食神叉燒在沙田開分店,上星期試業。外子喜歡吃叉燒,店在家樓下,近水樓臺,當然先嘗為快!昨晚我們就在那裡吃晚飯,店設在商埸內,半開放式,光猛雅潔。除了燒味飯,他們還提供其他十多款小菜及數款前菜,既然他們主打是叉燒,我們就要了一客油雞叉燒飯及一客燒鵝叉燒飯,送例湯、另加兩特賣前菜,口水雞及椒鹽鮮魷。兩碗飯燒味舖面,飾以兩條青菜,大大份,賣相不錯。燒鵝及油雞一般貨色,不過不失,但叉燒乏善可陳,又乾又硬,玫瑰露味太濃,根本嚐不出肉的鮮味,若要以此作招牌菜色,真要好好加油啊!兩款前菜,椒鹽鮮尤,外脆內軟,熱辣辣,很惹味;口水雞肉頗多,醬汁是自家調製,不同一般,不夠辣,有點像沙爹醬,味道有點怪。吃飽埋單兩百多元,街坊價,合理。
