話說賴生本來偷偷地約左成班好耐冇見既舊同事同屈小姐聚舊,係十萬個要求之下賴生諗好左食咩啦!之但係⋯由於屈小姐極懶,賴生用盡千方百計都呃唔到屈小姐陪佢出旺角,唯有⋯和盤托出😅,直接約佢去啦! 點知原來果間冇6人枱,好在屈小姐內置左美食地圖,臨時變陣去左泉章居!(p.s. 大家以爲賴生想約大家同屈小姐慶祝週年紀念,但賴生又點會要大家做電燈膽呢)講番正題,呢間泉章居就係一般中式既酒樓黎既,當日冇乜人,所以我地都坐得幾鬆動,一坐低就睇menu叫野食!我地6個人叫左個4人餐+2個餸😝😝1)金牌鹽焗雞 (4.5星)- 隻鹽焗雞本身都已經超入味,就咁食都好好食!好重既咸雞味!而呢個鹽焗雞係可以成功用鹽逼到雞味出黎果隻- 隻雞好滑哦!亦唔太肥!仲好厚肉添- 點少少醬(真係少少好啦)雞味就更出!2)豉汁蒸白鱔 (4星)- 唔錯既,豉汁都較得好滋味!不過略嫌白鱔唔夠厚肉,食唔到彈牙果種口感 (再次偷偷地話你地知,賴爸爸整煮鱔有一手嫁,所以比較之下呢度就⋯唔算出色囉)3)粉絲牛仔骨煲 (3.5星)- 因爲屈小姐鍾意食粉絲,而舊同事們鍾意食牛仔骨,所以我地就點左呢個,滿足晒大家既願望啦!- 牛仔骨ok! 都整得入味而唔算un! - 不過粉絲就要扣分啦,雖然吸到牛仔骨既精華,但一夾起黏埋成餅野咁⋯點食呢?唯有整散佢啦⋯⋯4)蟹肉扒豆苗 (4星)- 份量唔錯喎!6個人都夠食- 豆笛都嫩,唔算太油!- 就咁用眼睇都見到好多蟹肉,食落都食到既!蟹肉味仲比豆苗吸到添!5)例湯 (花生雞腳湯)(4星)- 都好足料,有幾隻雞腳同幾舊肉既,湯都好夠味嫁!不過可以再多D花生,應該會再甜D!- 好多煲,一人應該可以分到碗半至兩碗4人餐外加既餸6) 蜜糖蒜香骨 (4星)- D骨炸完都乾身,唔會滴油,加上蜜糖纏繞住成舊骨,甜甜地!幾好送飯嫁!肉都好大舊添!7)大良炸鮮奶 (3.5星)(幾特別嫁!)- 岩岩炸起熱既時候呢,幾好嫁,甜甜地帶奶香!入面仲融融地好滑仲有砂糖比你點添!- 可惜係層粉好好好厚 ,食一舊就飽飽地(好掛住同屈小姐係士林夜市食果串炸鮮奶呀)- 一定要熱食!凍左個皮出哂油,加上好厚粉,屈小姐就拆左入面個餡就咁食今晚仲傾番之前好多野!雖然大家都各散東西,但做同事果陣都幾開心既,尤其係賴生#原來我們和愛情曾經靠得那麼近❤️❤️#有好同事番工係開心既#有女神既朝早#各位都要努力同幸福呀#欣賞背後既努力#繼續為將來而進步#隔離枱班肥仔望咩😡 continue reading

已經有2年沒食過泉章居. 今晚約齊一家人出來食,一直好期待食泉章居的著名菜式 - 霸王雞,嫩滑好味!連鋪在雞面上的葱都特別香. 水準保持到. 下一個菜係客家名菜 - 梅菜扣肉,好大碟啖啖肉,好滿足!初初仲擔心扣肉比較肥膩,但食落一點都不肥膩,送飯一絕. 四人套餐包的菜式 - 西芹蝦仁花姿片,食完扣肉再食它好清新. 份量比較少咗D.'海鮮什菜煲 就比較一般. 還有 例湯泉章居仲係咁正水準保持到,特別名菜 - 霸王雞,又滑又香,正!!! continue reading

好耐之前,泉章居都係我經常食既其中一間中餐但都相隔左好多年無去lu..今日就同家人一行6人 去左旺角店食飯我地就叫左個6人餐我發現 價錢好似比起以前貴左6人餐 有2款雞及一款魚 比我地三選一之後係幾十款小菜中 簡4款 咁就$738有例湯送..送完即止..味道.. 不過不失啦~我地就簡左薑蔥雞..呢個雞...佢每件都切得好大舊..味道偏喊..... 呢個菜亦係係普通..咕嚕肉.. 上枱唔夠熱...肉質... 硬左D枝竹火腩淡而無味蒸蛋..正正常常...加埋飯..同加一..埋單9XX... 我覺得真係又唔抵...又唔好食唔會有下次喇 continue reading

在三間泉章居之中,旺角分店一定是我的首選,食物出品質素最有保證,保持水準。要食雞,一定想起泉章居,無論是霸王雞或鹽焗雞,都好好味。二人套餐只是$298,包括例湯一鍋,鹽焗雞/霸王雞,再加兩個小菜,份量足夠三人吃。是日例湯今天的例湯是青紅蘿蔔老火湯,清甜潤喉。霸王雞充滿雞油香味的薑葱令雞更香,更惹味。雞皮爽脆,雞肉嫩滑。時菜鮮魷鮮魷火候剛剛好,不太硬,配上蝦醬,味道更上一層樓。油浸荀殼魚魚是炸好後再配上豉油,皮脆肉嫩。 continue reading

本來因為食過銅鑼灣分店,認為食物ok,就去旺角分店食,方便不同住處的朋友。我們共14人訂了1張大枱慶祝友人生日飯,點知去到時佢要我們分2張枱坐。我們提議等別人大枱食完比張枱我們,又提議合併佢比我們嗰2張枱,好讓我們14人1起坐,又見到有張13人大枱,但只坐了1家人約9人,佢地已經食咗大半。但佢什麼都唔肯,仲要屈我們話已電話通知我們改了分2張枱,睇死我地人多唔會走。錯曬啦!旺角大把酒樓,我地憤而離開,去了另一酒樓,人地等了3分鐘就執好張大枱比我們,服務也很好。所以日後杯葛全線泉章居,有錢都唔會比佢賺! continue reading
