環境可以,但夏天會唔夠冷氣比較熱座位正常冇特別最近2次去服務員態度有兩個可能性a. 怕醜到唔識回應客人,講野細聲到回左客人都聽唔到b. 唔識禮貌,面容不自覺地沒有表情。(表達沙律菜鹹到極點加上菜本身苦到極點)我表達完,個staff沒表示/ 唔知點表示左就行開左😅。 我以為佢去了解再返後講有冇得換,點知唔係,隔左5分鐘我出去問佢,佢先快回一句會換俾我。完香印抹茶tart配搭清新,香印份量對比其他店有驚喜,抹茶味不錯,甜度適中,個人喜好略嫌餅皮有啲厚。香蕉朱古力脆脆tart同樣蕉肉好fresh,朱古力味微濃,個人喜好略嫌餅皮有啲厚。冰滴coffee感覺似冰滴espresso, 係飲個咁多20間以上嘅冰滴,之中濃到有接受唔到,似3杯滴埋一杯咁濃,飲到胃都𠸑埋。Hand drip 相比下正常好多。豈碼入口舒服蜂蜜金柚子&西柚茶個片西柚係deco黎,完全冇西柚味。 其他正常發揮Fully brown breakfast炒蛋正常牛油果正常煙肉乾、硬、超鹹腸 少乾、超鹹沙律菜,全火箭菜應該係我估,超鹹,超苦,入唔到口,換個份沙律菜,一樣調味,超鹹,超苦,我知火箭菜係苦,但無諗過,全部沙津菜只有最苦個種,苦過羽衣。成個breakfast 又鹹又苦cover左8成。多士超脆到有少少介口。可以推測廚師極度馬虎 continue reading

這店是我不想用腦飲咖啡之選,有時唔想嘗試新店就會來呢度。這裝修走工業風,裏面有第一條打卡📸樓梯,樓上不是經常開放,半戶外可以同狗仔一齊過來。咖啡House blend係比較balance nutty,如果你愛果香就要飲手沖。飲品方面,大路款式都齊全,手沖方面就視乎有當日有咩豆,豆方面,其實我好多隻都喜歡。如果果香會揀返非洲豆如果要平衡,有酒香會飲音樂家系列。食物方面好喜歡這裏的豬手公仔麵,每個人都識煮公仔麵,但係要掌握火候,麵底唔會過淋或者太硬,先會好食。豬手醃到好入味,單食會太鹹,但係配麵就剛好。另外,egg Benedict 都唔錯。俾呢個價錢食公仔麵,值唔值得就見仁見智。 continue reading
