不說成碟放上枱。5星級價錢,不及格嘅服務。無下次。 continue reading
