瓊華中心9樓新店 牛牛鮮 整體感覺乾淨舒服。店內環境簡潔,座位之間唔會逼,坐低就聞到陣陣牛骨湯嘅香氣。 招牌湯底係潮汕牛骨湯,飲落清清地好自然,同牛肉好夾。 新鮮手切牛肉選擇豐富,有吊龍、雪花、匙柄、五花趾。特別係吊龍,切得厚薄適中,淥幾秒就食得,肉質嫩滑得嚟帶少少咬口。海鮮拼盤嘅龍蝦係游水貨,不同市面急凍貨。蠔同蟶子都新鮮,蠔肉飽滿,蟶子爽口冇沙。 自助區嘅蔬菜選擇幾多,除咗常見嘅款式,仲有水蓮同冰菜呢啲特別少少嘅選擇。鴨血、黃喉、鵝腸,呢啲平時要單點嘅菜品都係任食。小食方面,推介招牌潮汕生炸南乳雞翼,即叫即炸係唔同啲,咬落好Juicy。手工鹹蛋黃魚皮係必食,非常惹味。反沙芋頭外脆內粉,甜度剛好。飲品有特色嘅係自家製奶茶,白桃烏龍同鐵觀音,冷泡茶茶味清香,飲落幾解膩。場內指定啤酒、紅白酒任飲,加錢有得任飲生啤。服務方面,店員換碟密密手,態度友善。兩個人食足兩個半鐘,食埋雪糕雪條,好滿足! continue reading

同朋友喺旺角行完街,隨意揀咗呢間新開潮汕火鍋放題「牛牛鮮」試吓,平平哋三百幾,食落幾有驚喜。 佢哋嘅海鮮拼盤唔花巧但勝在夠新鮮。新鮮海蝦夠彈牙,鮑魚都幾大隻。一坐低就送上一個有齊四個部位嘅牛肉拼盤圈。牛骨湯底足料,估唔到有咁多牛腩,牛腩軟腍好食。明檔手切牛肉係亮點,師傅即點即切,放題嚟講出餐唔算慢。特別鍾意吊龍,淥幾秒就食得,肉質嫩滑得嚟帶點咬口。自助區嘅火鍋配料都幾多,最正嘅係牛骨髓同黃喉都係任食,牛骨髓煮耐啲會變到好creamy,黃喉就爽脆有口感。 自助區蔬菜選擇都幾多,芋頭煮耐啲會變到好粉糯,冰菜唔係度度有,幾有心思。飲品方面,朋友都鍾意飲自家製奶茶,香滑唔會太甜。我就鍾意白桃烏龍茶,清新解膩。雪糕區最正有大熱嘅笨NANA雪條。整體黎講,呢度嘅食材質素對得住價錢,人均三四百,環境乾淨坐得舒服,服務都算勤快。唔係咩豪華體驗,但勝在夠實在。放題嚟講高CP值,特別係鍾意食新鮮手切牛肉嘅話,可以黎試吓。(話晒出面單點手切牛肉加埋海鮮,要食飽,人頭都要去到來500以上。) continue reading

好耐冇食過放題,最近去咗旺角呢間牛肉放題火鍋店,食材真係有誠意。龍蝦海鮮拼盤幾值得一試,龍蝦同蟶子都幾新鮮,龍蝦肉爽甜,蟶子冇沙;鮑魚仔同蠔都算大隻,蠔身飽滿,輕輕淥一淥就食得,鮮味夠又唔會太腥。 明檔手切牛肉係亮點,師傅喺你面前切,睇住佢處理幾乾淨衛生。牛肉款式多,最鍾意佢哋嘅匙柄,油脂分布靚,淥幾秒就食得,肉質嫩得嚟有咬口。 飲品反而有驚喜,自家製奶茶茶味濃得嚟唔會太甜,白桃烏龍茶好清新,食完火鍋飲好解膩。 整體唔算好豪華,但放題嚟講勝在食材新鮮、處理得乾淨,兩個人埋單八百幾,有新鮮龍蝦同海鮮拼盤,牛肉係新鮮潮汕牛肉手切,唔係雪藏冰鮮牛,價錢算幾合理。如果鍾意食海鮮同牛肉,可以試吓!最後食埋雪糕,同餐廳送嘅甜品。仲有好多潮汕特色小食,但太飽已經食唔落 continue reading

去了旺角瓊華中9樓吃火鍋放題,主打正宗潮汕風味的新鮮手切牛肉。明檔師傅即點即切,乾淨衛生。必試 牛雪花,油花分布均勻,八秒入口即食;牛胸油爽脆甘香,牛味濃郁。跟套餐還有一個海鮮拼盤,有龍蝦,鮑魚,蟶子,海蝦,桶蠔,大蜆,食材非常新鮮!湯底以牛骨熬製,配搭秘製沙茶醬更顯鮮味。自助區供應新鮮水蓮、冰菜等時令蔬菜,還有七吋長蟹柳等特色配料。還有很多飲品啤酒任取任飲,最後吃埋雪糕,餐廳還送了特色甜品,吃得很飽。環境寬敞,服務周到,人均$300幾左右,性價比高,值得一試! continue reading
