其實十字冰室嘅評價,好浮動,因為佢哋嘅食物,有啲真係好好食,有啲就好一般;而且要睇吓邊個係茶水師傅,因為佢哋係流動性質,有時唔一定係同一個人沖茶,所以變咗每次黎嘅味道,都可能會有啲唔同⋯⋯整體來講,我經常喺度食,我覺得最好食嘅,一定係早餐同埋午餐嘅常餐,早餐佢哋嘅炒蛋,係我食咗咁多間裏面,最好食嘅其中一間(即係好似澳牛一樣),麵包烘底是有功夫的。常餐中的牛尾湯通粉真係好好食 continue reading

 難得放假,一家人食早餐然後上學。去了這間冰室,是女兒選的,因為她喜歡這樣的鮮奶。到達時 7:20,還未開門。我們是第一檯客。女兒點了雙併三文治,要火腿和午餐肉,怪怪的組合。如果我選,我會要炒蛋和鹹牛肉。由她吧。太太要了牛奶麥皮餐。我和長老都點了魚柳餐。基本上點了餐,轉頭就有得食。牛奶麥皮餐 ($38),配兩片包和炒蛋,飲熱檸水。炒蛋是很滑很香的,加了牛奶和牛油炒?雙併三文治﹝火腿和午餐肉﹞($32),正常味道啦,加 $8轉樽裝士多啤梨奶。女兒是為這支奶來的。長老和我都食炸魚柳餐 ($40),不過不失,熱辣辣,沒有很油,其實都係想食炒蛋,配一片多士。熱奶茶,幾香,滑,正常茶餐廳水準。因為太衝忙,無影相。長老說起「十字牌鮮奶」是由天主教神樂院經營,原先牧場位於大嶼山,自給自足有餘就運出去賣。聽說近年賣盤了,搬了去元朗,還算是香港製造,品質有保證。 continue reading
