深水埗文青地帶其中一間Cafe❤️呢間Cafe係我同朋友第一次去,覺得入面嘅環境好寧靜十分之適合坐低同朋友傾吓偈或者chill下🙌🏻1. 環境裏面嘅裝修充滿着工業風格,而且佢入面嘅調色都做得好好,主要用咗木枱同埋黃光打造一個比較柔和嘅氛圍同感覺。亦都俾人感覺好放鬆。2. 飲品我哋分別叫咗一杯三溝同Affogato(雪糕加焙茶)!兩杯都係我同朋友第一次飲,好驚喜呀!三溝: 外表唔使講已經贏咗啦,飲落仲驚喜,佢係用咗抹茶+牛奶+咖啡。飲落去你會飲到淡淡茶香而同時間又會飲到咖啡嘅少少苦澀!真係好特別,而且佢仲加咗牛奶令到更加飲落去好絲滑嘅口感!飲落好順,唔會覺得唔夾。Affogato: 平時我哋飲開嘅通常都係雪糕加咖啡,但呢次唔同啦!佢係用咗雪糕加焙茶去造成呢一個Affogato。將啱啱做好嘅焙茶淋落去雪糕度形成一種冰火交加嘅口感,同埋你會食得到好濃郁嘅焙茶味!成個感覺又幾特別喎😝適合個日唔想飲咖啡,但又想去Cafe叫啲特別嘢嘅朋友仔啊!3. 食物:巴斯克蛋糕: 食落去口感好綿密,你會食得出佢係有打到個蛋糕將冇晒粉粒先去焗!好順滑!軟硬比例啱啱好啊😍

呢日久違約咗朋友,預咗要花比較長嘅時候追update,就揾咗呢間好chill嘅cafe諗住慢慢坐去到門口咋一睇以為好少位,一問先知原來佢哋有兩層,上面嗰層唔駛人來人往被人望住晒,我哋嗰日都係任坐唔嬲,無被人趕,係悠悠閒嘅weekend vibecafe主打bagels, 另外都有all day breakfast同少量意粉。本身去之前餓餓哋 有啲心動想食all day breakfast, 但後來都係決定由招牌試起,叫咗個煙三文魚手工貝果menu有寫明貝果選用油浸蕃茄口味,配上檸檬忌廉芝士,確實一上枱就覺得個bagel紅紅哋,食到搽咗creamcheese係特別香,但檸檬味就食唔出。除咗三文魚外,bagel入邊都夾咗新鮮蕃茄,所以食唔出個包本身到底有無蕃茄味😂 但overall好食嘅,會encore ❤️另外叫咗杯matcha latte,唔會太甜幾好味,無伏本身想食埋甜品,但覺得個鬆餅太貴唔值,end up 選擇轉場食其他

文青愛逛深水埗,不知道現在還是不是一個潮流,但這裏的咖啡店真的不少,和我年輕時代興起的樓上咖啡店不同,現在的文青咖啡店講求的不是有不同的玩樂設施,反而營造一個寧靜的環境,放空自己,果然是有年齡層的分別。這一家順流咖啡一入門口,最吸引我的是傳統印有店家名字的鋅鐵閘,內裏偏向清水混凝土的色調,同樣深得我心。這裏的咖啡豆選擇當然不少,但我看起來比較多來自非洲的,其中的肯亞咖啡豆以水洗處理過,本身的果香和花香也能更好地揮發出來,當然也有一些果酸,所以配以鮮奶製作成Dirty就完全沒有問題。這裏也提供不少的主食,例如是全日早餐以及意粉類,但還是不太肚餓的情況下,吃了它的芝士蛋糕,芝士味香濃,口感也算順滑,中間的吉士令味道和口感層次多一點複雜,作為享受早上的寧靜一刻,也算不錯。Sham Shui Po remains a popular haunt for Hong Kong’s artsy crowd, drawn by its thriving café culture that contrasts with the earlier generation’s gaming-oriented upstairs coffee shops.
