To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

早兩日去灣仔街市同同事買生果😂,經過 @big_grains 醒起之前碌ig見到有新products🤭,見到全部都有貨所以買晒黎試😆🔅港式奶茶撻 ($30)層次好豐富,撻皮偏硬脆(?),唔係蛋撻嗰種曲奇皮口感~表層有朱古力脆脆🍫,中間奶茶醬味好濃😍,茶味濃過奶🥛,似平時無糖奶茶既味☕️😌隔左層薄薄既海綿蛋糕,最底仲有麻糬!有少少咬口,存在感唔會太強(睇網上圖係勁大舊麻糬😂,但覺得依家啱啱好)🔅港式奶茶包 ($26)中間奶茶醬同撻係一樣,面頭脆珠珠唔甜,增加口感一流😆~麵包好鬆軟💕,不愧係品穀🤣🔅開心果雪山 ($26)呢款公司即刻食就無影相🫣…平時好少食雪山包(唔係添好運嗰隻🤣),包體超軟熟!中間有開心味醬同好多開心果碎,唔會太甜💬Overall其實都幾滿意,不過價錢唔算平,唔係奶茶控既都係試下算😂 continue reading

間唔中我都會去灣仔街市睇下有咩好食,咁岩品穀有新鮮出爐好香吸引左我個金鼻子👃🏻🔸 海鹽榛子碧根果曲奇🍪🔹品穀菠蘿個菠蘿包 $15我買嚟第二日早餐食,凍左都仲有少少脆邊,係甜包嚟,入面鬆軟,質感唔錯🍞🥖🥯➰曲奇好吸引我{曲奇控🤟🏻},雖然曲奇好似係麵包店嘅小配角,呢到曲奇有3️⃣個口味另外兩款口味:焙茶麻糬曲奇 $30三重朱古力 $32今次試左佢海鹽榛子碧根果曲奇🍪😋覺得好好食😍😍 個曲奇係好脆同埋海鹽同碧根果好足夠,榛子醬同海鹽都好夾唔會太甜🧂但$30 都唔平呢👀下次想試埋另外兩款曲奇🍪🍪 continue reading

我很重視小朋友飲食的健康,但事實又難以避免會吃到不健康的食物。所以在可以選擇的情況下,我都盡量買比較健康的食物。其實麵包不是一種健康的食物,不過我和我的小朋友又很喜歡吃麵包。這間店打著無添加麵包的旗號,吸引到我幫襯。店中我覺得最好吃之一是:🙂開心果紅莓牛角包 ($32)隔了一晚,用焗爐焗熱,酥皮還是脆脆的,內裡的蜂巢形狀鮮明,口感很好,配上開心果紅莓醬,味道很好。頂上還有一舊焗脆了開心果,喜歡吃果仁的我覺得很好吃。是我在香港吃過的牛角包最好吃的3間之一。已經encore 多次了。 continue reading

一年一度的品穀抺茶祭又來啦, 之前錯過晒, 今年不能再錯過, 因為下年已經唔係灣仔上班了.一點開賣. 未夠一點到達. 排隊隊伍已經排到對面個公園.  見到員工好努力維持秩序, 還拎埋抺茶比排前面的朋友享用. 但我地排得後的只有排隊.排左個零鐘, 終於輪到自己. 因為產品主張即日食. 所以只買左兩款.和心抹茶特濃芝士蛋糕 $40呢一款芝士蛋糕係今年新推出, 成set 除左芝士蛋糕外, 重付上熊本大阿蘇特濃牛乳奶蓋及特濃和心抺茶醬. 對於芝士及抺茶控呢個蛋糕絕對不能錯過. 芝士蛋糕咬落好有實感. 入口除左有芝士味外重有抺茶味. 整體帶點甜易入口. 若果嫌抺茶味唔夠濃可以點付上的抺茶醬. 令到整個蛋糕的抺茶味更加濃郁. 若想口感更濃厚順滑可以點上特濃牛乳奶蓋. 再加埋個餅底. 呢個蛋糕絕對唔係一陣風. 呢個價錢絕對係值得一試.和心抺茶芝士白玉撻 $30 (兩件$56)呢個同樣用上和心抺茶但同上面的芝士蛋糕相比. 呢個味道更加濃郁. 尤撻皮開始到撻上的抺茶都能感受到抺茶的甘苦味. 喜歡甘甘苦苦抺茶味的呢個撻都係不錯之選. 白玉本身係無咩味. 若整個撻都是滿滿的抺茶可能會顯得好苦澀. 加了一層白玉就可以balance 返佢的苦味. 令到個撻無咁苦同埋口感更豐富.  continue reading

朋友就住在灣仔附近,某日下午1時幾,帶著我們去往「品穀」,説剛剛烤出一批蛋撻。本來只是好奇,直到第一口咬下,才明白什麼叫美味。酥脆的外皮層層碎裂,黃油甜蜜的香味撲鼻,緊接而來的就是溫軟的內餡,奶香嫩滑,半流心的質感與外皮的鬆酥完美呼應~這就是我心目中最完美的蛋撻呀!除此以外,朋友還給我們帶過海鹽牛奶軟包、金槍魚脆脆包、楓糖吐司包和肉桂捲。其中又以tuna包最美味,魚的濃郁、麵包的鬆軟和脆片的爽利成為了奇妙的結合。除此以外,海鹽包味道單純卻有回甘,咸甜交織,越吃越有韻味。楓糖和肉桂也都是經典口味,就不做贅述了。這裏用材不複雜,沒有太花哨的技法和堆疊的食材,只有一樣樣經典但耐久的美味,目前是我心中最佳的bakery! continue reading
