居外國嘅親友陸續回港,好客嘅長輩們都會花盡心思筵席為其洗塵,其中週一晚特選於酒店意大利餐廳「Cucina」享用節令松露宴!馬哥孛羅香港酒店就喺碼頭隔離,由中環搭船過海最快捷。如果搭的士或者私家車的話,司機可以停喺海運大廈頂樓露天停車場,十五分鐘內出閘唔會有收費,行入餐廳兩分鐘即到,選擇泊車仲可以憑電子消費扱飛免幾個鐘,位置比印像中方便。店子門外擺出閃亮嘅聖誕樹同飾物,節日氣氛濃厚。室內燈光柔和,傍晚時份,接待處旁個酒吧區可見不少酒客,為怕影響人家歡樂暢飲同談心,XO仔都好識做冇影相相。十一人派對被安排入座最內側嘅一張長枱,私人空間足,且闊落舒適。望出窗外仲有迷人嘅維港靚景,估計放煙花嘅日子最旺場。主人家早已定好七道菜餐單。並由主廚Andrea哥哥鄭重介紹晚餐之松露主角,近距離拍攝大特寫時已經聞到陣陣松露香,當真令人期待萬分!桌上擺有齊備嘅自用餐具。人齊先送上麵包籃,媽咪一食到包包內含果仁即提點細佬唔食得,嗰刻先記得未通知服務生自己對果仁敏感,大病初癒就係咁大頭蝦。Amuse Bouche:為晚餐作序,每人都有一杯以金箔魚籽醬點綴嘅海膽慕絲。餐前小食軟滑鮮甜,開胃醒神。Fassona Beef Tartare with Black Truffle:四款頭盤均屬家庭式分黎食,打頭陣嘅黑松露牛肉他他由大廚親自推出,好似剪綵咁打開冰鎮錦盒,視覺效果得之外更特顯其誠意,席上嘅賓客都不禁拍起手來!意大利神牛Fassona出名脂肪少,如相所示,造出嘅他他色澤紅潤得黎一絲肥膏都唔見!神牛他他豐潤細嫩,黏上松露秘醬再塗上黑松露多士,組合鬆軟輕柔不油膩,吃畢更齒頰留香!Cold Cuts and Cheese Board:凍肉芝士拼盤有五款切得夠薄嘅凍肉、兩款芝士粒粒、乾果、果仁及橄欖,份量好足!Smoked Gold Salmon with Oscietra Caviar:清咗神牛他他隻碟後,餐桌上迅即又再湧現出煙霧瀰漫嘅仙境。白霧逐漸散去時,圓圓嘅碟盤若隱若現出金光閃爍嘅鱗光,天真嘅小朋友問道霧下是否藏有美人魚,飲咗兩杯嘅Uncle公公方才留意到菜式確真為魚魚,不過係金鱗三文魚而非美人魚,驚嘆小孫兒敏銳嘅觀察力及廚師細密嘅設計,飯聚極富娛樂性!髹滿金箔嘅三文魚外觀矜貴有氣派,魚肉厚潤肥美,當中嘅煙燻味輕巧尤甚,連同頂面嘅魚籽醬入口即有提鮮之效,美觀又可口。Caesar Salad with Prawn:凱撒沙律清新爽脆,混入嘅沙律醬恰到好處,個人最欣賞就係加插咗啲預先去咗殼兼爽口彈牙嘅新鮮中蝦,倍添口感及鮮甜!Homemade Tagliolini with Parmigiano Cheese & Shaved White Truffle:意大利粉上枱前先由Andrea哥哥續一刨出白松露,和藹嘅笑容足以流露出樂在其中之感!自家製意粉幼幼嘅麵條煙韌軟彈,簡單拌配芝士汁添上潤滑嘅同時,直令鮮刨上面嘅白松露薄片飄散出芬芳嘅香氣,滋味無窮!Roasted Australian Beef Tenderloin & Garlic Butter Boston Lobster, Hollandaise Sauce:海陸主菜舖面嘅波士頓龍蝦鮮甜爽脆又多汁,墊底嘅澳洲牛柳則軟腍鬆嫩,配角仲用上清甜嘅紫色西蘭花,女仕們食得份外興奮!Homemade White Truffle Ice Cream, Chocolate Sponge, Almond Crumble:嘻嘻,松露宴到甜品環節都仲有新鮮松露,一樣由師傅即場刨出,絕無欺場!呈上餐桌時同頭盤一樣造出迷幻嘅煙霧效果,彷彿寓意著要震撼到尾!白松露雪糕清涼芳香,配上微甜嘅朱古力鬆糕、朱古力薄脆及杏仁餅碎令甜品嘅口感豐富得好有層次,松露香邊食邊索進鼻腔內,講真食到有啲嗨嗨地!飯後一杯特濃咖啡,腸胃特別舒暢。尖沙咀酒店意大利餐廳「Cucina」環境舒適有靚景,服務生體貼周到,大廚更事事親力親為,團隊誠懇認真。海陸松露晚宴奪目吸睛,新鮮美味,可享折扣優惠嘅會員最抵食,為感觀世界帶來驚喜嘅節令珍饈絕對值得一試! continue reading

The flavors were absolutely exquisite! 😍🍝 From 6 to 10 March, you can experience that too!✨ The Seared Scallop, Cauliflower in Two Versions, Beluga Caviar, Arugula Chips was a starter that delighted my taste buds with its oceanic sweetness and contrasting textures. 🌊🌿 And the Wagyu Beef Carpaccio & Fassona Beef Tartare, Parmesan Cheese Sauce, Mustard Mayonnaise, Marinated Egg Yolk, Shaved Black Truffle showcased the exceptional quality of two varieties of beef, leaving a lasting impression. 🥩🍄🍛 The Carnaroli Risotto with Smoked Provolone Cheese, Broccoli Cream, Italian Sausage, ‘Nduja Powder was a symphony of flavors that tantalized my taste buds. 早於14/12經Open Rice平台成功預訂31/12Cucina ,知道New Year’s eve呢啲特別日子就特登再致電餐廳詢問31/12Tea set收費及是否有限制,獲告知當日3:30-5:30Tea set照常,收費$538/2位,若人數有增加就按比例計算,滿心歡喜確認訂枱,準備跟回港的好朋友聚會。但今天26/12 Boxing Day卻忽然收到以下短訊通知:——————Good afternoon. This is Cucina.We received you have a reservation on 31th December 3:30pm. Sorry to inform you that on that day we won't serve the tea set, because the brunch will finish at 4pm on that day. So would you mind to change the day to enjoy the tea set or want to come early to having the brunch? The brunch will be the semi-buffet style, and it will be $698+10% service charge per person.
