Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一早訂了去慈山寺賞桃花,希望今年好景,事事順利。大清早出發,要轉了幾程車才到,桃花都開得燦爛,不枉此行。賞完花已經是中午,再乘車到龍尾,見到這間口碑不錯的泰國菜館已經有人龍,幸好只是等了20分鐘就有位。菜館有兩邊,高高低低的分為幾個部份,座位都不少。我們三人點了一個魚露浸滑雞飯 ($55)、一個椰香咖哩牛腩飯 ($55)、一個蒜蓉炒芥蘭 ($48)一個串燒鱔片 ($108), 還有一杯青檸利賓納及一杯青檸薑蜜,後來再加多一個蒜蓉包。魚露浸滑雞飯的雞比想像中大碟,也很嫩滑,味道不錯,亦是第一次試到這個做法。椰香咖哩牛腩飯的咖哩不算辣,椰香味濃,牛腩煮得腍而不韌,咖喱汁撈飯好味,還有兩件薯仔。蒜蓉炒芥蘭也炒得不錯,有著泰式風味,帶些鹹香。串燒鱔片甚有驚喜,一上枱已然聞到碳香味,但沒有燒焦。鱔片很大片,新鮮爽口彈牙,還帶有油脂的甘香,調味也恰到好處,有機會再來一定再試。青檸利賓納帶點甜酸味,而青檸薑蜜就有少許微辣,兩者都清新醒胃。後加的蒜蓉包也不錯,烘得十分鬆脆香口,加些咖哩汁來一起食也很好。雖然是郊外小店,但菜色做得真的不俗。 continue reading

每逢假日肯定要去郊遊, 周圍去放鬆下吧o(≧v≦)o 今次就入左大尾篤踩單車🚴到傍晚時分就決定係埋入面食野,而附近好多泰國菜食架,我地揀呢間餐廳嘅原因係非常求其,見到邊間最多人排隊就食邊間而呢間當時係最多人排, 覺得多人食肯定有佢嘅原因 心想著:一定係最好食嘅。點知實在太多人,排左成粒鐘 係出面餵蚊店內裝修有啲似大排檔,比較舊式,都多座位食物選擇都多,都係一般泰國嘢🧩明爐魚味道唔酸唔辣 唔係我想像中泰式味 較普通 有少少失望🧩青咖哩同樣好普通 較淡🧩生菜包肉碎中規中矩 呢道菜唔會差得去邊🧩冬陰功湯唔錯 都正常🧩炒通菜正常Overall, 以排咗一個鐘嚟講 沒驚喜到我 有d失望╭(╯3╰)╮ continue reading

年初七,人日,天朗氣清,到大尾篤遊玩慶生。仲係過年,雖是平日,人很多,停車場爆滿,慶幸今天揸的是電單車,較易找到車位。對面就是忠誠,先醫肚子。取飛後要等,周圍狂狂還有什麼其他選擇,走一圈後還是想吃忠誠,再回去就有位了。點了一個咖哩牛腩飯,一個冬陰功肥牛金邊,一個沙爹串燒(牛雞),兩杯檸檬茶。沙爹串燒很有炭燒香味,肉質好,比起上次我去好時沙爹食的真的好十倍,調味適中,沙爹醬不會過甜,有花生香。咖哩牛腩都好食,好有椰香味。湯金邊粉就一般。凍檸茶走甜少冰,睇個樣都有heart,放得靚靚的。埋單$250 左右,唔太記得,好似要加一。好評,會再來。 continue reading

泰式炒金邊粉- 材料好豐富,有蝦仁、蛋絲、豆腐卜、菜莆、肉鬆、花生碎,仲有好多蝦米仔,炒得好有咸香,惹味可口。泰式雞絲濕炒河- 河粉是正宗泰式的那種闊身薄片的,滑溜溜而且爽身不黏口,汁的濃稠度剛好。雞絲分量足,嫩滑爽口。配料有草菇和芥蘭。沙爹串燒牛肉香噴噴,牛肉燒塗上蜜糖,燒得焦香,但不會乾,能夠保持肉汁,啖啖肉,沾上花生沙爹醬更加惹味。 continue reading

又到左大尾篤泰菜時間了🤣今次係揸車經過,對面有停車場幾方便!至於有無位就睇你好唔好彩喇,通常都好full,要轉多幾次先有位🙈🙈黎到食泰菜,假日既晚餐例牌要等下位啦😎等左幾個字就到我地喇! 餐廳既環境係幾好,好有去緊旅行既感覺既!冷氣好足!我地叫左波蘿海鮮炒飯、鮮魷炒通菜、炸蝦餅~~個飯幾正,唔會太油,啲料又足,而且啲料輕輕炸過下,更加香🤤🤤最愛撈埋啲肉鬆食🤣🤣🤣炒通菜都好食,魷魚都幾新鮮,唔辣的,最怕好辣既炒通菜🙈🙈炸蝦餅!!!好正!!彈牙😎係好足料既蝦整成,而不是加好多粉果種!呢到絕對無面粉感,係彈牙蝦肉🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤爽!!! continue reading
