靜靜的迷你Buffet晚餐 Featured Review

個日同朋友傾開計,講到人越大越喜歡靜,對熱鬧的追求越來越少。呢間餐廳也不是第一次光顧,之前也有去其他分店。食過午飯及下午茶,晚餐還是第一次。客人都是比較斯文,很少有人高談闊論,這分店面積不大,雖然坐在裡面但因為落地玻璃所以還可以看到商場外面。晚餐分兩道菜和三道菜的選擇,今晚我就選擇了salad bar和主菜慢煮三文魚,同伴要了龍蝦大餐,其實也就是龍蝦湯和原隻煮鮮龍蝦,還要了半枝Reisling。先來麵包籃,我吃了三款自家製麵包,芝士條,薄脆,和香草麵包,芝士條最討喜,我還添食了。可以吃外面的Buffet,點兩道菜就已經滿足夠,Buffet主力以凍盤/頭盤為主,眼見當晚光顧的女生,都以salad bar做頭盤,然後第二道主菜便足夠。Salad bar種類不算琳瑯滿目,但也不欺場,風乾火腿配密瓜,煙三文魚,貓耳朵意粉salad,火🔥吞拿魚,雜菜salad,串番茄,西式醃製黃瓜,pizza,炸魚柳,Salami等等,吃兩轉基本上把頭盤都嚐過了。我吃著頭盤,同伴的龍蝦湯也來了,嚐了一口,很濃郁的龍蝦頭味,我感覺就一般。朋友期待的龍蝦,很新鮮,肉質很彈牙,朋友吃得好開心。件頭不會很大,所以肉質都比較彈牙,而且煮得剛剛好,不需太多調味都已經好好食。我的慢煮三文魚,分兩部分來評論,肉質由於慢煮的關係係無得輸,嫩滑無比,我給80分,而輸就在醬汁方面,太creamy太濃郁,個人覺得把三文魚味蓋過,我寧願乾身上,醬汁顯得有些畫蛇添足。最後還要了個芒果乳酪蛋糕,甜和帶有芒果香,乳酪味不太吃得出來,沒有被驚艷到。最後咖啡,茶,和店家送的義大利酒配小曲奇為這餐晚飯畫上句號。埋單最後13xx,對了,差點忘了還有半枝甜酒,Riesling,看到泡泡浮起的狀況,便知道是很甜,嚐了一下,的確那甜度適合女生享用。 continue reading

下午3時許要上堂,便來到這響譽成名的Cova意大利餐廳,一來地點較方便上堂,二來便是她的美食。午餐有半自助式的提供,客人可以先自助取各式各樣的意式前菜,包括我最喜歡的火腿伴蜜瓜,蜜瓜鮮甜,配合淡淡鹹味的火腿,配搭合宜。煙三文魚也是推介,還有意式焗蛋、意式薄餅等,都是口感十足。前菜進食得差不多,服務生會很有禮貌的詢問是否要安排主菜,下單時也會詳細說明各項菜式,真是服務一流。朋友點選了香煎三文魚,魚身厚,但肉質不會過熟,還是得嫩滑厚實,魚皮也是被煎成金黃色,十分香脆,配以簡單的橄欖油,滿有傳統意大利烹調的風味,確實是許多西餐廳未能做到的水平。本人點選了芥末燒春雞作為主菜,燒春雞嘅肉質是非常嫩滑,廚師已經巧妙地把燒春雞上多餘的骨頭除去,只剩下四條腿的主要骨鎚。本來Cova蛋糕是無可挑剔的,但有天突然沒有了最愛的花生蛋糕,只剩下鎮店的藍莓芝士和芒果蛋糕,所以我們也沒有另點蛋糕了。整體服務一流,食材新鮮,廚師手藝了得,仍是我的首選餐廳。 continue reading

貪新鮮,系依道買左幾個cake 黎試下,畢竟依牌牌子話自己已經有好多年歷史,應該都有番甘上下掛。揀左三個cake,包括開心果味,raspberry 同chocolate。開心果味蛋糕望落有d 綠綠類似餅碎狀既野,亦都有兩粒口感似提子乾口感既,個cake 有淡淡既開心果味,個人認為味道濃d 會好味d。至於raspberry 亦都系略嫌味淡。chocolate 可以話系依三個入面最好食,濃而不膩既朱古力味,加上一層層唔同既 chocolate mousse ,無疑系依到最正既cake continue reading
