饞嘴的我兩雖然已很飽,但也難以抗拒它們的自家製開心果雪糕 Kulfi ($58)。我也聽同事説過印度的甜品是很甜的,所以我們也有心理準備。本來以為會是一球普通的雪糕,但竟然是四個迷利正方形的"雪糕"。但這個不是入口即溶,竟然是有咬口的,而口感像咬著芝士。外面還鋪上了開心果粒,脆卜卜的很是有趣。味道上有很重的煉奶味,一人吃完必會覺得太膩,二至四人分享最佳。

從家裏天后走過去大坑大約要20分鐘那時應該是八點半,一路上見到很多不同的餐廳有些餐廳生意很好有一些就比較靜,一路心大心細不知想吃什麼結果和朋友經過大坑這間印度菜裝修氣氛環境不錯!!!侍應生有禮貌sir前sir後已經感覺良好.點了印度烤雞做得很入味相當有當地風味!叫了白菌蘑菇湯出奇的清淡但是好味,黃咖喱魚很有口感不硬尚算新鮮沒有雪藏味,菠菜飯我本人極力推介!在這裏推介一下希望多啲人食到有誠意的菜色!

朋友和我都特別喜歡咖哩角,因此點了不少。羊咖哩角和雜菜咖喱角,我們兩款都點咗,想比較一下佢哋嘅味道,結論係羊咖哩角比較好食。裏面嘅餡係有啲似羊肉燥粒粒,味道帶有微騷味,但應該經過煎香和加上調味料,十分入味,啖啖都係半,加上呢個嘅外皮夠曬香脆,食落去"卡卡聲",認真過癮同好食。

印度雜錦海鮮飯$158

餐牌上的印度米飯印有唔同嘅價錢,見到佢呢個海鮮飯比較貴,一於叫來試下啦!!

佢嘅海鮮主要以海蝦粒為主,口感彈牙,但蝦味不太重。

有時候會害怕印度飯比較濃味,但事實上這個調味不錯,很適合香港人的口味。印度飯呈長身且幼,是Basmati,十分正宗。

乳酪烤餅$28

印度餐廳點可以唔點naan呢?

乳酪烤餅中間夾雜著一些芝士奶油,味道十分可口,很驚喜的是它不會太油膩,吃完不消滯。

而且食落口仲係帶微溫,非常之唔錯,價錢亦都合理。

最後,見仲未好飽所以就再叫多個飯同朋友一齊食,不過當個飯嚟嘅時候我真係呆左,因為個飯真係好細份,絕對係一人份量,不過對於已經七成飽到我地來講係OK嘅又唔會太多,所以我哋食得晒~唔知係佢哋用嗰啲係咪叫做印度米,隻米係好長好瘦嘅,由於米比較軟身所以加上香料同海鮮就好入味, 不過連辣椒都入埋所以有啲辣(後悔冇叫小辣

我地order左個白腰果咖喱魚,食落唔辣,岩啲唔食得辣嘅朋友~不過值得一讚嘅係佢嗰個腰果味香得黎唔會搶咗啲咖哩味。我都係第一次食到很特別嘅咖哩

至於薄餅就無咩令人有驚喜,雖然食得出用印度傳統製法,但有好多餐廳都可以做到⋯

印度給人的感覺可能是較為髒亂,吃東西時怕會不乾淨。但今天我看了一點,要改變我們這個想法了。店員站在旁的,在準備餐具上餐,就默默地把每個碗碟再抹一次才用。試問有多少人能做到?
