去完博物館,諗住對面近近地搵間酒樓食晚飯,就去潮州城酒樓試下,原來酒樓佔二樓全層,裝修光鮮,座位闊落舒服。一坐低就有功夫茶飲,叫左鹵水鵝片、胡椒豬肚湯、鹽燒雞、水瓜魚鰾,估唔到樣樣都好好味😋,食物食材新鮮。價錢都好合理。甜品叫了潮州清甜湯,十分清潤。另外叫了福果芋泥,軟滑得來又有口感,非常好食。芋泥上的福果都好好食,好煙韌。兩個甜品甜度都好適中。食完飯又有功夫茶解膩。值得一讚係職員態度好好,細問之下才知道酒樓開了四十幾年,幾個月前新裝修。酒樓無論服務,食物都好有老香港的感覺,食得出酒樓係用心做食物。係香港愈來愈難搵到呢類酒樓,希望潮州城繼續用心做落去。

首先要讚的是這裡的服務真的一流,有種老香港,做熟客生意的感覺,我們公司飯局一行多人,終於有賓至如歸的感覺。潮州食店,當然會點滷水拼盤,大大碟,味道方面也是正常。午市也有點心類,這個XO醬炒蘿蔔糕則略為遜色,粉太多。黃金苦瓜,很特別,香口惹味,喜愛苦瓜的朋友一定要試。其他潮州食品全屬高水準!最後更送上傳統功夫茶,解油膩,大滿足。也許尖東算是一個比較傳統的商業區,這類傳統食店能夠做下去,絕對是食客的幸福。

約為八件之下,斬得十分工整,加上這裡由開業已滾存至今的,夠晒。滷得固然入味,卻沒有及的味道,仍然保留著應有的…….不算太肥,卻是皮薄而肉嫩,再挾上墊底的,其口感十分嫩滑,除了之外,亦有淡淡的。另有不遑多讓的,經浸泡之下,既有淡淡的滷香,同時亦保存那份源自內臟的。雖不是甚麼,平心來說,仍是十分,再呻上一口紅酒,可呈現出更佳的味道層次出來…….再挾上一件嫩滑的,不遜於的出品。
尾段來一個,沒記錯的話,應是三十餘、近四十元的價錢。一碟四隻,細細粒,外層倒是煎得焦脆,薄薄的下,包著混著的,吃得甚為香口,再沾點下,可更添惹味…..雖然與出品相比,好像有點分別,問心就是好吃,不容罱疑。最後所點的,正是這碟,每次來到,都是自家的心頭所好。約為八十餘元一碟的,單看賣相,就知極為對辦…….

好好味嘅反沙芋頭同芋泥🤍🥰話說我成家都係潮洲人,所以久唔久都會去食潮州嘢。有一日我爹哋懶醒咁話帶我哋去食潮州翅 (佢明知我都唔食翅既🤷🏻‍♀️), 去咗尖東一個比較舊式嘅商場,原來潮州城開業超過20年,上到去好有舊式酒樓嘅味道。其他嘢唔好講住,一定一定一定要嗌呢度嘅甜品!!!反沙芋頭同芋泥呢d心機野唔係度度都有整,呢度兩樣都有好開心!其他餐廳嘅反沙芋個糖皮好多時比較厚身搞到食落會好甜,最尾都會拎走晒啲好厚既糖就咁食舊芋頭。呢度個反沙芋頭真係一定要食☝🏻🤤 糖皮又薄又脆,成舊擺落口都唔會好甜,舊芋頭仲要超級軟糯,好開心🥰 然後講吓個芋泥,好香好滑😋 唔好理佢落咗幾多豬油,芋泥唔鞋口係好緊要架!精粹係啲白果度,預先烹調過既白果唔會太甜,可以中和返芋泥嘅甜味,d白果仲要粒粒都好煙韌,好味🥰 食完甜品仲有功夫茶飲,可以清一清d甜味同肥膩。返返去主菜潮州翅佢地個個都話好味,尤其是加咗芫荽同埋醋調味之後更加出色!然後水瓜烙同蠔仔粥都唔錯,蠔仔粥超足料粒粒都脹卜卜好鮮甜!

其他嘢唔好講住,一定一定一定要嗌呢度嘅甜品!!!反沙芋頭同芋泥呢d心機野唔係度度都有整,呢度兩樣都有好開心!其他餐廳嘅反沙芋個糖皮好多時比較厚身搞到食落會好甜,最尾都會拎走晒啲好厚既糖就咁食舊芋頭。呢度個反沙芋頭真係一定要食☝🏻🤤 糖皮又薄又脆,成舊擺落口都唔會好甜,舊芋頭仲要超級軟糯,好開心🥰

然後講吓個芋泥,好香好滑😋 唔好理佢落咗幾多豬油,芋泥唔鞋口係好緊要架!精粹係啲白果度,預先烹調過既白果唔會太甜,可以中和返芋泥嘅甜味,d白果仲要粒粒都好煙韌,好味🥰

食完甜品仲有功夫茶飲,可以清一清d甜味同肥膩。

返返去主菜潮州翅佢地個個都話好味,尤其是加咗芫荽同埋醋調味之後更加出色!然後水瓜烙同蠔仔粥都唔錯,蠔仔粥超足料粒粒都脹卜卜好鮮甜!

呢一間潮州酒樓好似已經開咗好多年,佢D潮州野都正宗好食嘅,鹵水鵝片、鹵水拼盤、蠔烙、水瓜洛等都唔錯,不過最有驚喜嘅竟然係佢嘅甜品,因為喺香港真係好難食得到好味嘅潮州甜品。先講個反沙芋,真係要好花心機時間慢慢整,火力太大又會燶,另外外面層糖又唔可以厚,因為太厚就太甜,會好難食。當然,芋頭本身都要夠靚,所以要食到好食嘅反沙芋真係一D都唔容易。芋泥真係令人又愛又恨,因為好食嘅芋泥一定要有一定份量嘅豬油去撈,咁樣先至夠香。另外好欣賞呢個芋泥有好多白果,中和返令食落去唔會咁滯。兩個甜品都有驚喜。

打電話問咗幾個禮拜都話得月餅劵,今個星期終於有現餅,即刻訂位同阿女飲茶。阿女最鍾意糖醋麵(黃金伊麵),我地都肚餓,一人夾一份,撈啲糖撈啲醋,又有得玩又有得食,小朋友最鍾意,脆脆地、好味!食完先記得影相添阿女食咗半份麵都飽,但難得來到我又唔甘心只食個麵就走,叫咗個蘿蔔春菜,菜啫應該食得曬既🤔係好味既,但偏油再來一個馬蹄綠豆爽,入面幾多白果,個人來講麻麻地,如果有清心丸就好喇👉🏻👈🏻最後仲有功夫茶送。而家已經越來越少咁傳統又抵食既潮州酒樓喇😢潮州月餅暫時只係食咗荳蓉,阿女差唔多食曬成個迷你版😋。芋蓉未開,不過年年都幫襯佢買月餅,應該好味,好期待!
