自己常常食印度咖哩, 當然知道KORMA的基調是什麼材料. 
反正小米未嚐過KORMA, 就來一份CHICKEN KORMA.  
盤裡的KORMA偏橙色, 跟SHAAM SAVERA拼在一起,   顏色很接近呢!  
印象中的KORMA是偏黃色, 
眼前的CHICKEN KORMA反而似BUTTER CHICKEN的蕃茄底咖哩.   
KORMA較杰身, 偏甜不太辣, 
自己更喜歡單食KORMA, 不配NAAN.

The lamb is cooked just right with half fat
Definitely need to pair it with naan
There are more than just the normal naan but a total of over 20 choices

My Fiancé and I found this restaurant thru a OpenRice search this evening We were looking for a value priced dinner with real flavor. After a quick walk from the Central library , the we found Chor Bazare Indian Restaurant and we ordered the dinner for 2 set meal. What a delightful meal and the beautiful Indian Girl ,who served the food was so helpful and kind.We plan to return tomorrow for lunch wrapping up our 2 days stay in Hong Kong.

I keep coming back back here because of the really good, authentic food and even better service... so either if you are looking for a great meal/curry in Taihang大杭 or a great meal in general... this is the place to go to... the seatings are not the best i must say but the food and the service makes up for it.
