黑衫四眼男經理服務簡直一流, 見高拜見底踩! 完美展示雙面人.事緣係咁我今日1點去攞枱咁酒樓等枱本身好合理,咁我攞咗飛一路等,一路見到有人出嚟,但係一路有遲過我哋嘅人一路入去 , 咁係我等到1:30 我入去問呢個經理 點解一路有遲過我哋嘅人俾我哋早入去. 呢個經理竟然同我講 前面有10幾張訂枱,訂枱客人係優先. 咁我同佢講我都明白,咁我問佢仲有幾耐可以入, 佢同我講仲有一張就到我哋, 好咁我信多佢一次, 結果梗係冇令你失望 呢個時候嚟咗個佢嘅熟客(我估:一嚟到就叫晒咩太咩太) ,結果一有客走有枱即刻安排那位小姐入座. 我當場即刻行入餐廳走去同個經理講 又話下一張到我哋 結果呢? 結果就係佢又同我講訂枱優先. 跟住我話佢喺餐廳門口同佢爭論 結果即刻有枱 終於搞到兩點終於可以入座,仲要張枱一早Set Up 好根本就有空枱. 諗住留俾佢啲熟客.其實自問每一兩個禮拜都嚟幫襯, 一路都知呢個經理係有問題,但其他員工服務質素其實好好 食物水平亦唔錯 ,所以一路都冇乜嘢但係就係呢個有問題嘅經理,搞到我今日忍唔住要打這篇文章.希望你來唔會遇到呢啲咁嘅嘢同埋唔好俾呢個經理service 你咁就冇問題了。 continue reading

竹園海鮮飯店,是一家由我老爸推介,在80-90年代十分紅的海鮮餐廳。跑馬地感覺專營街坊生意,地方整潔,服務態度有善,沒有一些傳統老店的惡習。由於一早已訂位,報上名號就順利入座。甫入座,服務員馬上送上炸魚仔花生、清湯蘿蔔及一壺熱竹蔗茅根,之後就可以去餐館外的海鮮缸即點即撈。當晚點了 - 清蒸東星斑、芝士牛油焗本地龍蝦烏冬底、清蒸扇貝、豉椒炒蟶子、蒜蓉粉絲蒸貴妃蚌及砵酒桶蠔。點完海鮮回到座位可回其他菜式,當晚點了紅燒乳鴿、臘味糯米飯等1斤5兩的東星斑,竹園蒸魚的火候掌握得十分好,魚肉熟度剛好蟶子十分新鮮,豉椒味道不會太濃,重點係熟成度剛好,爽而不韌重頭戲,芝士牛油焗龍蝦烏冬底,醬汁味道濃郁,本地龍蝦爽口彈牙,烏冬加上醬汁不會太膩(當然荷包夠深可以選澳洲龍蝦,肉多味濃,波士頓反而不推。不吃龍蝦我也有選用老虎蝦開邊,味道都非常好。)都係個一句,火候掌控一流,熟成度十分好,粉絲只用海鹽吊味,味道剛剛好不過不失,個蠔個心還是半熟嫩口驚喜之作,蝦多士炸至金黃色,鬆脆可口不油膩,蝦肉也爽口總括而言,物有所值,對食物的火候掌控,蒸炒煮炸都掌控十分得宜。紅燒乳鴿就一般,但臘味糯米飯係炒得顆粒分明,值得一試 continue reading
