一行6人去呢到食午餐,慶祝同事出色既工作表現。我地叫左雲吞雞,湯好好飲,D雞係侍應幫我地分出黎的,可惜大家都對於煲完湯既雞冇咩興趣,哈哈!所以冇人食的。要推介小龍包,擔擔麵,即叫即蒸我擔擔麵好夠熱,而且咬入去,D湯好正,夠味不單止而且D餡好JUICY,唔會好肉肉的感覺,好正!本人好怕食到小龍包係又鞋又冇汁的。今次10分比8分~到個擔擔麵了,麵唔係咁林身,所以好岩我食,我平時最怕好林既麵的。而且湯底夠濃,香香的花生醬再加上小辣的感覺,刺激到我味雷。最失敗其實係上海粗炒,唔夠味之餘仲唔係好夠汁,D菜又炒過左火小小,所以整體上扣左D分了。希望下次可以做好D啦。 continue reading

星期六相約好朋友食午餐,選擇上海菜翡翠拉麵小籠包,來到灣仔這分店,很多位,不用排隊就入座,環境唔錯。朋友很喜歡食生煎包,所以點了上海生煎包,包底煎得不夠脆,但肉餡香又多肉汁。上海小籠包,皮薄,一口咬落,肉夠鮮多汁,但很熱,要小心進食。再選健康的小吃,陳醋西芹拌黑木耳,汁較酸及有少許辣,可能蒜蓉的關係,木耳爽口,但西芹非常少。最後叫了蝦仁五穀炒飯,味道較清淡,油多了些,如粟米粒多些會更健康。 continue reading

4個人泥到灣仔翡翠拉麵小籠包用餐。牛肉湯面,個湯另上,好香味,隔離都聞到, 吾知係咪只係因為隔離個位實在太餓。XP沙魚骨湯底,食食下仲有幾粒海參肉, 又吾腥, 都幾好~朋友食的擔擔面當然有超多湯底既小龍包啦,好似飲湯禁, 正呀~食左隻水餃, 吾錯, 但係皮係偏厚個種。朋友食的紅燒牛肉辣湯朋友食的紅燒牛肉清湯, 小嚐左佢紅燒牛肉, 食感好似牛展咁, 好好味~ continue reading

天寒地凍, 同男友想食D較為暖和D既野食...於是就提意不如上大友上面間翡翠食中式拉麵啦....我就揀左食麻辣水煮牛肉拉麵暖肚至於我男友就因為唔食得辣, 今次見有牛肉燉湯拉麵, 就試下男友個牛肉燉湯拉麵黎先, 我試飲左一啖湯, 冇平時食開燉雞湯咁清甜可口, 所以覺得味太濃太咸同多油, 有一種飲完係覺得可惜同浪費既感覺至於我個水煮牛肉拉麵, 其實已經唔係第一次食,  第一次黎食時, 好多菜跟, 而且個湯好濃辣好惹味, 今次個湯反面咸多過辣... 冇左水煮既特式.... 連花椒八角都唔覺有落咁... 好似退左步... continue reading

今日放工落大雨,近近地就係office附近既翡翠拉麵小籠包食晚餐!因為好鍾意食上海菜,呢間翡翠既食物又幾好味,而且近公司,所以都時不時黎食野!今次因為都幾肚餓既關係,於是想挑戰呢度既紅燒蹄膀,即係燻蹄! 問過侍應,呢個餸係即叫即整,所以要等45分鐘先有得食⋯侍應話燻蹄既size都幾大,所以兩個人食既話,唔需要叫太多野食! 於是,我地另外叫左一籠小籠包。一如以往,一咬開熱辣辣既小籠包,皮薄,入面有好多鮮甜肉汁,好食! 雪菜毛豆百頁可以話係上海菜既特色之一。呢度既雪菜咸咸地,和偏淡既百頁毛豆配起來剛剛好。之前試過係另一間老字號食呢味菜,咸到不得了@@,好重口味! 最後期待已久既燻蹄終於上場。雖然已經有定心理準備幾大份,但當我地見到既時候,都不禁嘩左一聲!因為真係大得有d跨張。我之前都食過燻蹄,大過塊面咁多既都係第一次見!咩豬蹄原來有咁大隻!侍應幫我地切開一份份,香氣撲鼻!試一口,豬皮已經諗到入口都唔使點咬就吞得,豬肉都係非常之諗!好喜歡!好似食左好多膠原蛋白咁!份量其實足夠4-5個人食架!呢個價錢真係抵食又好好味!推介!最後,我地兩個人當然食唔晒要打包!好好味既晚餐!為納悶既下雨天提供了不少樂趣! continue reading
