兩個人,當然是叫了二人餐。客家菜,不離鹽雞,豆腐和扣肉。就點了例牌鹽焗雞,梅菜扣肉同埋支竹火腩豆腐煲,加送例湯一鍋, 索價$348, 未包白飯。例湯湯料有紅蘿蔔同五花肉。湯清清的,飲落有著同湯料無關的味道,我稱之為味精。個湯得個大兜,味道乏善可陳。兩人餐送咁大兜湯做乜?我情願佢一人只俾一碗,但碗湯做好些少。味精水,你俾一桶我都無意思。鹽焗雞 (例)很大份,看上去幾肥美。肉質幾滑,不嚡也有雞味,但真的完全同「鹽焗」扯唔上關係,邊度有焗的氣息呢? 說是客家咸雞都不對。正確嚟講,佢應該叫咸切雞。算是最好食的一道菜。梅菜扣肉不是原煲上,有點失望。梅菜甜甜的幾好送飯,但扣肉很實,不鬆化,那種入口即溶纯屬幻想。以客家菜館而言,水準令人失望。西環的德記好太多了。支竹火腩豆腐煲用料算豐富,配料有炸蒜,腐竹等,豆腐同腐竹也算滑。但火腩過晒火氣,燒豬皮唔脆,舊肉煮到溶溶爛爛。茶餐廳比佢好。以紅磡冰室為例,人地嘅火腩件件靚仔,豬皮有時仲是脆的,原煲上仲熱辣辣吱吱聲,味道也夠晒濃,成件事對板好多。埋單: $428。 我覺得有點貴。望真D, 白飯另計一個$12, 茶位每位$10, 加埋加一, 隱藏收費都成$70。 想起呢度D阿姐一律黑面, 大佬, 反正閒日,兩個人,我不如拿張AE白金,用六折去食美心中菜?先唔講人地食物真係有質素,人地裝修靚,真係坐得舒服,有服務,俾加一俾茶錢都都俾得心甘命抵。 continue reading

一行五人吃飯,好彩一早book左枱,離開嘅時候勁多人等位!五個人叫咗四人套餐,對比起之前OpenRice睇到嘅$508,而家加咗價$538,包半隻雞或者一條魚,加三個自選小菜。選擇都幾多,揀咗一陣終於叫咗:例湯:都足料,幾好飲叫咗霸王雞,好大隻,啲雞好嫩滑西檸鴨,外脆內嫩,出面少有得食蟹肉扒西蘭花,蟹肉相對比較少,但係個味都幾好生炆斑頭煵,啲魚好滑啖啖肉👍🏻整體都唔錯,Keep到水準👍🏻上菜速度快❤️茶芥貴咗啲,晚市$12/人,另外要加一食物份量都夠多,另外只係叫咗三個白飯都好夠飽。如果多啲人黎食可以叫多幾個餸試多啲菜式! continue reading

由細細個開始就開始食泉章居就超中意食佢哋啲鹽焗雞同炸大腸我哋两個人叫咗個二人餐餐包咗一個例湯仲包一隻雞或一條魚 仲可以揀两款小菜我哋例湯 跟餐轉飲白果豬肚湯 要加$78湯嘅份量好大 好多料 豬肚清洗得很乾淨 奶白色的湯 好香甜 豬肚味好濃細細個就好中意飲霸王雞份量好多 雞肉好滑 好味道 每次嚟泉章居 一定要叫雞食西檸芝麻蝦球以二人餐嚟計 每人都食到4粒蝦球本身蝦球炸很有點乾身 但卜卜脆 加上西檸汁 效果出奇地良好生炆斑頭腩斑腩數量都幾多 但有點咸每人消費~$235左右一湯三個小菜 两個人都係食唔晒的 continue reading

我一直聽朋友講呢度客家菜好出名,今次終於試到!叫左二人餐,會先黎例湯,本身唔知道,所以好驚喜!而且好大碗好足料金牌鹽焗雞係一定要試!雞身好滑,入味之餘唔會好咸!點埋沙薑更加有風味!欖菜肉鬆四季豆不過不失好香!炸鮮奶直情可以話皮簿餡靚!外面脆,入面好滑,鮮奶味好濃郁,䁔䁔地,食過返尋味呢度食飯三個字形容曬!快、靚、正! continue reading
