不嬲都偏好小店同埋老鋪,有得揀嘅時候都會選小店先,因為唔知幾時會冇咗間舖.一開始見到依間群眾小炒王,鋪面大,裝修又唔古老,諗住慢慢食都冇所謂.今日先發現門口有塊招牌話已經營業咗好多年,即時興趣大增.呢度真係幾大間舖,午飯嘅高峰期都坐唔滿.呢度好多散客,通常圍埋圓枱排排坐.叫咗個香草汁野菌斑腩飯,本來叫熱檸茶,但係侍應好好人咁提醒我冷熱同價,為咗唔辜負佢,當然即刻轉做凍檸茶啦.餐牌寫明餐湯送完即止,估唔到一點左右就送曬啦,如果想飲就要早啲嚟啦.野菌自然係蘑菇,冬菇粒,呢啲本身都係淡口野,加上香草汁稀咗啲,芡汁唔夠濃所以掛唔上雜菇嗰度,所以淡茂茂.洋蔥同埋青椒略生,咬落索索聲.魚腩係條狀,唔係砌到一嚿嚿咁,雖然炸過,但係可能放喺香草汁一段時間,炸魚已經淋曬,所以食落嗰層脆皮會韌韌地,幾怕呢種口感.至於味道,賣急凍魚柳嘅味道囉.又唔算係差嘅,而且分量其實好多,絕無欺場.凍檸茶明明講咗要小冰,但係冰都係多到去膝頭哥,搞到杯檸茶淡晒. continue reading

兩人晚餐 買單380幾蚊 街坊小炒王 抵食嗎? 我就寧可加價再食好D 始終覺得一日三餐應重質不重價/量朋友推薦話食材靚料足又抵食,於是來試。730左右晚餐時段進店,諾大地方得3桌客,心中就有些擔心,不過呢區晚餐似乎大多如此,也就安心看看食評點菜例湯:18蚊一位,大大碗,料足,湯渣有大塊天麻等藥材,口味純正,👍之後三味鎹就一路📉跌跌跌...豉椒炒大蜆:見openrice食評話D大蜆新鮮無沙,便想一試。初時見88蚊一大碟,心唸真係物美價優,可惜我習慣將D空殼揀出來,沒開動就揀到如圖所示,有D係炒菜時落左個肉出來,有大半真係空殼黎...但是調味不錯啦,呢味大火快炒要鑊氣嘅鎹,不會太差魚香茄子煲:麻麻的,無特別,份量足夠2/3人分享蒸鯧魚:呢個真係令人失望,魚不夠新鮮,初上時魚尚未熟,再回鍋蒸過魚肉已太硬... 調味也頗隨意最後一碗米飯上面有一條不知所謂的白色棉線?!整個點菜過程中一位阿姐不斷推銷美國桶蠔及某燉湯,算是好sales做到嘢,可惜我不喜如此反覆推銷 continue reading

因為這間群眾在妹妹教會附近,地方大一点可容納bb車擺放,所以先揀這裡吃個輕便午餐,我之前都知有這間舖的存在但未幫襯過……我地三個大人点了:一個雪菜肉絲炆鴛鴦米,乾炒牛河及三絲炒意,因為係午餐,配有例湯及茶,我叫咗熱奶茶,呢間冇茶走,又吾會有糖比你自己落,要在落單時講埋要不要糖,我實在係第一次遇到咁嘅茶餐廳安排,本來都不是問題,但這杯奶茶真的差勁,稀稀,奶又冇乜,又吾夠熱……實在係難食啲炒嘢到,樣子望落不錯,先食雪菜肉絲米~~雪菜冇味,一点鹹味也沒有,瘦肉啲powder粉味重,又冇鑊氣,吾好食,三絲意都好差,意粉硬,只係得美極味,冇鑊氣,都係吾好食!乾炒牛河好少少但味道鑊氣都係比出面茶記差好遠!我已經要求不高了,試過一次,下次咪搞! continue reading

感謝三弟同三嫂又帶我地試新野, 還早一個星期預定白汁豬肺湯同炸子雞今天就來試白汁豬肺湯, 炸子雞,再加枝竹羊腩煲, 龍躉兩食,粉絲蝦米煲同紅酒煮桶蠔白汁豬肺湯及湯渣:要一早預定, 杏汁味濃, 無內贓味, 豬肺、豬肉、雞腳焾身炸子雞:好正傳統做法, 炸子雞配蝦片, 炸子雞皮脆肉嫰, 不過部份剛剛熟,骨頭見到鮮紅色的,蝦片大塊脆口枝竹羊腩煲:羊腩焾,無羊味, 枝竹軟焾吸收哂所有味, 在火爐上熱烘烘的好正配埋腐乳醬同辣椒豉油,味道一流龍躉兩食:1.豉汁蒸龍躉骨;2. 炒龍躉球1.豉汁蒸龍躉骨:豉味濃,不是只是骨頭,每件都做到骨連少少肉,有點咬口2. 炒龍躉球:炒得剛熟,魚皮彈牙脆,肉滑,不過用菜心墊底有點口感不襯粉絲蝦米煲:勁多粉絲,蝦米, 芽菜, 什菜份量一般紅酒煮桶蠔:蠔大隻, 淡淡紅酒味 continue reading
