適逢端午假期,波王長輩從美返港,並於中環「國金軒」設宴一席,以國金名菜款待肥肥家族。步入中菜廳必先經過羅曼蒂克嘅香檳走廊。主人家早已安排派對於廂房內進行,房內有個獨立洗手間,私人空間足,有靚景睇,仲有專人服務,設備十分完善。餐店面積寬廣,樓底極高,裝潢雅致,連水晶吊燈及藝術擺設都有氣派過人,確真富麗堂皇。桌上有齊備嘅餐具、濕毛巾、餐巾,整潔企理,而且衛生非常。菜單雖早已定好,但八掛嘅XO仔見到旁邊有本厚厚嘅彩圖餐牌,結果都係忍唔住影咗幾頁同大家分享。首頁先道出店子嘅廚藝背景。尾頁則清楚列出各項消費,包括茶芥、開瓶費、切餅費等等。水晶大蝦球($380/位):為晚宴作序嘅水晶蝦球同小肥個拳頭差不多大,一上枱已令全場嘩聲四起,外型絕對震撼!據悉,超大隻嘅水晶蝦乃來自沙巴嘅老虎蝦,蝦身雪白晶瑩,且極富光澤,師傅喺蝦背𠝹咗刀即造成起雙飛嘅效果。水晶蝦球爽脆鬆潤,喺口中慢慢咀嚼可細嚐到蝦隻如何爽甜彈牙,爆!乳豬:當紅乳豬上場時已片好皮。燒至金紅嘅乳豬皮不單又香又脆,最重要係鬆而化口,大廚果然有料到!手撕二度肉質香軟幼嫩,毫不油膩,可謂皮脆肉香。陳皮炒東星斑球:紅皮白肉嘅東星斑球以翠綠嘅毛豆粒粒墊底,外觀十分精緻。意外地,魚皮厚潤帶脆,魚肉更加係鮮嫩無比,咬落慢慢滲出陳皮嘅果香,靚魚清新鮮甜,當真細膩得很!葡萄西班牙咕嚕肉($320):以西班牙黑毛豬煮出嘅咕嚕肉色澤橙亮,擺盤精美。如相所示,碟上並無多餘嘅汁液,咕嚕肉層炸皮香脆,黑毛豬肉超級鬆爽,其酸甜嘅調味恰到好處,菜式香口又醒胃。竹報平安($260):餸名「竹報平安」嘅來由其實係指以竹笙包住魚肉豆腐,即「老少平安」,所有食材均打孖上,更寓意著「好事成雙」,意頭冇得頂呀!以上湯浸住嘅竹笙魚肉豆腐卷外爽脆內軟嫩,喺竹笙卷面簡單以兩粒杞子點綴已能帶出清甜,實為清麗脫俗也。海皇西施泡飯($380):單尾橙艷嘅海皇西施泡飯個海鮮湯底香濃甜美,足料夠火喉,金黃嘅脆米粒粒由專人續一為貴賓灑上,確保進食時仍脆卜卜。蛋撻仔:熱辣辣嘅蛋撻仔一口一件易入口,其酥皮香而不膩,蛋心又夠柔軟滑溜。咖啡糕:層次分明嘅千層咖啡糕色澤鮮明,糕身軟滑,入口即洋溢出香濃而不俗嘅咖啡香,微甜討好。紅棗糕:新鮮蒸起嘅紅棗糕熱力十足,煙韌柔潤,輕巧清甜。中環高級中菜廳「國金軒」環境高雅大方,廂房設備齊全,有靚景睇又有氣派,服務貼身稱心,高質美食色香味俱全。非常感激長輩設宴款待,令XO仔有幸見識到超哂班嘅「水晶蝦球」,一賀細佬於OpenRice寫下第九百篇食評! continue reading

週日中午同埋屋企人過來飲茶,面對海景飲茶心情極佳,黑糖蒸馬拉糕既馬拉糕非常鬆軟而且味道夾雜住黑糖的甜味,三色鹹水角唔大一口可食完,味道上無咩特別,中規中矩咁,蝦餃皮薄餡多,味道鮮甜。海王西施泡飯都幾好食,加上一個好出名的燒肉,肉質嫩滑多汁,非常好食。 continue reading

中午來到這裏飲茶, 今次㸃心叫來了它們;芥末子母蝦餃,一籠一粒蝦餃, 咬落肉彈而內帶著湯汁的,上面的一小粒餃便是包著芥末, 一起吃就如蝦餃点了芥末醬嘅味感。瑤柱灌湯餃, 湯底香濃, 湯𥚃附帶一整粒瑤柱, 湯餃內的用料是蝦碎肉及冬瓜蓉。百里香黑豚肉餐包, 濃郁叉燒豚肉碎肉饀, 細细個, 大口的人可一口進食或分兩口呢。三色咸水角,只是外皮顏色不同內容一致, 也是细細件可一口吃的份量, 味及口感如一般的咸水角。沙薑雞腳,附上沙薑汁另上, 石盤內的雞腳也同時帶汁上, 肉質爽脆不是一般的炆/蒸雞腳有如那些泰式雞腳肉哋, 調味入味其實不太需要另点那沙薑汁, 而点后就額外提升濃度呢。金瓜蟹肉餃,餃皮有些少厚但內裡豐富如蝦餃配合了南瓜粒,清清的。黑糖蒸馬拉糕,算是鬆軟的糕件接著黑糖味。這裡坐位寛闊舒舒, 服務員態度專業。 continue reading
