潮流興咖啡店，但係咖啡既水準可以好參差。路經附近，行到攰攰地想坐低抖下，於是入嚟試下佢既咖啡。店員好有心機咁介紹各種手沖豆既選擇。 喺店員介紹之下，揀咗一隻經過發酵有椰子味既豆做手沖。大概十分鐘後咖啡沖好。 上枱既時候一壺、一杯之外，仲有一小杯磨咗既咖啡豆。 飲開咖啡都會知，咖啡豆磨開，啱啱衝出嚟水溫最熱，同隨住時間水溫慢慢變涼，咖啡既味道都會不斷轉化。多一小杯磨開既咖啡豆，一個小小既動作，就令到對呢隻咖啡豆既體驗更加完整。 而咖啡一如店員介紹，有一種好特別既椰子香味。 喜歡獨特口味既值得一試。另外，各種食物既外觀都好吸引，望落應該都相當有水準。

Huge surprise to highlight under the rainy gloomy weekend. Was thinking of something to nibble in Tinhau, suddenly popped in my mind with this cute cafe. Greeting from friendly staff. The seasonal dish, chocolate earl grey chiffon cake with raspberry caught my attention, which without a doubt we tried.Orange black was all I wish to spark my weekend with. Moderate zesty flavour with nutty black coffee. Absolutely relaxing. Chocolate earl grey chiffon cake was clean and light as it served. Airy chiffon earl grey cake with creamy light chocolate mousse type cream. Love the fresh raspberry and dry freeze raspberry nibs which gave the sweetness a kick and a crunch. Perfect to pair with the coffee.Cajun fries were absolutely delicious. Freshly made and well seasoned. Salted egg chicken wings were drooling. Fresh made salted egg sauce well coated the deep fried chicken wings. Moist with crispy skin. Absolutely delicious! Highly recommend!

我和朋友約在天后吃午餐，我選了一間小店。餐牌上有三個大類，分別是包、意粉和飯。我點了**Egg Benedict**配煙熏三文魚，味道非常好！至於飲品，我點了一杯少冰的**Ice Mocha**，味道也很不錯，水準相當高。這家餐廳不難找，從天后地鐵站出來過對面馬路後，沿著天后廟一路走上斜路就到了。有水準的餐廳果然吸引了不少顧客光顧。

放假就想去飲咖啡，簡咗天后嘅Coast Coffee，真係俾佢靚靚嘅裝修吸引咗入去。入面環境簡約舒適，坐得好舒服，唔使擔心冇位。.首先試咗flat white，然後就嚟重頭戲——焦糖蘋果雙層芝士蛋糕，$58，推介！蛋糕有好幾層，上面灑滿餅乾碎，口感酥脆，軟身芝士夾住酸酸甜甜嘅蘋果肉，底層則係焦糖味濃厚嘅芝士蛋糕。食落唔會覺得太甜，反而好開胃，啱啱好中和咗芝士嘅濃郁感，真係好適合喜歡芝士嘅朋友。.我仲試咗House-made Banana Bread，真係好香！鬆軟嘅口感，加上淡淡香蕉味，食落唔會太甜，配埋咖啡真係絕配。每一口都有濃郁嘅香蕉香氣。.flat white $48Caramel Double Cheese Cake with Caramelised Apple $58House-made banana Bread $28
