首先這間餐廳感覺10分整潔,職員態度很好,可能因為人手充足。第一次去食因為牙痛,所以要食粥。叫咗碗皮蛋瘦肉粥,真係好好味。皮蛋同瘦肉都大大粒,瘦肉味道不錯,不會太鹹。啲粥好明顯係唔同其他粥店嘅質素。整體來講我覺得係一個有用心機去煲嘅粥。另外牛腩麵亦都係經常食。每次水準都可以keep到。但係碗麵的確細碗左啲,如果要食得飽就要食兩碗 😅。啲牛腩係好林,腩汁唔係好濃,所以啲湯係可以飲。如果要飽,叫撈麵就一定飽啦。 continue reading

位於嘉里中心1/F, 同事講起它係米芝蓮曾經推介,所以一行4人一齊去試試,到左門口已心生疑問🤔️,點解 lunch 可以咁少人,唔使排隊,試完就明白了。一坐低,見到枱面有兩隻小昆蟲爬行🤢,之後點餐時,同事問待應可唔可以轉米線,答可以,及後待應攞住張單話轉米線要加$5,同事話咁唔轉啦,回覆係入左機唔轉得,結果經過一轉爭論完,才可以唔轉;到碗粉棃左,發現得勁,勁,勁少湯,食到1/3已經冇曬湯,叫待應加湯,結果換來經理通知加湯要收$10(態度惡劣)。我真係唔明,推介咩呢,環境 唔ok, 食物 唔 ok, 服務 唔 ok。 continue reading

我呢幾日都要喺鰂魚涌做野,喺附近搵食嘅時候,比我見到粥麵館,仲話自己係米之蓮推介嘅舖頭之一,咁難得經過無理由唔入去食個lunch,所以諗住試吓佢個粥先。餐廳午市時間係要搭枱的,所以一個人食飯嘅我好快就有枱啦😆我揀咗碗涼瓜咸排骨粥,而家夏天食涼瓜就啱晒啦,可以清下熱氣。另外鹹排骨可以下火,啱晒成日夜訓嘅我。佢嘅粥底唔錯,粥好綿身。涼瓜稍為生啲,所以口感較硬,苦味較重。鹹排骨幾大件,調教嘅味道不錯,有鹹香嘅味道,可惜夾雜碎骨,食嘅時候要特別小心😅但味道確實唔錯,值得再食 continue reading

話就我有個同事好鍾意食 粥麵館 嘅 #生魚片蒸飯,所以我哋久唔久都會去撞吓彩,睇吓賣哂未🤪 唔好似為我講嘅嘢誇張,事實係好多時12點三四左右去到,阿姐已經好囂咁答一句「賣哂喇」😅🤣咁話哂 #粥麵館 都係「米豬聯」嘅贏家,點都有啲人慕名而來試吓嘅😏 而 #小秘書 反而比較鍾意佢個 #北菇蒸雞飯,足料之餘,最緊要係無我最怕 #蒸雞 嗰陣 #雪味,加少少豉油上飯面,飯粒唔會太濕,#蒸雞 嘅 #精華+#北菇 嘅 #味道 仍然保留喺度,好香口👍🏻 其實呢,#粥麵館 個 #雲吞麵 都好正㗎,可惜太迷你,好難食得飽大食嘅 #小秘書 囉🤪 continue reading

去完書展個日我地去阿爺到食,之後既係咁易烚下菜,用埋走雪櫃野之後又唔想煮XD 我男人就黎接我放工再係鰂魚涌食... 諗左幾間,就決定去呢間!菜遠蝦子撈麵 $45我並唔係因為佢平,而係我真係好鍾意食呢個撈麵,但其實每次都想食下其他野XD 不過... 我最後都係.... 炸醬片頭撈 $68男人想試,我都知佢為左我叫片頭俾我食架啦XD 又真係幾好食,好食過一尐潮式魚旦粉店煎魚餅 $30又係我男人話想試,其實又係叫俾我食既,呵呵~呢個都彈牙,又煎得幾香下!豉油王炒腸粉 $23呢個都係平時食粥時都叫既,無咩特別啦,不過不失咁BTW, 我地要辣椒油,開頭仲問我地要大定細,我地話細啦,唔夠再叫,點知真係再叫,有個姐姐好細心話,要俾渣,香港人食辣油食得既都會鍾意渣,我地點可以唔俾個like佢XD continue reading
