今日同媽媽去沙田食lunch,由於媽媽鍾意食雞絲粉皮,於是到呢間餐廳食。呢間餐廳的炒飯一直炒得很有水準,我就叫了雞火炒飯同媽媽share食,炒飯炒得好有火喉而且D飯炒得粒粒分明,配上金華火腿粒,帶點咸味,提升炒飯味道,呢碟飯都幾大碟,夠2個人食。當然我地叫了雞絲粉皮,粉皮好彈牙,D麻醬調配得幾好,不是太結身而且味道適中,不會蓋過本身雞絲味道,加埋青瓜絲一起食,既清身又爽甜。我仲叫埋手抓餅,熱上,很香脆,入面仲有蔥花一齊整,很似蔥油餅味道,一食停唔到口。

五點九黎到,唔洗等位,仲有卡位坐添。兩個人,叫左三款小食,一款主菜。落左單無耐,啲野食就黎啦。。。粉皮比平常的厚身,可惜卻比較林,不過個麻醬好味,好杰身,每一條都沾有麻醬。彼大的豬肉餡,夠鮮味,仲有肉汁嫁,如果再煎香啲會更好。我最愛既小籠包好多湯汁丫,皮薄而且豬肉好鮮,好好味。其他上海野,無一間比得上。醬汁,配料同上海粗炒差唔多,年糕好煙un,好厚切,仲有啲肉絲,小唐菜同菇,味道不錯,唔會太咸。最後加左個甜點好好味丫皮薄,香脆,仲好香添,夠多豆沙,唔會好甜。正!好食係好食,不過有啲貴,茶芥收左每人$12,兩個人食左二百八十蚊。

很久沒在翡翠拉麵小籠包,這次再光顧,没有令我失望,在加價聲中,價錢相對合理,且介绍我這次吃了甚麼:乾隆粒粒炒年糕($76):有笱粒、冬菇粒、毛豆粒、粟米粒`豆腐粒等。年糕被切片細粒,更入味,而且非常煙韌,不過整體上較鹹,正正是北方人濃油赤醬的風格。上海小籠包($36):包餡較鹹,皮薄多汁,靈魂是陳醋,很香,Shirley説它比鼎泰豐更好吃。其實各有各風味,視乎個人喜好吧! 我沒有細數它有多少摺,只喜歡它包頂的椗較細小,不會吃到硬硬的一粒,影響口感。清燉牛肉湯拉麵($62):牛肉味濃,配合元肉、杞子,清甜而不油膩,給人淸潤而滋補的感覺。最讃賞的是拉麵與牛肉湯出奇的配合,沒有影響牛肉湯的風味,好!最後亦要讚讚這裡的員工,在適當的時候給予協助,傳菜的嬸嬸還笑臉迎人呢!

其實我好鍾意上海菜,但係係香港我又唔係好找到啱我口味的上海菜,唯有係翡翠我就食極都唔厭,今晚我又同屋企人來到沙田的翡麵小籠包。佢地的酸辣湯比其他的上海餐廳無咁稠,啲料有好多,但係我好食得酸架所以每次都要加醋;佢地的醋同超市的唔同,應該係陳年老醋,味道淳厚,同酸辣湯好夾。食上海菜當然唔小得小籠包啦,佢的小籠包大細剛剛好,一口一個,仲有好多湯汁係入面,肉質鮮甜,正!中國人好多都面色唔係咁好,食鱔糊就可以去黃氣,呢到的鱔糊有九黃,啲九黃煮到剛剛熟,唔會太老,同黃鱔好夾。獅子頭有好多種煮法,我比較喜歡呢到的煮法,同津白一齊煮,唔係多湯果種,係啲汁包住個獅子頭,今次好係咸咗少少,但係味道都ok。不可不提的就係甜品,我最期待的,有高力豆沙香蕉同炸慢頭,高力豆沙係一個用蛋白做的甜品,好考功夫,啲蛋白同豆沙夾起來好得意,味道同口感都係;炸慢頭本身無味道,但係同練奶一齊食,正個味道就唔同咗,好甜又好脆口,我的至愛。我諗無論佢要排幾長龍,我都係會繼續來幫親。

