人人都話香港無平野食,特別潮汕牛肉火鍋同牛雜煲,好多年前已經話平過香港好多,但其實只要留意下,香港都有好多平野,朋友就剛剛推薦左我呢個招牌潮式牛雜煲。先要講下佢個醬汁底,師傅話俾我哋聽佢係用上港式,潮式同深圳嘅口味調較過,用料你基本上講得出都有,有牛腩,有牛筋,有牛肚,有金錢肚,有彈牙嘅手打牛丸,全部都算唔錯,同我記憶中之前係皇崗邨食過好地道嘅牛雜煲味道無乜分別。btw,唔夠你仲可以單點。香辣雞煲雖然唔係朋友推薦,但我地見隔離枱叫都做得好吸引,叫左一個,雞份量多同夠,我覺得多過一隻嘅份量,有從前一品高峰時間嘅水準。手打墨魚丸,手打蝦丸,手打鯪魚球,全都好新鮮,以一間唔係做開火鍋店嘅店來說,都著實不錯。蝦丸同墨魚丸全部都吃到原材料,夠鮮夠足料。韭菜豬肉水餃,菜肉雲吞全部都大大粒而且好飽滿,吸收個湯之後更加好食。響鈴同生根都係必點嘅項目,又係好適合夾個牛雜汁。重口味朋友點了鴨血同雞子,仲有炸魚皮都係比平常嘅火鍋店出色。最尾呢期最流行嘅香水檸檬茶,仲要有霸王杯,其實同平時係深圳嘅感覺一樣,而且價錢都差唔遠,我覺得,有時周末唔一定要上深圳,香港都做到同樣效果。 continue reading
