我最近去咗鰂魚涌嘅Ciak,點咗Parma Ham Pizza同肉醬意粉,整體黎講感覺唔錯。餐前麵包好新鮮,熱辣辣出爐,配埋油醋一齊食,味道好好。佢非常煙韌,有麥香。Parma Ham Pizza非常正宗,Pizza底餅好香好脆,配上Parma Ham同芝士,味道非常濃郁。肉醬意粉嘅醬汁好濃郁,意粉煮得恰到好處,al dente,配上豐富嘅肉醬,味道非常豐富。結論係餐前麵包真係好正😂😂 高度推薦,pizza反而有更好嘅選擇,係soho區。 continue reading

Had lunch with booking at 12. Arrived on time at 12:00. Waiter requested the need to return table by 1:30Soup arrived fast. Decent quality but I would consider “meeting expectations” at this price range. Waiter brought the main course when we were still having soup and not finished yet. He simply placed the main course on table side by side with our soup dish. Feels like fast food service ? The restaurant wasn’t busy at all. Main course quality was ok but again “within expectations” in this price range. As we start having main course waiter brought the toothpick bottle and placed it on table. Again feels like a rush. Then he took away the olive oil bottle ( why is there such a need ?) all these gestures were disturbing when customers were having main courses. When main course was done waiter asked if we need dessert. We said no need and he immediately brought us the bill. When we left it was only 12:45 (45 mins ahead of the limit). No greeting when we left. The restaurant was only less than 50% occupied with more than 10 tables vacant. Why the need for such a rush ??The whole experience seems like having food at a food court cafe. A restaurant won’t be successful even with good chefs. Service quality is important. continue reading

Arrived here on a Sunday at around 5:30pm, me and girlfriend were catching an early dinner before a movie, and as expected, there wasn't that many people at around this hour. Only a few tables. We ordered burrata with parma ham and cheese and the carbonara pasta. The table came with complimentary bread with olive oil and vinegar. Bread was decent, any place that has olive oil and vinegar is a plus already. The burrata with parma ham was okay, the parma was thick and the burrata was slick and gooey but firm on the outside. The portion was okay, there was 3 big parma slices, 4 hardboiled egg size burrata and rocket. The carbonara pasta was good, the pasta itself was cooked al-dente dente it was very firm and sturdy. They pasta was rough, had crudes and crevices, it was definitely hand made. the carbonara itself was yellow in color, and on the first taste had an explosion of umami and saltiness. But the flavour quickly dissipated, it felt like the flavour only happened on the initial bite. 2 persons for 1 appetizer and 1 pasta was 400+ continue reading

過嚟太古城搵媽媽食飯,知道呢度有一間幾出名既西餐,就嚟試下佢有單點或者lunch set, lunch set就前菜/湯/沙律+主菜+甜品 3款就288,2款就208,咁我就揀左蟹肉他他同埋磯燒西冷配薯菜蟹肉他他好精緻,一層蟹肉一層牛油果,配搭得好好,好清新主餐係西冷牛扒 大概3成熟,好厚好有牛味,生熟剛好,切埋比你,有3大舊,好啱懶人,而跟薯蓉都好滑好creamy 總結嚟講少貴,性價比唔算高,但高級餐廳算係咁啦,仲會一入嚟就用英文問你飲咩水 continue reading

都有好一段時間無去CIAK,CIAK有兩間店舖,分別係太古城All Day Italian & 中環 In the Kitchen, All Day Italian 2017-2021曾經係米芝蓮必比登推介,質素一值都不容置疑,今次就揀左太古城店舖用餐餐前麵包見到麵包入面既氣孔就知發酵得好靚,食落外脆內軟,蘸黑醋同橄欖油真係無得輸Grilled Bone-in Pork Chop炭燒加拿大穀飼豬扒perfectly grilled, 肉質好嫩呈微微粉紅色,個炭燒味真係好香,puree 味道清甜,配呢個炭香味一流豬扒就岩晒M5 Wagyu Sirloin Steak 炭燒澳洲M5和牛西冷扒,叫了medium以厚切呈上,medium 既熟度拿捏得好好,不過我就覺得個厚度太厚了,如果再切一半上碟就更加好了,視角上感覺會無咁飽😆EstivaCIAK pizza 一向都相當出色,使用以36小時天然新鮮酵母發酵,天然新鮮麵團先能做出脆邊又鬆軟既pizza 餅底,加上意式風乾火腿、火箭菜、車厘茄 & 芝士,更顯意式風味環境幽暗得黎又可以清楚睇到枱面既食物,梳化位更加坐得好舒服,整餐既氣氛同食物質素都唔錯,依舊能保持水準👍🏼 continue reading
