今個冬天終於有點寒意。開年飯潮未過, 在泉章居吃了半席,當然不能錯過禦寒三寶,暖暖胃。 半席菜可以在各個系列中自選菜式,比其他餐廳規定好的套餐,自由度較大。 太史五蛇羮。「秋風起,三蛇肥」,蛇羮是南方人的秋冬袪濕進補排行榜首位,先來熱辣辣一碗。 加薄脆、菊花一起吃,味道幾似碗仔翅。明白的,感覺良好就好了。 喜歡這個枝竹羊腩煲,禦寒第二寶,添加生菜,新一年生猛又發財。羊腩煲的汁調味好,肉入味,邊滾邊吃有令香味濃郁,大伙兒一起吃,寧舍熱鬧暖笠笠。 人氣金牌鹽焗雞,幾乎每次來都會點。受歡迎當然有原因,雞身嫰滑 ,點沙薑吃,惹味暖胃。 過年大魚大肉就最好意頭。若要出外食飯魚肉蒸得好,我建議揀魚不要貪大條。都係嗰句,約12至14兩的應該好穩陣,人多寧願蒸兩條,就是這樣。 蒜香帶子蒸豆腐。呢味麻麻,帶子猶如一個枯萎了的一蚊銀。 花枝片西蘭花 : 干燒伊麵,加辣椒醬食,人人都飽足。 脆皮炸大腸併脆皮炸鮮奶 。泉章居的炸鮮奶出名,少少甜,多多脆;炸大腸的味道就有點離奇古怪,不想去闡述了。 老派人認為開年必點髮菜蠔豉,食個好意頭,要嘅要嘅。 最後甜品客家甜茶粿。茶果質地似馬拉糕,與那種貼在雞屎藤上的糍粑口感很不同。 今次點半席,$1,580 +10%,菜的款式及份量都豐富,六個人一定食唔哂,尤其有暖胃三寶坐鎮,食正寒流的風,這個冬天不太冷。 continue reading

話說賴生本來偷偷地約左成班好耐冇見既舊同事同屈小姐聚舊,係十萬個要求之下賴生諗好左食咩啦!之但係⋯由於屈小姐極懶,賴生用盡千方百計都呃唔到屈小姐陪佢出旺角,唯有⋯和盤托出😅,直接約佢去啦! 點知原來果間冇6人枱,好在屈小姐內置左美食地圖,臨時變陣去左泉章居!(p.s. 大家以爲賴生想約大家同屈小姐慶祝週年紀念,但賴生又點會要大家做電燈膽呢)講番正題,呢間泉章居就係一般中式既酒樓黎既,當日冇乜人,所以我地都坐得幾鬆動,一坐低就睇menu叫野食!我地6個人叫左個4人餐+2個餸😝😝1)金牌鹽焗雞 (4.5星)- 隻鹽焗雞本身都已經超入味,就咁食都好好食!好重既咸雞味!而呢個鹽焗雞係可以成功用鹽逼到雞味出黎果隻- 隻雞好滑哦!亦唔太肥!仲好厚肉添- 點少少醬(真係少少好啦)雞味就更出!2)豉汁蒸白鱔 (4星)- 唔錯既,豉汁都較得好滋味!不過略嫌白鱔唔夠厚肉,食唔到彈牙果種口感 (再次偷偷地話你地知,賴爸爸整煮鱔有一手嫁,所以比較之下呢度就⋯唔算出色囉)3)粉絲牛仔骨煲 (3.5星)- 因爲屈小姐鍾意食粉絲,而舊同事們鍾意食牛仔骨,所以我地就點左呢個,滿足晒大家既願望啦!- 牛仔骨ok! 都整得入味而唔算un! - 不過粉絲就要扣分啦,雖然吸到牛仔骨既精華,但一夾起黏埋成餅野咁⋯點食呢?唯有整散佢啦⋯⋯4)蟹肉扒豆苗 (4星)- 份量唔錯喎!6個人都夠食- 豆笛都嫩,唔算太油!- 就咁用眼睇都見到好多蟹肉,食落都食到既!蟹肉味仲比豆苗吸到添!5)例湯 (花生雞腳湯)(4星)- 都好足料,有幾隻雞腳同幾舊肉既,湯都好夠味嫁!不過可以再多D花生,應該會再甜D!- 好多煲,一人應該可以分到碗半至兩碗4人餐外加既餸6) 蜜糖蒜香骨 (4星)- D骨炸完都乾身,唔會滴油,加上蜜糖纏繞住成舊骨,甜甜地!幾好送飯嫁!肉都好大舊添!7)大良炸鮮奶 (3.5星)(幾特別嫁!)- 岩岩炸起熱既時候呢,幾好嫁,甜甜地帶奶香!入面仲融融地好滑仲有砂糖比你點添!- 可惜係層粉好好好厚 ,食一舊就飽飽地(好掛住同屈小姐係士林夜市食果串炸鮮奶呀)- 一定要熱食!凍左個皮出哂油,加上好厚粉,屈小姐就拆左入面個餡就咁食今晚仲傾番之前好多野!雖然大家都各散東西,但做同事果陣都幾開心既,尤其係賴生#原來我們和愛情曾經靠得那麼近❤️❤️#有好同事番工係開心既#有女神既朝早#各位都要努力同幸福呀#欣賞背後既努力#繼續為將來而進步#隔離枱班肥仔望咩😡 continue reading

為咗慶祝表弟畢業,今日一班親戚嚟到泉章居食晚飯。以酒樓小菜嚟講,呢間都算係相當唔錯,每一碟菜嘅質素都好平均。鹽焗雞果然係招牌菜,咸香味濃,雞身嫩滑,隻雞本身好大份,十幾人食都夠。梅菜扣肉都好吸引,醬油帶甜,豬腩肉入晒味,雖然好肥膩,但無豬油嘅騷味。而我最鐘意嘅係炸釀豆腐,新鮮炸起,舊舊都熱辣辣,而且皮好脆,但入面無因為咁而炸到乾晒,豆香味都好濃,上面嘅釀物有少少咸魚香(真實係咪咸魚有待確認),同平時嘅魚肉味道多層次好多,同本身無調味嘅豆腐一齊食就啱啱好。成餐飯都喺水平之上,不過對正風口位,啲食物好快吹凍曬,要喇喇林襯熱食先得。 continue reading

屋企人生日,去左泉章居食晚飯,呢度不嬲都係屋企人開飯熱點之一,因為抵食夾大件叫左幾樣餸同例湯,上菜好快。個例湯飲落冇味精同好足料,我飲左三大碗,大家都話正!個霸王雞好大份!好嫩又滑唔un,點埋個醬真係一流。生炒骨啖啖肉,甜甜酸酸好好味,媽咪最鐘意食。而個西蘭花同豆腐真係普通左少少,麻麻地,下次可以唔叫服務方面呢度啲呀姐都幾好,幾周到,同埋好快手,哈哈哈總括黎講去呢度一定要叫雞啲野幾好食又大大份,價錢唔貴,服務ok,同屋企人黎最岩回頭指數:4.5/5 continue reading