中國人好多都面色唔係咁好,食鱔糊就可以去黃氣,呢到的鱔糊有九黃,啲九黃煮到剛剛熟,唔會太老,同黃鱔好夾。獅子頭有好多種煮法,我比較喜歡呢到的煮法,同津白一齊煮,唔係多湯果種,係啲汁包住個獅子頭,今次好係咸咗少少,但係味道都ok。

不可不提的就係甜品,我最期待的,有高力豆沙香蕉同炸慢頭,高力豆沙係一個用蛋白做的甜品,好考功夫,啲蛋白同豆沙夾起來好得意,味道同口感都係;炸慢頭本身無味道,但係同練奶一齊食,正個味道就唔同咗,好甜又好脆口,我的至愛。

母親是上海人的關係,我們全家也很喜歡吃上海菜。這次在鄰近拜山後,來到這裡醫肚。人龍依舊很長,可是旁邊的餐廳也一樣人多那就算了。大半個小時後終於入座,這裡地方挺大,而且我們坐近窗的地方,那裡的落地玻璃窗令自然光透射入來,我個人是很喜歡這感覺。點了雞絲粉皮當前菜,主菜點了吃上海菜必吃的小籠包和上海炒年糕,還有清湯雞麵和炒鱔糊。其實所有菜餚只有一句食評:不難吃,但沒驚喜,以這價格我會另選其他上海菜館。雞絲粉皮:味道不錯上海炒年糕:比較普通小籠包:還是必點之選,有湯汁,可是肉味略淡炒鱔糊:這是我推介的上海菜,我發現很多廣東人也不認識這菜,可是這是正宗上海人必點之選!大家下次去吃上海菜不妨一試,記得要加胡椒粉呀~

鱔糊炒拉麵--奉上時是熱騰騰的,十分惹味,份量也相當大,尤其是鱔糊的數量,滿滿的灑在拉麵上,鱔糊肉質是軟綿綿的,口感相當肥美,而且很入味,至於拉麵,麵質煙靭和軟硬度適中,不過欠點彈性和比較油膩,若果麵身可以彈牙一點,又少點油膩,相信整個食品的味道可以更上一層樓。

沙田出名周圍食野都多人, 所以呢日星期日我都專登早d去拎位, 六點去到已經有一班人等緊位~ (都唔明香港人文化咁鐘意排隊食飯) 唔係奶奶生日話想食上海野, 真係唔會黎食~因為唔吸引我既關係, 所以一張相都冇映到. 佢d野食, 只可以話普通, 用咁既價錢同時間, 我就覺得一d都唔值喇~ 而且食個晚餐限食一小時十五分鐘, 乜隱都冇啦~ 值得一讚係"小籠包", 真係皮薄餡靚的.

但麻醬味道香濃

Usually a long queue to dine here - lunch or dinner. The Sichuan tan-tan noodle soup was nice and spicy. The noodles tasted like they were made on the premises! The broth was fairly well-balanced and without the (usual?) pickles. However, it was also without much in the way of chopped peanuts or much meat (as tan-tan mean usually has). A very bold flavour, indeed. Especially so since I have been out of practice in terms of consuming spicy foods. Still very enjoyable. That is where the ShanDong

That is where the ShanDong pancakes came in. They are a great way to diffuse some the of the spiciness. They were flavourfull and not too oily. They come pre-shreded, but still some work to separate most of the pieces. But the taste is worth it. I tend to dip them within the soup for a more complex combination of flavour. (Oil and bread become tiresome to the palette too quickly).

Other Info. : Really spicy! (But enjoyable). So decided to have a custard pun in order to 'put the fire in my stomach out'. Service was a bit wanting: Took about 9 minutes before I hailed them for a menu. Took quite a while for each step (order, receive food, and receive the bill); likely because they were busy as always.
