十月好繁忙。一場接一場一連食左幾餐都係銅鑼灣晚上同好朋友行到大坑食印度菜前菜係胡椒薄餅,會配四種不同醬汁俾你,其中有乳酪薄荷醬、咖喱醬我自己會容易接受因為紅色係辣味, 我食唔到太辣Aloo Chaat 薯仔沙律分量估唔到有甘多我地兩個人食左一半就開始飽飽地味道好香咖喱味, 薯仔個Size岩岩好,口感唔會好淋Mix Vegetable Seekh Kebah 烤雜菜卷我朋友講同上次佢食有出入,今次好重手,好咸,似食左好幾羹鹽Korma wth fish 白腰果汁咖喱配魚一種唔強烈既咖喱,但好香,易入口,配薄餅一流加上,白腰果汁咖喱唔辣而魚柳好滑,事前先炸,再同咖喱一齊煮不過對於兩個女仔既食量上已經俾幾個菜K.OOnion Kulcha 洋蔥烤餅中意個口感~我地只叫左一份下次可以再試試其他口味,特別係芝士 continue reading

今日天氣情朗最好就係去食餐好,行過有間裝修得幾好餐廳,就膽粗粗入去試一試,點知入到坐底發覺原來係印度野食,未食過所以諗住即刻轉身走,點知個老闆已經企左係我後邊。。。咁唯有膽粗粗入去試一試啦🤕香燒鯖魚件 Fish Tikka原本對印度烹飪魚類應該唔會太叻,估唔到出奇地好味,魚好滑又彈口,一道懷疑條魚係東昇班!😍奶油咖喱雞Butter Chicken食落去一樣好滑又好彈口,可能因為加左奶油嘅關係一道懷疑係魚黎,點知啲味由利舌開始湧出黎,雖然唔多件但佢個咖喱味幾重!蒜蓉烤餅 Garlic Nann食烤餸第一個要決就係唔可以比佢凍,所以一定要親熱食,蒜蓉味再加埋咖喱雞啲咖喱汁一齊食😍😍😍超級好味!乳酪烤餅 Cheese Naan食到停唔到口要encore,同蒜蓉烤餅一樣一定要親熱食,乳酪好重,食落口有一陣芝士味好香!😋客什米爾黃飯Kashmiri Pulao客什米爾黃飯最奧秒之處就係加左椰果,啲飯好味過食珍珠米,份量需小但真係一陣陣椰香味湧出黎!Fruit Punjabi呢杯嘅fruit punch比較甜,但係一間印度餐廳要飲到唔甜嘅嘢係唔易😏啲水果種類幾多,如果加支粗飲管食到就very good啦!芒果特飲Lassi Punjabi(Mango)有充滿乳酪味芒果嘅,如果大家鐘意飲乳酪嘅朋友實好喜歡!😙整體10分滿分我會比8分! continue reading

我對印度菜太陌生,經印度同事介紹一間位於大坑的印度餐廳,所以今晩便與寶寶去試試。雖然餐廳細小,但裡面裝修卻是很有氣氛。牆上掛上很多富有印度特式的擺設。天花還有個像阿拉丁神燈的地毯,很有趣。先送上免費前菜胡椒餅 Papaddum,有四種不同的醬汁讓你沾上,有甜,咸,和辣。我最喜歡是橙色辣味的那個。因寶寶不喜歡乳酪的味道,所以保守起見便喝了雜果賓治 Fruit Punch ($48) 。我則試了芒果乳酪奶昔 Mango Lassi ($48)。哇很大杯呢!味道有很重的芒果和乳酪味,質感也比較稠。喝第一口時覺得很甜,但原來配上濃味的主菜喝,味道卻非常夾。當然要點我最愛的奶油咖喱雞塊 Shahjahani Butter Chicken ($108)!這種咖喱汁很 creamy,濃郁而不辣,與飯和薄餅吃很滋味。它們還把咖喱雞放進小火煱裡,賣相十分可愛。寶寶喜歡香燒鯖魚件 Fish Tikka ($118),鯖魚嫩滑多汁,燒得夠惹味,還有爽口的青椒和洋葱作配料。我們還點了個客什米爾黃飯 Kashmiri Pulao ($58)。長長幼幼的印度米很好吃,煮得有咬開。炒飯裡還有椰果,甜甜的有點煙韌,很有趣。有咖喱又怎能沒薄餅呢?所以我們試了蒜蓉烤餅 Garlic Naan ($28),鬆軟的烤餅沾上咖喱汁和奶油雞很滋味。薄餅還是用布包著以保温。因為太好吃了,所以我們後加上乳酪烤餅 Cheese Naan ($32) 。可能是新鮮烤好,所以夠熱能把芝士的味道完全發揮岀來。饞嘴的我兩雖然已很飽,但也難以抗拒它們的自家製開心果雪糕 Kulfi ($58)。我也聽同事説過印度的甜品是很甜的,所以我們也有心理準備。本來以為會是一球普通的雪糕,但竟然是四個迷利正方形的"雪糕"。但這個不是入口即溶,竟然是有咬口的,而口感像咬著芝士。外面還鋪上了開心果粒,脆卜卜的很是有趣。味道上有很重的煉奶味,一人吃完必會覺得太膩,二至四人分享最佳。最後二人吃得超飽但很滿足,過之一個浪漫又特别的印度風味體驗。 continue reading

大坑有很多不同國家的菜式,原本想吃拉麵,不過太多人排隊,餓瘋的我們再到處走走,最後決定到訪這間小小卻很有特色的印度餐廳。一進去,見到很多印度民族裝飾,很特別。餐廳位置很少,沒多久就滿座了。先來個免費的小食薄脆,配以4款醬汁點蘸,有乳酪薄荷醬、咖喱醬、番茄醬及酸甜醬,不過可能放久了,已經不脆了。前菜先來個雜菜咖喱角samosa,剛炸起,十分香脆 ,不過小心燙到,入面主要是蔬菜及豆蓉。而主菜點了秋葵咖喱及傳統印度雞肉咖喱,印度咖喱定要伴印度烤薄餅吃才算圓滿 ,所以我們點了個大蒜烤餅,而咖喱汁的蕃茄味濃,酸酸的帶點辣很開胃。秋葵菜式入面有洋蔥粒、秋葵及大豆,伴著香料及另一種咖喱醬汁,比平日吃的印度咖喱味道有別,更難忘。  飲品方面當然也點了印度的傳統乳酪飲品,有鹹甜選擇,這次試了甜的,味道有如酸奶,酸酸甜甜,很解渴,之後發現更是解辣之選! continue reading

Craving for some Indian food?  I just came across this Indian restaurant at Dai Hang that served exotic Indian dishes and was really satisfied! Fish Tikka $118 Boneless pieces of fish marinated in Indian spices and barbecued Slightly on the salty side, yet the fish was executed tender and smooth, quite pleasurable dish! Lamb Biryani $108Favourable moisture, the fried rice was texture-wise.
