飲到一杯有質素嘅咖啡真係會好感動嫁!🤍Doppio Ristretto Flat White Doppio 係意大利語中係「 Double 」雙倍嘅意思, 即係指雙份濃縮咖啡, 而Ristretto就係指佢嘅萃取時間會比一般濃縮咖啡短, 一般會濃縮到約15-20 秒左右 (即expresso嘅前段)因為Ristretto 嘅份量會比標準濃縮咖啡少, 所以飲落去回甘味相對會無expresso強, 但口感會較 Espresso 濃郁同醇厚, 每一啖都會留有咖啡嘅餘韻🤤 如果你都係鐘意濃度高嘅咖啡 就一定會對依杯咖啡有興趣😗今次試左coco expresso 嘅doppio ristretto flat white, 咖啡口感好濃烈 但吾苦澀, 每一啖都有咖啡嘅餘香留係我個口到!🤣我鐘意! 非常推介!!🥰 印象中2年前係上環飲過一次都無話有好大驚喜 但今次真係比佢滿足到呢!😙 continue reading

落雨濕濕既lunch time，想帶杯温暖又醒神既飲品返公司嘆下，亦想為吾開心既同事加加油打氣，之前妳醒我奶茶，我就以咖啡回禮啦係正公司對面，成日經過見塞满人都好想試下。店细只得takeaway，都有地方企住等吾洗企係街淋雨吹風，order左两杯Large Latte，可能落雨比平常小人，所以都吾係等左好耐，但吾知係咪天氣凉好似吾夠熱，不過咖啡香味吾錯，易入口之餘只需加小小糖就ok，可以低糖健康一d (自我感覺良好一點)。 continue reading
