約朋友去九龍灣見下面,除左去大商場,平時喜歡去工商區搵食。網上搵到有間西餐加咖啡 好多介紹,係企業廣場,即係megabox對面,食物同咖啡都好吸引 一於去食個brunch。食物選擇多,除了有幾款咖啡,仲有扒類、all day、窩夫、蛋糕等等。而且座位夠多,裝修以英倫古典風格,深色木系設計,加上掛畫十分精緻,最後我地叫了幾款share食,大滿足 😋=煎慢煮西冷配薯條及沙律 $188=身為牛扒控的我地,見到有西冷就必叫,原來今次餐廳用慢煮方式,外表以為會平平無奇,但食落十分有驚喜。首先是牛扒的肉味濃郁,比平時的西冷發揮到牛本身的原汁原味;其次是肉質嫩口,唔會太韌,5成熟的生熟程度控制得好,同時慢煮不怕因高溫流失營養,配菜有香脆的薯條和醋伴沙律菜,令人滿足。=豪華週末早餐 $ 118=食物擺放用心,十分吸引。先有砌成玫瑰花形的煙肉和煙三文魚,大大片又夠香口。牛油果蓉配上多士,滋味又健康。而炒蛋有黑松露調味,炒得滑身又不會油膩,另外有煎雞扒和沙律菜,能夠令營養均衡又夠飽,差點兒食唔晒。=鮮奶咖啡 ( 熱 ) $38=熱latte的杯子和拉花很有誠意,拉花有更鵝圖案,奶泡不算太穩,但食落的確很香滑和濃郁豆香,以nutty風味為主,唔會太酸。=冷壓蘋果汁 $ 28=以為是普通牌子蘋果汁的樣子,飲落有濃郁蘋果香味,原來是用冷壓處理過,所以更可以保留到水果味道和營養,甜度不高,健康好飲。=焦糖香蕉窩夫 $78=除了慢煮牛扒,另一個驚喜就是窩夫,真心入口香脆,內裏軟滑,濃郁的蛋香味,配上燒過的焦糖香蕉片,一起放入口,滿足的口感。=是日精選蛋糕(芝士蛋糕) $ 32= 今日芝士蛋糕用new york cheese cake種類,食落硬度剛好,芝士味濃郁,唔會太甜。 continue reading

之前要同朋友去開megabox嗰邊買野,之後就去左附近嘅cafe食野~發現左間環境超cozy同慢活嘅隱世cafe, 啲格調勁似傳統日本洋食嘅cafe~同埋啲野飲都好特別,完全冇飲過咁嘅combination ~🐮煎慢煮西冷配薯條及沙律 $188我叫左五成熟, 切開見到都煎得有啲粉紅色嘅🥰~塊牛扒唔會太薄亦都唔會太厚,側邊仲連住啲脂肪,所以牛味同油香味好濃好足夠~肉質都幾鮮嫩,唔會話好韌或者好柴~然後又唔會太乾,切落去都幾juicy~🐷烤慢煮BBQ豬肋扒 $128其實係豬肋骨黎~舊豬肋骨非常入味,充滿BBQ sauce味~又烤到皮脆肉嫩🥰 燒到岩岩好🤩⠀然後都好容易拆骨,又唔會有雪藏味~而配上酸酸甜甜嘅BBQ sauce都令到豬肋骨十分惹味同埋十分醒胃🤩🍼奶醬啡 $42雖然外表有少少普通(好似同其他人嗰杯有少少唔同🤏🏻)但正所謂野飲野食都不可以貌相,味道都幾有驚喜~ 佢個底部有啲朱古力醬,中間亦加左少許花生醬,然後面頭就有奶醬多嘅花生作點綴,奶味濃郁~但又唔會cover到咖啡味,全部野都恰到好處~ 最緊要係:唔會好甜!☕️提拉米蘇咖啡 $48呢個都好有驚喜!好surprised佢都同真嘅tiramisu 一樣有手指餅同埋打到香滑嘅cheese cream層~ 然後下面就係Americano ~所以完全可以balance到上層tiramisu 嘅甜味😍 成杯野飲就好似一個甜品咁,但食完唔會好似食完真嘅tiramisu 一樣感到口渴 ~🧀Cheesecake $32嗰日嘅是日精選蛋糕就係cheesecake~ cheesecake個質地都算綿密結實,都夠滑溜,唔會有粒粒,而賣相都比我expect嘅靚🤩然後份量都好多好足夠,因為我地叫嘅兩個set都有薯條同沙律,所以都真係會捧住個大肚腩走🤣 不過呢間cafe都真係幾隱世,又冇限入座時間,所以最啱同朋友慢慢食慢慢傾下計或者敘吓舊~ continue reading

今日去開九龍灣呢頭,黎左呢間Coti the Bistro既咖啡店食野。 餐牌簡單,有沙律麵包,飯,小食,意粉,主菜,甜品同咖啡茶。今次第一次黎,我地每人叫左一款主菜同一份甜品,另外再叫野飲。烤慢煮BBQ豬肋排 $128 另加一烤慢煮BBQ豬肋排5支骨,果然係慢煮,嫩到可以用刀切,唔洗用手食。豬肋排伴有燒汁,不過本身味道都唔錯,唔加汁食都得。配有熱辣辣厚切薯條同黑醋沙律雜菜,甜甜地既沙律雜菜可以平衡薯條既油膩感,仲體貼配有茄汁比你點薯條。煎慢煮西冷配薯條及沙律 $188 另加一煎慢煮西冷扒超大塊,叫左5成熟,肉質非常嫩口易切,啖啖肉,味道唔錯,唔會乾。同烤慢煮BBQ豬肋排一樣,配有熱辣辣厚切薯條同黑醋沙律雜菜。冷壓蘋果汁 $28 另加一冷壓蘋果汁用杯上,飲落非常鮮甜,味道天然解渴。是日精選蛋糕 $32 另加一是日精選蛋糕係芝士蛋糕。賣相非常有心思。芝士蛋糕大大件,配有少量忌廉,加上食用乾花,再灑上朱古力粉同擠上朱古力醬,最後灑上少少糖霜。呢個芝士蛋糕非常出色,首先質感夠厚身又滑溜而芝士味香濃,特別在外層有燒焦香味,我好鍾意。食既時候配少少香滑忌廉更加令口感有少少濕潤,仲有脆脆乾花增強口感同味道。呢個甜品居然只需$32。總括而言,食物都唔錯,座位舒適,裝修唔差,芝士蛋糕令我回味無窮。 continue reading
