To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. About Reward Scheme
食物水準下降,服務態度九流。叫了一碟賽螃蟹,一碟鍋貼, 三碗麵。賽螃蟹不需要3分鐘就已經送到,但是要等20分鐘後三碗麵才陸續送到。等到差不多吃完三碗麵,鍋貼才送到。還有一早已經透過OpenRice預訂一張四人枱,更比預定時間提早到達。到達時餐廳內只有幾枱客,而窗邊位有兩張空枱。當提出想坐近窗邊位時,店員就話兩張枱已被預訂了。在用膳一個半鐘頭內,那兩張枱仍然是沒有人佔用,甚至埋單離開後那兩張窗邊枱仍然是空的。整個用餐時間,店內佔用率不足一半。侍應服務態度惡劣!

今日同屋企人嚟食午餐,叫咗個海蜇,唔係好夠麻油味。另外叫咗個小籠包,但係個皮比較厚,味道普通。我哋都叫咗個烤麩,都係唔係好夠味,偏淡。同埋個蔥油餅都唔夠蔥好似食緊一舊粉咁,唔推薦。不過個松子魚就幾好食,冇骨,個汁酸酸甜甜咁幾開胃,保持水準,為咗個松子魚,我會再幫襯呢間餐廳。

以前在灣仔區返工,耐唔時都會去翡翠食午餐。呢間舖應該都有廿年。今次帶住BB在灣仔出外晚餐,就想起翡翠,因為需要多少少空間放BB車,所以細餐廳較不方便。BB 有時會大叫一兩聲,影響到其他食客,真係唔好意思。侍應很好,把我們放到較遠位置,盡量減少影響其他食客。同時服務真的很周到及很細心。食物方面,覺得依舊美味😋從太古城舖到今天廿多年,依然係一家人晚餐的好地方👍👍今次點了小籠包,嫩雞煨麵,砂鍋雲吞雞,奶油津白,簡單美味😋同時很喜歡他們加多了很多小圓枱,一家人圍住食飯,感覺更開心。

今晚想咗好耐都唔知去灣仔邊度食,後來諗下好久沒有吃小籠包,便想起大有大廈的「翡翠拉麵」。估唔到去到發現都有7乘客,食物水準尚保持,價錢算不貴,服務態度非常好,但惟一2個人吃不到太多種類,而且上海菜偏膩、重味,所以我們只吃了小籠包、兩個頭盤,一份點心和一碗麵,已經頗足夠,埋單三百幾,都算合理。

以往住在附近的時候經常惠顧這間食市晚飯,但已是多年前了。最近再次惠顅是有點失望的飲食體驗。前菜叫了烤芙及鷄絲粉皮,是兩道以前經常吃的前菜。價格約六七十元,與各款湯麵主食的價格相約,但份量卻少得很,與其價格不成正比。味道方面也大不如前。烤芙只有甜味,口感過硬。鷄絲粉皮的粉皮則做得太淋,欠口感。小籠包,此食店的主打,仍然是皮薄多汁,但肉餡有欠鮮味,稍為失色。麵食方面,依然做得出色。湯夠熱,麵做得好煙靭。擔擔面仍然係此店一絕,醬味十分濃郁可口。整體嚟講食物質素不如前,性價比底,特別係前菜,是令人失望的。服務員十分有善及殷勤,值得一讚。希望稍後食物質素會有所改善⋯⋯
