Cucina假日海景Brunch,可以望住維港嘆美食,又有豐富半自助前菜同主菜選擇,環境舒適可以打卡。一入餐廳已經見到玻璃大窗,整個維港開揚風景盡收眼底,天氣好嘅時候陽光灑落餐檯,望住藍天白雲,感覺好舒服。如果食晚餐仲可以欣賞到「幻彩詠香江」,應該又係另一種享受,有機會真係要黎試吓。自助區有前菜凍肉拼盤有巴馬火腿、意式豬肉腸、莎樂美腸,油香味夠,口感好Q好煙靱。芝士拼盤有松露芝士、藍芝士同阿夏戈芝士,好多款供選擇。沙律區選擇多,有牛肉沙律、鴨胸沙律、番茄水牛芝士沙律,全部清新開胃,醬汁惹味。意粉station可自選醬汁,有蕃茄醬同海鮮汁。意粉食落去有彈性,海鮮汁香濃鮮味,掛汁好足。雞蛋station即叫即煮,有黑松露炒蛋,口感滑溜。熱葷有意式焗千層茄子,茄子燴得好入味又唔夠油膩。意式肉丸好Juicy,濃郁番茄同香草味道好好味。烤加拿大豬鞍配杏桃醬,豬肉外皮香脆,肥瘦均勻。除了自助區外,brunch仲包左個海鮮塔。海鮮塔裡面有鮑魚、龍蝦、蟹腳、翡翠螺同青口。鮑魚鮮甜爽口,啲龍蝦肉彈牙又Juicy,咬落去啖啖肉。其他海鮮都好鮮甜,喜歡食海鮮嘅朋友真係會好滿足。主菜方面可以選慢煮牛頰肉同比目魚,牛頰肉入口即化,牛香味濃,薯蓉綿密,醬汁好夾牛肉,一啲都唔會柴口。比目魚鮮甜嫩滑,魚皮微脆,配埋青豆,口感豐富。甜品檯有火焰車厘子、提拉米蘇、馬卡龍、各式蛋糕、生果,雪糕用Häagen-Dazs,甜品層次豐富唔會太heavy。Read More
