I didn’t know there’s such thing as coffee omakase☺️ it was a brilliant experience and thanks to my friend for introducing me this place😊 and I reckon this is probably the first time that I like my coffee sour haha and the barista was very gentle and I can totally see his passion in coffee making😊The experience was so great, I know caffeine is supposed to freshen me up but cos it was so chill the whole time, it actually made me wanna go to sleep lol continue reading

OpenRice search諗住去啡人前飲啡 ☕️食cake🍰 ,喺銅鑼灣Solo地下，但係門口有另一間咖啡店☕️，差d入錯，要轉入Solo商場入面先見到，老闆一夫當關，環境L bar枱，未坐低🪑已問有冇cake 🍰 ,點知老闆話冇，咁我一場嚟到，都坐低🪑飲啡☕️，睇👀咗menu，老細介紹手沖，但個人鐘意latte，老細介紹咗Pirates of Coffee ☕️ 既Hadōken, Colombia 🇨🇴 Anaerobic Honey 🍯, Mandarin, Lavender, Chai ☕️, Thyme, Pistachio, Caramel，老細話funny豆，叫我試下，咁我都鐘意試新嘢，但我都唔算咖啡☕️L，不過都一試，老細磨完豆都俾我聞下，好香，沖完出嚟，簡單奶泡，唔苦，但我條脷 👅 分唔出袋寫出嚟既味道👅，但都係一杯🥃好啡。老細話開咗4年，甜品🍮師放假🏖️，請我食台灣手信海邊🏝️走走蛋卷，我開咗一條食，食🍽️到半條，又請我食一粒Carrot 🥕cake 🍰 ,話門口阿姨🧍‍♀️親手整，之後佢自己手沖Geisha又請咗我飲，試剛沖出嚟同灘涷咗一陣，對我嚟講都係比較酸，最後埋單$50，仲有印花卡🎴，$50一個，十個免費🆓一杯🥃，呢間鋪好有人情味🥲 continue reading

    朋友響台灣返嚟，想搵個地方飲吓咖啡，即刻諗起Alex度，不過Alex 度真係一定要book定先，因為長期full house🤪去Alex度，飲手沖係必然之選，佢嘅手沖一直非常喜歡，除咗飲手沖外，今次仲試左杯cappuccino 非常好飲，個奶泡打得非常出色，堅挺得來又十分輕盈，飲落非常順滑，而啡底佢就選左一種帶strawberry 嘅豆，聞到陣陣嘅strawberry 香，一飲落口就好似飲緊strawberry 奶昔，之後就飲到咖啡嘅甘甜，十分十分好飲，非常滿足👍👍👍兩杯手沖都非常出色，Geisha 無得輸，Alex 沖得到佢嘅獨特果香同花香出嚟！Costa Rica 好多時俾我感覺有酒香，可能因為佢有葡萄香。令我非常驚喜嘅一杯Cappuccino, 個foam 厚到呢🤤去Alex 度，我都會必叫佢哋嘅home made cake, 每次都有驚喜！🤩🤩 continue reading

      自從好友推介這間小小的咖啡店後，每次到開銅鑼灣附近，就會想來飲番杯；昨日剛好在附近，見離晚飯還有點時間，一於打電話留位。坐下後，Alex 介紹了幾款咖啡豆給我們，最後選了他的心水推介，兩款咖啡豆同樣是來自Colombia。Nestor Lasso～帶有陣陣花香，口感綿密細緻，越飲越是喜歡！Cerro Azul Double Ferment Gesha～則帶有濃濃的酒香，味道比較複雜，兩款同樣出色。以不同器皿享用同一款咖啡，口感及滋味各有不同，你又會喜歡那一款呢？啡人前地址: 銅鑼灣新會道6-10號Solo Avenue 地下95號舖電話: 93779702 continue reading
