現在sogo舉行北海道祭,今天特意來地庫逛一逛。吃了一輪北海道的食品後,經過Croissant Taiyaki,看到鯛魚燒很吸引!餡料有紅豆/綠茶/吉士/朱古力,最後決定了買朱古力口味的鯛魚燒。店員預先製作好一些鯛魚燒,付款後不須等候,立刻拿給我一個朱古力口味的。鯛魚燒的外皮造得很鬆脆,咬下去像酥皮的口感,而且內餡的朱古力仍能保持微暖,朱古力味濃郁,餡料十分稠身,不會過甜(個人不喜歡太甜)$18絕對物有所值,很推介!

First of all, we tried this Azuki. Although they were served in room temperature, the wrap was super crispy and you could tell there were so many thin layers! Then we decided to try the seasonal matcha flavour as well. This one was not as good as Azuki but was still good. Quite strong flavour of matcha but there could have been more matcha custard inside. 

Would definitely come back for such sweet treats when I felt like it again!

去到已經收咗爐,買唔到新鮮燒起嘅鯛魚燒。有別一般似紅豆餅嘅鯛魚燒,呢款係用酥皮燒成。第一次食,揀咗限定款抹茶味。雖然唔熱但因為酥皮上嘅糖已經焦糖化,所以酥皮好脆。日本甜點嚟講佢係少有地甜度適中。酥皮呈綠色,茶味清香又有牛油香。餡料可以再多啲。內餡抹茶味更香,唔係濃茶香,似茉莉花茶嗰種淡香。好值得一試再試~~~~

雖然唔熱但因為酥皮上嘅糖已經焦糖化,所以酥皮好脆。日本甜點嚟講佢係少有地甜度適中。酥皮呈綠色,茶味清香又有牛油香。

餡料可以再多啲。內餡抹茶味更香,唔係濃茶香,似茉莉花茶嗰種淡香。

好值得一試再試~~~~

Surprisingly the Croissant Taiyaki in Hong Kong serves the croissants without the fish image evidently in comparison to the Croissant Taiyaki shops in Thailand . Very disappointed.. the crossaint with fishes on display showing prominent fish shape but actual crossaint that they hide behind counter and serve you is totally flattened fish . Ask them can give a better one and they say all is like that.

早兩日係銅鑼灣食完飯,之後再行陣sogo,行到basment既時候,食物琳琅滿目。而女朋友就深深地被鯛魚燒吸引住,跟住就開始駛出佢既嗲功話想食,咁我只好唯有就範啦。時間都算晚,大概9點幾,唔駛點等就可以買到。佢呢隻鯛魚燒有幾隻味道:朱古力,吉士同埋紅豆味。 但我地兩個都係紅豆控,所以叫左個左紅豆味食。等左一陣,熱哄哄既鯛魚燒就食得嗱。 佢外形係鯛魚,外脆內軟,脆既應該係因為表面個層有燒過既焦糖。而內面就比較鬆軟,有滿滿既紅豆涵。
