I stumbled upon this shop just a few days ago when I was out in Kwun Tong for some work. The shelves were full of Kimbap and they all looked really tasty. I decided to try out the beef kimbap this time round as well as some Japchae. At first, I thought it was sushi so I asked for soy sauce and wasabi at checkout but the staff told me it's not sushi and it's kimbap.. Kimbap places are very rare in Hong Kong so I mistook it for sushi. The beef kimbap was very juicy even when it was eaten cold. The japchae was pretty good but it could use a bit more taste. I want to try the Pork and Kimchi kimbap next time I'm around the Kwun Tong area! I think a little bit of the spice from the kimchi would taste amazing.…Read More
