睇咗咁多以下啊姐啊哥嘅好評,果日lunch就去試試呢間好似好高級嘅餐廳。我唔夠膽話一定有打手幫間餐廳,但係各位自己睇下我d相片,再考慮,先決定試唔試啦! 我覺得食物上沒有問題,但係好似去茶餐廳都食到類似嘅東西,比咁嘅價錢,真係好唔底。 環境方面,相睇落呢好似好靚,但係之前有師兄都講過,要搵服務員嘅時候就一個人都冇,張梳發重太軟, 如果工作腰累的話就千祈唔好坐,要用條腰力頂住先坐得正,好辛苦,食一個半鐘頭lunch,簡直是折磨。先來個湯,個湯味道沒有什麼特別,溫溫的,不夠熱。 餐湯味道令我想起一家連鎖快餐店那個餐湯的味道,酸酸的,就是這樣。有兩個芝麻飽,從個樣都睇到係一般餐飽,現在高級餐廳都唔整呢d咁嘅茶餐廳餐飽配牛油。主菜是意大利粉。不論賣相及味道,平平無奇。甜品最搞嘢。嗰個朱古力蛋糕是冷的,是70年代的黑森林蛋糕的硬版。你地睇睇d伴碟裝飾,真係老套到沒有什麼地方找到㗎喇!最後,一個人成為$168!唔洗多講,灣仔好多餐廳咁嘅價錢水準都高好多啦,d凳都唔會坐到腰骨疼!我就一定唔會再來Fleming! continue reading

幾個月前買的coupon,差點忘記兌現,好在發現時還趕得及訂個位置。Cubix是芬名酒店內部的西餐廳,佔地很小,大概只能容納二十來人,位置亦十分隱蔽,開業兩三年了也沒什麼名氣。餐包款式比較樸素,勝在熱力十足,包身熱暖,外脆內軟,有麵粉香,不搽牛油也不錯團購套餐包括兩杯非酒精飲品,分別揀了蘋果汁和橙汁,橙汁應該是鮮榨的,甜美自然亦有很多橙子果肉,蘋果汁則應該是現成的,不過味道也不錯開胃菜我們都很貪心又邪惡的選了煎鵝肝沙律,鵝肝份量適中,不算大件但也不至寒酸,但煎功卻不算太好,外皮焦脆但內裡有一點實,不夠肥美流油主菜TC要了鵝肝雞油菌長通粉,長通粉煮出了al dente的口感,鵝肝與雞油菌的組合也十分香口惹味(雖說油膩了一點),還吃得出一絲酒香。味道可圈可點,只是份量有點寒酸我的主菜就更加不能稱之為主菜了,其實侍應也有在我落單的時候提醒過,這道菜的份量可能比較細,反正我也細食,而且真的很想試試這個炸Camembert芝士,便叫了這碟『小吃』,幸好真的很不錯,炸芝士外皮酥脆香口,內裡的Camembert芝士熱溶溶的,充滿了濃濃的奶香。一碟八件,都吞下去的話也可以很滯的配甜美的cranberry sauce也是個不錯的主意,剛好中和了一部分炸芝士的油膩跟餐甜品就顯得太孤寒了,名曰double chocolate cake,上次是很不純又有點甜膩的朱古力慕斯,下層是甜美實淨、味道優勝上層n多的brownie,完全不在一個層次上。不過好吃歸好吃,塞牙縫的份量也實在令甜魔很掃興,唯有之後去XTC尋找慰藉了!前陣子買了不少團購,年底也用的差不多了,芸芸著數中,真正美味又抵食的其實也屈指可數,有時候一想起是團購,連控訴的動力也沒有了,可這不就失去了享受美食的意義? continue reading

第一次進入Cubix 用膳,原因為得到一張coupon,以廉價嘗一個二人晚餐,亦沒什麼期望,卻換來驚喜萬分。首先是此餐廳的食物質素甚佳,我與朋友點了前菜鵝肝,主菜煙三文魚及三文魚意粉,三道菜均水準甚高,尤其鵝肝,十分香口及夠份量。餐廳環境十分寧靜輕鬆,但要特別稱讚的是服務質素,十分體貼有禮,雖然侍應不多,還是能細心招呼我們。而且本來相信用coupon或多或少換來一點白眼,我們卻有物超所值之感。下次要再來光顧,十分值得推介予朋友! continue reading

The food is quite good but not exceptional. For tapas, we tried the deep fried camembert with cranberry jam which is original but they chose a camembert cheese that was not very tasty. Maybe they adjusted this dish to local taste. The green salad was small in quantity for the price (78HKD) and it has nothing exceptional.We ordered 2 pastas which were totally correct though.Unfortunately no dessert (other than fruit plater) was available due to the small size of their kitchen (!).The white wine (a Chilian) was really good (178 HKD only). Finally the service was exceptional. The best service we have ever had in Hong Kong for this budget. The waiter knows how to take care of every details. Always polite and present when we needed him. Besides being professional in serving wine, he really did NOT make any noise in preparing the table (unlike many HK waiters who throw the forks to you...). I have to say that in Hong Kong it is extremely rare to find a waiter who interacts with clients and who really cares about clients' comfort. A very good point! continue reading

上餐廳食飯,求既係咩野﹖飽肚﹖舒服﹖好可惜,呢間無一樣比到我。個問題都唔係食物啦,有乜可能成間餐廳得一個侍應,位侍應重成晚屈係廚房度同廚師吹水架﹖成晚完全無理過客,我想叫野食野飲,竟然要親自走入廚房度叫她出黎,有無搞錯呀﹗不如做自助餐啦﹗食物就真係睇唔出叻係邊度,有西班牙Tapas但係就無味既,意粉亦都唔好食。咁樣就食左位位二百五,唔好話酒店,連茶餐廳都不如。 continue reading
