今個冬天終於有點寒意。開年飯潮未過, 在泉章居吃了半席,當然不能錯過禦寒三寶,暖暖胃。 半席菜可以在各個系列中自選菜式,比其他餐廳規定好的套餐,自由度較大。 太史五蛇羮。「秋風起,三蛇肥」,蛇羮是南方人的秋冬袪濕進補排行榜首位,先來熱辣辣一碗。 加薄脆、菊花一起吃,味道幾似碗仔翅。明白的,感覺良好就好了。 喜歡這個枝竹羊腩煲,禦寒第二寶,添加生菜,新一年生猛又發財。羊腩煲的汁調味好,肉入味,邊滾邊吃有令香味濃郁,大伙兒一起吃,寧舍熱鬧暖笠笠。 人氣金牌鹽焗雞,幾乎每次來都會點。受歡迎當然有原因,雞身嫰滑 ,點沙薑吃,惹味暖胃。 過年大魚大肉就最好意頭。若要出外食飯魚肉蒸得好,我建議揀魚不要貪大條。都係嗰句,約12至14兩的應該好穩陣,人多寧願蒸兩條,就是這樣。 蒜香帶子蒸豆腐。呢味麻麻,帶子猶如一個枯萎了的一蚊銀。 花枝片西蘭花 : 干燒伊麵,加辣椒醬食,人人都飽足。 脆皮炸大腸併脆皮炸鮮奶 。泉章居的炸鮮奶出名,少少甜,多多脆;炸大腸的味道就有點離奇古怪,不想去闡述了。 老派人認為開年必點髮菜蠔豉,食個好意頭,要嘅要嘅。 最後甜品客家甜茶粿。茶果質地似馬拉糕,與那種貼在雞屎藤上的糍粑口感很不同。 今次點半席,$1,580 +10%,菜的款式及份量都豐富,六個人一定食唔哂,尤其有暖胃三寶坐鎮,食正寒流的風,這個冬天不太冷。 continue reading

一行N個人,有搞手,所以叫左咩都唔係好知,係禁倚講幾樣啦,(以下提及之食物名稱,純粹靠估)一黎有兩個湯羮,我揀左個好似碗仔翅既,足料好味生炒骨,大大舊,啖啖肉,唔會好似其他禁又一係成舊粉,一係肥炒豬大腸,街多數一片片,佢係一條條開邊,可能禁樣清得乾淨啲,不過無左肥美同香口既感覺,覺得只係食左塊炸野落口,配個酸甜汁ok既!雞有兩款,薑葱個款,有啲咸,沙薑既不過兩款都好滑!西檸雞一上台有人講左句“禁螢光既”禁就濟消左半碟啦另外仲有個老火湯清蒸石班食到個身,發現唔熟,同佢講,即刻羅走,重新整過條!服務員話因為煎耐左,所以蒸唔透臨食飽有人話要叫客家茶果,茶果係要等20分鐘既,印象中唔洗等20分鐘,不過真心唔值得等,因為唔好食,先唔好理唔係心目中白色有片葉,個心有涵個種茶果!一上台,禁似扁左既馬拉糕既,一切開,實得黎無涵,大獲!叫左都要照食既,甜甜地無咩味,口感仲要似壓實左,個底整濕左既馬拉糕,oh no,客家茶果,唔識欣賞 continue reading

踏入5月份,又到慶祝媽媽節嘅時間,父母都係鍾意中式的食肆,泉章居就係其中一個選擇啦。脆皮炸大腸--我的至愛,皮炸得夠脆。椒鹽鮮魷--夠晒惹味,送飯一流。父親至愛呢度嘅霸王雞,啖啖肉,但價錢同身型一樣咁巨,$298一隻,夠我食到一次放題了荔蓉香酥鴨--鬆化香酥, 多吃幾件也不覺膩。梅菜蒸鯇魚--魚身夠大條,但卻蒸得夠熟,但又唔會蒸過龍,好功夫總結:味道其實不錯,但價錢唔算平,連荼錢加一都成千幾蚊了 continue reading

今晚我們去咗旺角奶路臣街嘅「泉章居」食晚飯!我們叫咗4位用套餐:老火例湯:粉葛煲豬𦟌湯真係火候十足,湯底嘅味道好鮮甜濃郁,老火例湯係我們嚟「泉章居」除咗招牌霸王鷄之外,另一樣必食㗎!霸王鷄真係相當肥美,肉質超鮮嫩軟滑,而舖面嘅薑蔥絲係爹哋媽咪最鍾意㗎,因可以令到鷄肉嘅鮮味更加提升!由於我們比較鍾意食魚,同埋唔係好想食太多肉嘅關係,所以我們叫咗幾款都係魚!油浸笋殼魚炸得好金黃香脆,肉質好嫩滑!豉汁蒸大鱔嘅肉質好爽滑彈牙,而且相當肥美!梅菜蒸鯇魚真係蒸得極之鮮味嫩滑,梅菜嘅香甜味滲透晒入魚肉入面,令到味道更加鮮甜! continue reading
