他們首先送上二人分海鮮塔,賣相吸引但龍蝦非常韌,小蝦,青口及翡翠螺都沒有味道除長蟹腳及鮑魚仔合格外其他都強差人意,自助區沙律菜十分吸引及新鮮,Live station有eggs station及烤豬鞍,豬鞍略嫌過熟及醬汁太鹹,還有2款湯供應,番茄及蘑菇湯還不錯,已調味沙律都有六,七款,cold cuts一定不可小,到了主菜部分我們點了雪魚及慢煮牛肉,雪魚毫無魚味失敗之作,牛肉非常冧滑好味,甜點一般般沒有突出之處,最後還有咖啡或茶作結,酒店提供給顧客慶祝用的cupcake真是令人掃興,感覺非常敷衍了事沒有誠意,令人感覺非常失望。還有一點要提出,我向一位餐廳部長取濕紙巾,他立即從衫袋裡取了一包給我,但沒有提供給我太太,這樣令我倆都有點愕然,其後我再向另一位員工取濕紙巾,他用碟承載餐巾及濕紙巾給我們,令人感覺十分恰當及舒服,整体上服務比一些五星級還好。

留港週末好去處!這個海鮮Brunch 是近來難得的性價比十分高的選擇。 Semi-buffet 可以自選main course , 而且味道出色,前菜沙律及湯品都不錯,每人份的海鮮我覺得比起普通的自助餐來得豐富,有長腳蟹、鮑魚、凍蟹、螺、青口等等,還有厚切鵝肝小burger, 十分滿足!另外還有甜品枱及雪糕!不用介紹的還有無敵海景,雖然Cucina 已有點年資,不過不影響無敵維港景觀,除了旅客,偶爾來這裡吃一頓美景午餐也不錯!

公司在海港城,最近发现这家系香港马哥孛罗酒店六楼的福布斯四星宝藏意大利菜餐厅!主厨已经服务了十年,菜品有保障,海港城的停车平台可开车抵门口,悄悄话俾你知,尼度看烟花,可避开人潮,而且是正面直对摩天轮呀! 你话视角有多正? 我跨年都同friend book咗尼度。 交通管制跟我没有关系。菜品,看照片! 服务也是没得顶,绝对是fine dining 的标准,餐厅经理绝对是Michilin 餐厅培训出来,整个escot seating,点菜,特地问了我的口味推荐pasta , 绝对是惊喜! 价格非常公道,中午也有套餐,晚餐零点不喝酒也就约五百元也可以吃得很开心。 吃贵不一定会吃,会选是关键咯!

Malloreddus with Sausage, Tomato, Fennel Seed, Pecorino - the pasta is typical of Sardinia with thin ribbed shells made with semolina flour which shape helped to scoop up the pasta sauce in every bite. Tiramisu, Coffee Ice Cream, Zabaglione, Amaretti - a mixture of these Italian classics being put together in one dessert somehow seemed forced and lost their real identities and didn’t quite work for me unfortunately. Bit disappointed.

Have to say the servers were attentive and went out of their way to make sure we were seated comfortably and even helped to take pictures of us.
