首先menu是一個$289二道菜餐單,但連麵包都要另外收錢?!除pasta除全部要另外加錢。去得Sunday Brunch都預咗人均消費$800-$1000。但如此巧立明目去訂價都令人反感。為何不在set menu訂高$600至$800而要斬件收費。加一杯㗎啡和甜品就二三百。雖不是fine dining格局,但也不是人均五六百來吃快餐!

最出位是六個人只分四碟小小頭盤,而隔桌就兩人分二碟。詢問後得到答案份量已按人頭分配。事實份量和二人份並無分別。不過慶祝生日也不和你計較。但經理明知理虧都強詞奪理,明當人客是白痴。

最後只叫一份甜品當慶祝因已近兩小時。不想再花費多八九百叫甜品㗎啡怱怱忙忙。這間餐廳明顯唔志在本地客但外國人和遊客又不多,結業是遲早就不要怪港人北上消費

今次我去咗間熱門嘅餐廳試菜,初印象—簡直精緻得嚟無比。我叫咗個南瓜意大利飯🍚,口感順滑兼帶啲甜,夾埋堅果嘅脆,香濃芝士味令人一啖再一啖。雞腿肉賣相吸引,啖啖肉嫩滑juicy,烤菜心和k chickpea點綴,煙韌嘅火腿又為菜式加分。至於個Steak sandwich,哇,個牛肉頂級滑,芥末醬嗆鼻香,火箭菜增加咗啲清新,真係滋味百分百🎯。整體黎講,我覺得這餐廳確實值得推介。主菜上碟精緻,用料新鮮,有「心機料理」嗰種感覺。當我咬落去嗰一刻,味蕾瞬間界get lock咗全部精彩嘅滋味,真係食得好開心😋!啱晒同三五知己share嘅好去處。下次一定會再嚟挑戰餐牌上嘅新口味,尋找另外嘅驚喜!

整體十分唔錯嘅set lunch 非常滿意首先環境舒服燈光柔和服務即時除咗嘢食方面嘅評分都有中上以上而最令我滿意嘅係前菜🤎紅菜頭沙律同牛油果白露荀同油甘魚他他都係爽口新鮮嘅感覺冇多餘嘅汁醬係食緊原材料嘅味道油甘魚有浸柚子味同平時嘅他他唔同當中大推白露荀因為少見又特別主菜會比前菜失色但依然唔會失望和牛三文治/叉燒醬八爪魚/日本蛋豬皮多士以份量嚟講後面兩款比較少如果男士食可能會唔夠飽但論味道嘅話後兩款會比較值得食運用咗唔同食材嘅味道去做成一種平均口感亦都相對比三文治有更豐富嘅層次唔係話和牛三文治唔好但比較普通最後食咗兩款甜品都麻麻地但無阻我想推介呢間餐廳嘅決心而且服務同環境都非常舒服食到一個balanced work 嘅午餐呢個價錢如果有埋嘢飲同湯會更開心睇吓遲啲換menu 的話都會再去試吓🤎

整體十分唔錯嘅set lunch 非常滿意
首先環境舒服燈光柔和服務即時
除咗嘢食方面嘅評分都有中上以上
而最令我滿意嘅係前菜🤎

紅菜頭沙律同牛油果白露荀
同油甘魚他他都係爽口新鮮嘅感覺
冇多餘嘅汁醬係食緊原材料嘅味道
油甘魚有浸柚子味同平時嘅他他唔同
當中大推白露荀因為少見又特別

主菜會比前菜失色但依然唔會失望
和牛三文治/叉燒醬八爪魚/日本蛋豬皮多士
以份量嚟講後面兩款比較少
如果男士食可能會唔夠飽
但論味道嘅話後兩款會比較值得食
運用咗唔同食材嘅味道去做成一種平均
口感亦都相對比三文治有更豐富嘅層次
唔係話和牛三文治唔好但比較普通

最後食咗兩款甜品都麻麻地
但無阻我想推介呢間餐廳嘅決心
而且服務同環境都非常舒服
食到一個balanced work 嘅午餐

Cornerstone is a casual all day dining bistro in the heart of Soho by @shaneosbornchef of @arcanehk & @netflix ’s “final table”. aprcane is one-starred michelin, and cornerstone also made it to @michelinguide ’s bib gourmand guide.

cornerstone has really exceeded my expectations. speaking of the décor first, it is modern and neat with fine lines, loved the grey-ish wooden tone. it’s surely a hideout for a perfectly tranquil getaway moment in the bustling central

the handful of ingredients in every dishes just worked so well tgt, yet highlights and gives spotlight to the main dish, really sophisticated finishing and platings, genuinely enjoyed the whole dining experience!

Can’t believe my first visit was almost 4 years ago! So happy it survives from the covid! And of course for a good reason. 2 of us wanted to try more dishes so we didn’t go for set lunch. But $298 without service charge is definitely a winner in Central for a decent lunch. Mixed Pitted Olives Focaccia Focaccia is hot and soft with a beautiful fragrance. Cornerstone is a casual all day dining bistro in the heart of Soho by @shaneosbornchef of @arcanehk & @netflix ’s “final table”. aprcane is one-starred michelin, and cornerstone also made it to @michelinguide ’s bib gourmand guide.

cornerstone has really exceeded my expectations. speaking of the décor first, it is modern and neat with fine lines, loved the grey-ish wooden tone. it’s surely a hideout for a perfectly tranquil getaway moment in the bustling central

the handful of ingredients in every dishes just worked so well tgt, yet highlights and gives spotlight to the main dish, really sophisticated finishing and platings, genuinely enjoyed the whole dining experience!

Resto by Chef Shane Osbone of Netflix’s “Final Table”👨🏻‍🍳 tried his another resto called Moxie as well and i actually found them kinda similar in cooking style🤣 carrot salad was surprisingly delicious that I would say it was my fav starter among the three🫢 mains were actually tasted as gd as i expected🤣 nice yet didnt give me any wow factor 🫣 the combo of ube and mango matched quite well with brittle added on top to give extra crunchiness
