自從佢搬左鋪係第一次黎食。星期日嘅lunch都冇咩人我一個人包場。點左碗醉雞翼米粉(細)$46 +花旗參蜜$12,雖然佢話係細碗,不過對我黎講已經好足夠成個碗都係新竹米粉,再加少少高湯浸住,米粉好爽口,熱辣辣食落去夠暖胃。雞翼浸係湯度,所以變左暖暖地,但我個人比較鍾意食凍嘅醉雞翼多d,下次要記得叫佢分開上酒味夠重手,好食(細份對我黎講都多,食唔哂🤣🤣🤣)

潮州人的本店從太子的邊陲地帶, 搬到彌敦道也就是大街大道兩旁, 餐廳面積和之前差不多, 但更就腳. 在這初冬溫度急降的時候, 吃一碗暖笠笠的米粉, 就是簡單但滿足的一餐. 新舊店提供的菜式基本上沒有分別, 最出名的當然是其花膠撈米粉, 大塊而經過長時間炆煮的花膠, 其醬汁撈在米粉上, 花膠炆得極之入味而軟糯, 爽彈的米粉和其形成口感上的對比, 再加上鹹香的醬汁混合了花膠的精華, 能平均黏在米粉上, 簡單的美味, 但花的心思和時間卻不少.湯米粉的湯汁鮮甜沒有味精, 暖笠笠的感覺更適合冬天, 米粉沒有因為浸湯而糊化, 口感依然保持爽彈. 廣島蠔夠大隻而圓潤, 鮮味澎湃, 一咬起來汁液飛射. 手切牛肉紋理分明, 肉香和肉汁都夠, 如果煮得生一點, 口感就更完美. 醉雞翼醉香十足, 皮彈肉爽, 簡單美食, 吃得舒服, 除了用心烹調, 同聲同氣當然也重要.Ciuzauese is a rice noodles stall focused on the soup and stirred rice noodles. Ciuzauese is a rice noodles stall focused on the soup and stirred rice noodles. The fish maw with stirred rice noodles is the famous dishes with the extremely tasteful and soft fish mew that need to be cooked for more than 10 hours. The soy sauce with the fish mew juice is fresh and sweet. Stirred with the nice rice noodles is a simple but wonderful lunch. The oyster and beef soup rice noodles is also a must try item as the oyster from Hiroshima is definitely nasty.

二人餐-廣島蠔湯米粉(細)-清酒大蜆湯米粉(細)-酒糟醉雞腎-雞油燙菜-媽咪龍眼蔘蜜 x 2好味指數:9/10$183 今日另一半👨🏻病病地,所以揀一間清啲嘅小店幫襯,佢要咗一個廣島蠔🦪湯米粉,廣島蠔非常鮮甜😍,咬落好creamy,個湯底有廣島蠔嘅鮮味,仲有少少芽菜絲同蔥花,成件事好match🫱🏾‍🫲🏼。米粉口感彈牙,唔會煮到過淋。我就叫咗個清酒🍶大蜆湯米粉,好鍾意佢湯底,食到清酒味而唔會over 左變苦味,我呢個湯底比佢嗰個較濃,好清甜,大蜆🐚總共有五隻,而且大大粒,一啲都冇沙,非常喜歡。醉雞腎好有🤩驚喜,真正做到咬落去煙韌彈牙,而唔會過硬,花雕酒嘅味道,平衡得🤙🏽好好,唔會喧賓奪主。最後仲有一個極品🐔雞油娃娃菜,娃娃菜用咗雞油淋咗上面,特別香口,直程食到停唔到口。飲埋小店自家泡製嘅龍眼花旗參蜜🍯,好潤喉,飲落去好清甜好有家嘅味道,今餐非常滿足。
